About: Since I was 6 years old my family had dogs and cats as pets. All the dogs we had we got as puppies so I handled the potty training, taught tricks and the main obedience training like sit and stay. I've watched family and friends dogs which also included days/nights at a time like when they were out of town working. I have watched and been with tiny dogs to giant dogs. I'm a stay at home mom at the moment so I have plenty of time to care for your pet pretty much at anytime day or night. I have a fenced yard so easy to let in and out as needed, big area take out or let out to play. My house is pretty open with area for them to roam or find good spot to just relax. I have never crated any of my animals but if needed or wanted obviously I could do that. If you have a special diet for your dog I would follow that for you also. My kids and I also love to go on walks and would love your dog to join. I do have three very young kids so your dog must get along with children. My kids love animals, they were very sad after losing our last dog so they'd be very excited to play with others. I currently have a cat, she'll most likely hide and if needed can be in a seperate area in the house.

About: I’ve had pets in my life since I was a child. When married and had kids, we’ve always had dogs and have cared for our dogs in every aspect, walking, bathing, grooming, vet care, etc. Currently we don’t have a pet, but our house is a perfect set up to take care of yours. Currently we are retired. We would have plenty of time to go for walks, play and relax. Our dogs in the past have used our very convenient doggy door into a fenced area for potty breaks. Your dog will be treated like one of our own, getting lots of love and attention during the day and can sleep overnight in a doggy bed or crate whichever is preferred.

Your dog would have free access of our dog room with a doggy door to our potty patch. If your dog needs to be crated we can discuss the frequency of potty breaks and work to accommodate your dogs needs. I have 28 acres for your dog to run and play on. I have my own dog and many other furry friends to entertain your dog for endless hours of fun! I can easily crate your dog, if needed.

About: I provide a safe and comfortable environment pets, dogs deserve so much respect and love and I’m willing to give them so much attention! I also love the outdoors so I would love having a little walking partner. My dogs have been through training and therefore I am aware of the do’s and donts of proper training. I have ONE lab at home, she is a female 1 y/o lab. I currently work from home Wednesday - Friday. I work in the office Monday and Tuesday. This is subject to change week to week as my schedule varies. I use my back yard which has a leash hooked to the deck. Half of my yard is fenced in. I am open to using a shocker as well, we use one on our pup and strictly use the tone button which just sounds like a beep.

About: I work from home and have the ability to let the dogs out regularly. We have a 4.5 acres property, a 40'x40'x6' play area "dogpark", and a large climate controlled pole barn to play in when it's too hot or cold, outside. We live in a quiet neighborhood for leashed walks. If you will be awau for several days and have cats, too, I'm not able to board kitties, but I am willing to visit them, feed, water, and clean their litter boxes, for an extra fee. I need to figure out how to list this in the River app. Working from home allows me to let the dogs out as needed. We have quiet times where pups can rest and I can get a few things done, then back outside to play. We love leisurely walks, playing tug, cooling off in the sprinkler, and playing fetch. When its too hot we have frozen engagement toys, and a cool pole barn for some play time. In winter months the pole barn is heated for more play time.

About: I can care for any type of animal you can think of. Let me know the animal and I will help you out! I have taken care of exotic pets to farm pets. I work a part time job so I have a lot of free time to hang out and take care of the animals I am sitting. Your animal will not be left alone for more then 2 hours at a time. I will care for your animal as close as I can as you do yourself. Your animal will feel at home and loved and cared for.

About: I currently have 3 dogs of my own. They all get along very well and are a nice little "pack" and are well socialized. They enjoy having doggy friends over for playdates. My family raised 6 puppies for Guide Dogs for the Blind. I puppy sat for several dogs over the 8 year period when we raised GD puppies. I have had 2 therapy dogs. I have been pet sitting for friends and neighbors for over 20 years. I retired from my careers as a pediatric Occupational Therapist, and have a flexible schedule. My husband and I are empty nesters and are both animal lovers. Having fur babies come visit helps control my desire to adopt more dogs. Thank you! I am retired and have a very flexible schedule. About: I have had a lot of different breeds of dogs, and lots of animals while growing up so i’ve been around them my whole life. I have such a love for animals and have always tried to find new dogs to pet sit and walk ever since I was little! I am currently working part time but I have weekends free as well as every Monday and Wednesday. My schedule is also very flexible so if you need specific days just shoot me a text and i’ll make it happen! I currently have animals of my own that love being around other dogs and so do me and my roomates! We feed our dogs twice a day and bring them to the dog park at least once a day!

About: My husband and I are a team of active, educated individuals who love all types of dogs! My husband is a high school math teacher and I am a high school counselor. Working from home during summer has allowed us plenty of time to spend with our dog. We have a 5 year old Yellow Lab who still has the energy of a puppy! We keep up with all routine vet visits and our dog is caught up on all vaccinations including Bordetella (kennel cough). My husband and I live in town but have a large backyard to accommodate play time. We allow our dog on furniture and in our bed a night time..dogs don’t get the long, full life that is humans get, so we like to let him live it as a spoiled pup! We will love your dog like our own!

