About: I treat your furry family members like my own. From senior pet care and medication administration to daily walks and drop-ins, I provide personalized, compassionate care. Your fur baby will feel safe, loved, and right at home. I am a stay at home mom currently and have two older kiddos. I have a lot of time to dedicate to you and your furry family member. As long as I have 3 days advance notice I can make just about anything schedule wise work. In your home: I will follow any rules and requirements you may have and even happy to grab mail, or do light cleaning if needed as well while away. If your animal has a strict schedule or its more easy going no worries! what your animal needs I can make happen. In my home: I myself have a fully fenced in back yard for plenty of dog running and play. I also allow animals to roam in all the main living areas and they are allowed on furniture if they like. I keep everything covered when we have fur babies in the house. My kids are older and also any animal in the home will be loved and played with by them! they both are animal lovers. I will follow any guidelines/rules you set, eating schedules, walking schedules, etc.

About: I grew up around dogs, cats, bunnies, hamsters, and ducks and loved every minute of caring for them! My wife and I have a 5 year old German Shepherd/Newfie mix named Noodle and she is basically an energetic seal with how much she loves water! We love taking her on trail runs/swims/paddle boarding/hiking and would love to do the same with your furry friends! “I have used Mareth to watch my dog(s) in various capacities since moving into my home in 2020. Mareth and I have trained each other's dogs for a while so I was super excited when she switched over to dog walking and pet sits! When I had a standard poodle living with me for 6 months who had very little exposure to life and had big feelings about it, she took him on training field trips and was instrumental about having him develop positive feelings about the world around him when I was at the office and could not address it daily. When I had to travel for work or to competitions with my other dog, she watched him on many overnights and would give me constant updates with pictures and videos. As a dog trainer, his stays also got interlaced with lots of enrichment and training with other dogs so I picked up a very happy and content dog who did not want to leave her house! Anyone who knows me knows that my first dog is my world. She is a rehabbing fear reactive little dog who has big feelings around dogs who approach her off leash which seems to be plenty in my neighborhood. As a little dog, her safety is of uber importance so I would not allow just anyone walk her. She had other dog visits and walkers but I would come home to a stressed dog and knew she needed a better outlet. When I found out Mareth started walking dogs, it was a no brainer to make the switch. Zuri gets an amazing nice long sniff walk and exercise with Mareth whenever I'm in the office. I get great updates via pictures and videos along with a GPS map of her walk. I come home to a very happy dog who is happy to see me but not stressed. I know that when I get a puppy I can have peace of mind knowing I have Mareth to help me to get the puppy started in life with good exposure through proper training. Most of my pets have been rescued from the Humane Society, as well as surrounding rescues. I'm experienced with puppies-senior dogs, and there is no breed that I dislike! I work full time as a Radiologic Technologist, so please keep this in mind when requesting to book, as I’m not available for drop ins/walks during the weekdays until about 4:30-5 pm. Other than that, I’m available anytime after 5 and anytime on the weekends. I'm available to bathe dogs as needed, give medicine when needed, pretty much anything you need. I can do walks, drop in visits, and stay at your home if you're away for extended periods of time. I am experienced pet sitting from my parents friends pop in visits, over night stays, and anything else they may have needed. I hope that you’ll choose me to help you out. I'm excited to meet you and your fur babies! I am also a Duck mom, so I am able to help care for your ducks if you have them! I work a full time job from 7am-5:30pm, and have Thursdays off. Along with my Thursdays off, I do not work weekends. I do not accept pets in my home, but am willing and able to come to your home. I can easily crate your dog if needed while I’m away. I follow all of your routines laid out so that we can put the least amount of stress on your babies while you’re gone. I have a really flexible schedule so you can rest assured that your dog will be a welcome temporary addition to our routine! My dog is part and parcel to my own daily routine. We go for 2-3x walks per day typically with a longer walk to the beach on the weekends!
