About: I have been around pets my whole life! I have taken care of each and every pet I’ve had. I have always had either a dog or cat in my house. And each of my family members have had pets that I have been around as well. I also use to volunteer at a wildlife rehabilitation center, where I cared for injured animals. I have my own mini farm, where I have pigs, goats, chickens, ducks and turkeys! So if you need any of those types of animals cared for I can do that too! I have a very flexible schedule so I basically have the whole day to come take care of any pets! I have plenty of time to come and hang out with your furry family! I have four loving dogs that get outside all day long because I have so much time during the day and a very large fenced in backyard. We go on walks all the time! We can have a pet play date if your pet likes other dogs. If you need your pet needs to crated, I can do that. If they need soothing music put on, I can do that too!

About: I was raised with dogs and cats. I have two dogs of my own as well as a cat. I also have multiple fish tanks. I know all about loving them like your own. I work from home so I know I’ll be able to give your fur babies enough attention, and love they need while you were gone. Whatever you need I will be able to do for you to assure you while your away that your fur baby is taken care of. PLEASE READ FOR HOUSE SITTING… I will house sit but I cannot spend the night. I will be there as late as you want and as much as you want just can’t spend the night. I am normally there from 7am and officially leave around 11pm and stay for several hours at a time. I will also send lots of photos and updates. DOG BOARDING: I will be home pretty much all the time and when I do need to leave it won’t be for long. They will get the ultimate care that I can give! You will also get daily photos and as many updates as you want! DOGGY DAY CARE: I have a blow up pool in the backyard for the pups to enjoy and an umbrella for shade. As well as plenty of toys and the best companion a two year old chocolate lab to help keep them entertained! You will also get a photo update during the day! No matter what you need I’ll be there to help! Whether that is lots of walking, playing, or cuddles! I’ll make sure they get the proper amount of attention while you’re gone. I treat all my fur babies like my own children and will do the same to yours! I want to make this experience as enjoyable for them as it for you!

Since his passing, I've chosen to fill that void he left, I decided to sign up for Rover where I can extend my affection and appreciation for all dogs. Whether your pup loves long walks, playtime, or just relaxing with some belly rubs, I’ll make sure they feel safe, happy, and comfortable in your absence. I work from home as a dog care provider, and I can plan my day around the needs of your pet. Also, they will get plenty of play, socialization and family time while they are with me! Your dog’s safety is my top priority, and I take every precaution to ensure they feel secure and comfortable throughout their stay. I will try to keep their daily routine as if they were home. When I visit your home, I will include watering the plants, pick up mail, trash removal etc... at no additional cost.

About: I was raised around dogs, and have been taking care of them for more than 10 years. I also have experience volunteering at a dog shelter, and have no problem handling bigger dogs or cleaning up after any animals :) Currently I work with Woofies, which is very similar to Rover, just not completely independent. So technically I don’t have a primary job except this! This will probably change but if I’m successful enough you can rely on me frequently :) Always make sure they are fed and comfortable, taken out, and try to get some of their energy out so their isn’t any issues. With some of the rougher ones I’ve learned being gentle is all they need.

About: I have cared for dogs at a daycare/boarding facility for almost 2 years. I also have 3 large dogs of my own. Taking care of animals is a true passion of mine. I was a shift lead at the facility I worked in. At my time there I was responsible for cleaning the kennels, feeding animals, administering medications, walking dogs, playing with dogs, placing them in groups, bathing and cutting nails. I also took care of cats as well! I had a litter of my own puppies a little over 2 years ago and cared for them for 9 weeks. It truly is a big part of my life and true blessing to do so. I currently am a stay at home mom. I am looking to take care and help out with your pets in the afternoon on weekdays and anytime on the weekends. I can do early after/lunch time and anytime later. I currently live on a little over 10 acres that is not fenced in. If your dog is ecollar trained I can easily care for them at my home if not then I am totally willing to care for them in your home. I do have 3 large dogs but I would not socialize mine with your pet. Not because they are not friendly just because it gets to be a lot to handle alone with 4 or more pets. I am able to crate your pet if needed very easily. Mine are all crate trained and would be kept separate. I also have leash trained all of mine and loved to go on walks!

About: Hello, my name is Dena. I grew up in a home always having cats and dogs. I have been caring for animals since I was a child. We home trained all of our animals with the reward method. I am currently an empty nester just being me and my little big Shi-Poo boy. He is the sweetest, none aggressive, mild manor boy. If you fur babies gets along with other dogs there will be no issues. My boy is my shadow and cares very little about anything else. I am an early riser and work 7-3. My boy is used to this schedule. He is not created during the day and I have a friend that goes and lets him out everyday around lunch time. He is fed breakfast and dinner and has fresh water daily out for him. Play time is morning and greeting me when I get home with the zoomies and follows me around everywhere. He's a small dog and likes walks but because him being a Shi-Poo he can not take long walks. I bath him biweekly because he has dry skin. But no health problems. Weekends I am catching up on house chores and errands life has us. He goes along with me to most places because he is mild natured. My dog is my Fur baby and loved so much. I care and love all animals. I treat them with love and care. I pay attention to their behavior to take note of how they may feel. I keep my home and yard clean and safe to ensure safety.

I have been serving Wilmington/ Leland area for 2 years now. My flexible schedule as a wedding florist works great for drop ins and lunch walks throughout the day. It truly brings me so much joy to visit new pups and build a relationship with my weekly clients I cherish so much! I will respect every home I enter and know that I am entering your animals safe space and comfort zone and hope my presence will make them feel just as at home as if you were there. Any private information shared in bookings will be kept confidential and if you have any concerns or specific requirements I will do my best to make any request work! In the unlikely event where these skills are needed I like to reassure owners that I do have veterinary medical knowledge and know how to take vitals necessary to make sure your dog is in great health such as heart rate, respiration rate, capillary refill time, temperature and other basic signs to know if your pet is feeling under the weather and you will be notified immediately. I treat every animal as if they were my own and this career field has been my life for as long as I can remember, I would love to meet your fur babies!