About: I've had dogs and cats all my life. I am the type to keep my dogs active whether it be playing fetch in the yard or throwing the stick in the lake for them to fetch. I believe in lots of play toys and chewys so they never get bored. I also understand the dog who might be more calm, maybe a little shy and likes time alone, and that is very understandable. I am a retired nurse and know pretty well the signs and symptoms of pain or discomfort. I understand the importance of proper nutrition and availability of fresh water. I lost my 14 yr. old lab to old age 2 years ago, and just recently got a new yellow lab puppy here in March. I really missed having a travel companion! I'm a unique pet/house sitter in that I travel in my beautiful Canadian Roadtrek Campervan and can house "watch" while taking care of your pets. I do not need to stay in your home. Any additional duties other than "watch" your house can be negotiated- like water a few houseplants, etc. I do ask that you provide a household electric (120V) outside plug in. My small RV uses approx. $2-$3 per day of electricity. I love animals. I have a yellow Labrador myself! I travel often in my RV and we make great travel partners often stopping at dog parks 2-3 times a day on our adventures. Beau would love to have playmates! I can only provide mobile pet/house sitting. I am unable to pet sit in the home I live in. I am a recently retired nurse. I am trained not only in human CPR, but I also have dog and cat CPR training. I have given pets medication, induced vomiting -per instructions while on the phone with a vet tech (after dog ate 1 1/2 lbs of bing cherries - pits and all. Happy ending! :). When I go into a home I find myself scanning countertops and floors for potential hazards for pets - things like medications, foods, hot boiling water on stovetop with handles pointing out, etc... I am constantly monitoring for potential dangers. Sometimes things happen though, unfortunately, that can't be avoided and that's when first aid, CPR, poison control line, and Vet info should all be available and handy. I ask that all instructions be written down and text/emailed to me 24 hours prior. That way if I have any questions, they can be answered before you leave on your relaxing worry-free vacation!

About: I have a small hobby farm where I take care of animals off all ages and sizes. I work remotely from home (although I’ve got the ability to travel) so I have time to frequently check on everyone and administer food and meds on a regular basis. Although I only have a partially fenced yard, I have plenty of leader lines and leashes available for potty breaks and exercise. I currently have two dogs and a cat that live in the house with me and are very friendly with other dogs. I have plenty of room for crates if your dog prefers to sleep in a crate, and room for doggy beds if they are particular about where they sleep. I’m also willing to pet sit/farm sit locally if your furry friends would prefer to stay home. I work remotely Monday-Friday. I usually work at home, but I have the ability to work anywhere there is an internet connection if you would prefer an in-home sitter. Working remote gives me the chance to be home all day where I can do potty breaks for my dogs and check on my farm animals. It also allows me to be available if there’s any special requests such as medication and specific feeding times. My cat is a “one cat” kind of guy (we’ll work on that), so for now, I would only feel comfortable hosting dogs ay my house. However, I am available to pet sit in-home for cats or dogs that might feel more comfortable at home. I’m very comfortable giving meds and sticking to a strict feeding schedule if your animal has medical/dietary needs. I’ve seen (almost) everything, so don’t feel like you’re asking too much!

About: I just recently had to put my 14.5 year old Yorkie Poo to rest. I miss having a buddy at my house but not ready to take on another animal full time yet. I supported my dog through pancreatitis, congestive heart failure and other health considerations. We had him since he was a couple months old until his golden years. I have watched other family members, friends and neighbor’s dogs and always treat them like my own! I currently work from home as a Master’s level Social Worker and have very flexible hours. My children are at school during the day and in summer care during the summer months. About: My background and pet care experience: Hi, my name is Abby and I am 27 years old. I graduated from Clemson University in May of 2022 University with a BS in Animal and Veterinary Sciences. I am currently going back to school to get some pre-requisite courses I need to apply for my masters. I am only taking 7 credit hours so I will have quite a bit of flexibility in my schedule when I’m not in classes. I have a passion for helping and taking care of animals. I've worked in the veterinary medicine field since I was 15 and have a ton of animal experience. I also have worked at an emergency veterinary clinic before so I know how to handle any pet related emergency. About: I have done everything from doing daily chores on hobby farms to dropping in and walking dogs while gone for the day. I board my horse so I understand the quality of animal care you desire but also the level of communication you like to receive. I am more than willing to take pictures of your animals and send updates throughout. I used to do house visits but now have a house and prefer to do boarding. I’ve had multiple friends and family have their dogs stay with me. I have large dog runs and a fenced in back yard. A few personal notes are I do not do reptiles. I like to plan ahead. There will be someone working remotely each day during your dog(s) stay to let them out and hang out with them each day. Please provide two days or more notice prior to a stay. Dogs will get quite a bit of outside time in a fenced in area where they can run, play, and get some sun in. There’s quite a bit of space for running.
