I've frequently dog-sat for friends and family over the years, including feeding, walking, administering medications when needed and providing lots of attention and playtime. I work from home full-time, so your dog will receive plenty of supervision, attention, and companionship throughout the day. My partner is retired and also home most of the time, so there is almost always someone here with the pets. Because of this, dogs are rarely left alone and get lots of care, playtime, and comfort during their stay. Dogs under 40 lbs. please. We provide a calm, safe, and welcoming environment and follow each dog’s normal routine for feeding, potty breaks, walks, and playtime. Our home has a fenced backyard where dogs can safely enjoy time outside. We also have a friendly 5-year-old dog who is low-energy and well socialized. She enjoys the company of other dogs but is also respectful of dogs who prefer their own space. Your pet’s safety and comfort are very important to us. We introduce dogs slowly, supervise interactions, and treat every dog in our home like part of the family. We are also happy to send photo updates so you can see how your pet is doing while you’re away.

About: they are not just pets they are apart of your family and ill welcome them with open arms into my home. I would like to keep them on the same schedule as possible from home. medications, cold food, raw foods, are welcome, please keep toys and accessories to a minimum. I will more then likey have more then one pup at home so there will be plenty of play time. Are they an escape artist? I have a fenced in back yard but please bring it to my attention before hand so i can take extra precautions. I am a stay at home dad who is currently studying with CATCH dog training. no I will not practice training your pet unless discussed and agreed upon. MY casa is their casa while you are away/ in town on vacation or handling a family emergency. completely fenced in back yard with high for safety of pups escaping or pups breaking in because they see all the fun going on. please have pups updated on vaccines for their safety and safety of other pups I may be caring for at the same time.

I am centrally located in Mahncke Park, I work with my mom so dogs here are almost never alone. What sets me apart is not volume - we only take one family at a time. I do this because I genuinely love animals. Dog Boarding and Day Care: My setup is a bit unique. I live in a duplex with my mom. I work regular hours during the week and my mom cares for dogs while I'm at work, including my dog, Jessie. I am with them at night and weekends and can walk them in the morning and evening. I do all of the feeding and walking (and medication). She is company for them on weekdays. Your dog will rarely spend time alone. Walking and Drop Ins: I am available for dog walking or drop ins on weekends and after 5:00 pm on weekdays. Our home is calm, quiet, and familiar to animals. My mom and I have cared for pets our whole lives and it shows in how comfortable dogs get here quickly. We have a fenced yard for outdoor time and my gentle senior dog, Jessie, who mostly keeps to herself. Visiting pets get a peaceful, low-stress environment. We only take dogs from one family at a time, so you do not have to worry about your dog interacting with pets you don't know. We like to keep routines consistent so pets feel secure, and pay close attention to each pet's needs, whether that means extra playtime, quiet downtime, or sticking to their normal schedule. I am extremely strict about your pet's safety. Walks are always on-leash on my neighborhood streets and nearby parks. I will never take your dog anywhere else unless you request it. If I come to your house to check in, I will follow your instructions exactly and make sure everyone and everything is safe and secure as I leave. You will get updates and photos so you can relax knowing your pets are safe and happy.
