House Sitting in West Point

About: I am back from home after graduating with a Masters this summer, so I am excited to come home and go back to dog sitting, what I’ve done since I was in high school! My dog Sammy is always so excited when we go home because she gets to meet new pup friends, and we both love having more dogs around to play with. Sammy is just about the nicest dog you'll ever meet. I've had dogs my whole life, and I love taking care of all animals, rowdy or calm! We have a huge yard (and a very tall fence, so no need to worry if anybody can jump over it!) that we can run in all day, and when we're all tired, we lounge on the couch and relax. Sammy and I take daily walks, and sometimes walk twice a day, which your animal can join in on as well. I take care of pets like they're my own, I just love them so much! My house will be like a home away from home for your pet. I am home working on writing and grading all day for my winter break so I am home the entire day to care for your pup. I will play or snuggle with the pets based on their energy and preferences! They will get treats as often as you tell me to give them (I know some pups are on a diet so I will wait for you to say if it’s okay to give any treats). They will go outside as often as they need and spend all winter inside a warm living room with me and my pup Sammy

About: I've been taking care of dogs and cats alike as long as I can remember. My family, neighbors, and friends trust their fur babies with me because I treat them like they are my own. I am a stay at home wife, so my day is completely free to look after your fur babies. I have all the time needed to provide a safe and happy stay. I have a fenced yard and two of my own fur babies to keep your baby happy and entertained. The babies are allowed on the furniture and in my bed if they need it.

About: I grew up with dogs, so i have taken care of them my whole life. I have also helped out friends and family members with dog sitting. I am currently working part time, so i have plenty of free time during my day to take care of your animals. I can stop by frequently or house sit as well. I have two dogs and i take care of them by feeding them, letting them out, making sure they have water, walking them, etc. i am very good with animals, and enjoy spending time with them.

About: i have taken care of animals all my life from dogs, cats, lizards, and birds i will make your animal feel loved just like if it was my own pet im currently working part time at a dog grooming place so im not busy so i have time to walk and take care of your animals when needed. i have a huge yard for my six dogs where we go out when it’s nice out to play ball and run to get some energy out of them and we have a separate room for their crates so when we leave we put them in crates so they don’t get into anything

“Kaelyn stayed in our home for over 4 days with our senior dog Levi and did an incredible job! He usually gets sad and doesn’t want to eat/drink when we are away, but he felt so close & comfy with Kaelyn that he did not experience that at all. She did a tremendous job and kept us updated by texting daily photos. Communication with her was also very easy and she responded quickly. We’d 100% recommend her for ANY job. About: I’ve been caring for animals for over 10 years, with the majority of my hands-on experience in the last five years. I currently care for my own dog, Layla, and have also fostered, so I’m comfortable working with different temperaments, routines, and energy levels. I’ve potty trained three dogs, including my own, a foster dog, and a puppy I raised for about six months before transitioning him to my parents. Pets in my care should be comfortable with that schedule, and I make sure they are exercised, settled, and comfortable before I leave, with plenty of attention, walks, and interaction when I return home. On weekends, I’m much more available and hands-on, which allows for extra walks, playtime, enrichment, and cuddle time. Whether I’m boarding, doing daycare, or staying in a client’s home, I aim to maintain each pet’s normal routine as closely as possible so they feel comfortable and secure. I provide a safe, clean, and structured environment where pets can feel comfortable and secure. I take time to learn each pet’s personality, routine, behavior, and specific needs so I can provide consistent care and maintain the environment they’re used to. I live in an apartment with multiple grassy areas nearby for walks and bathroom breaks, along with an on-site dog park for additional exercise and enrichment. I tailor activity levels to each dog’s age, energy level, and comfort. I’m experienced with dogs of different temperaments and can reinforce routines such as feeding schedules, crate training, potty habits, and calm household behavior if needed. Whether pets are staying in my home or I’m caring for them in theirs, I prioritize safety, communication, cleanliness, and creating a calm environment where pets can relax and feel at home.

About: I have had dogs my whole life plus have dog sat for neighbors and so quite a few friends. I have taken the dogs on walks, played with them inside and outside, fed them, and given them so much lovens! I have watched a variety of dogs from small to big! I just absolutely love all dogs and want to take the best care of yours! I’m currently working full time as a nanny monday-fridays 8AM-4:30PM. I would be available to walk or check in on your furry friends after I get off! I’d be able to also stay overnight if you're out of town and be with them in the morning and evenings! The weekends I am free any time! I wont be able to have any pets at my house as i’m currently living with my in laws. However, I would be able to stay or watch them at yours! I will take care of your sweet pets however you need me to!

About: Ive had pets my whole life, thats the best way to put it but I really don't like the term pets , I considered them all family . I can take care of Both sick and healthy , Example if your loved one needs medication for asthma , diabetes, seizures etc. I love all animals so much That I feed 100+ birds , 25+ stray cats / raccoons n possums every single night and never miss a day , in the winter I set up a chicken coupe heater in a little part of my basement for any strays that may not have shelter for warmth plus a few beds . The entire house is cleaned and disinfected EVERY single day by me , on my profile I attached pictures of the inside of my house so you can know where your furr baby will be staying , Also I do get booked from multiple pet parents for the same days at times , so if that’s a concern with you please mention it in your request so I can let you know if there will be any other furry guest here . I also can separate my kitties into their cat room which they love , if you feel your pet will be more at ease and relaxed that way .

About: My names Jessica, I have 3 dogs a beagle and a pit mix, a cat, and a rabbit of my own. As many know you can only have so many animals of your own. Which is why I would enjoy helping others care for their animals. And bonus, I get to see and interact with more animals. I had pets as a child and have had my dogs since they were puppies my oldest is ten, the youngest being 5. I worked while in nursing school so I know life gets busy and it’s nice to have a helping hand you can rely on to care for your animals. I’m a registered nurse and have been in nursing for 11 years. Although I have enjoyed nursing, doing some type of dog daycare, boarding or walking has always been a dream of mine. So allow me to love your pets as you do and help! Currently my schedule varies, but I work 2 or 3 12 hours shifts a week as a nurse. I have a fiancé, friend, and parents who have helped me with my animals during busy times or vacations. As for my own pets, my three dogs get fed morning and evening. My cat has an automatic feeder that portions her foods out because she has a sensitive stomach. My rabbit lives in his hutch and visits inside at times, he eats lots of veggies and his pellets. His favorite green is cilantro! Unlimited water for all the animals of course. When the weather allows I like to walk my dogs. In the summer I also enjoy taking my dogs on our boat and they enjoy it to the fullest. I am looking to offer pet sitting and walking. The pet sitting would include going to the clients home letting out, feeding, and playing with the animals twice per day, if any special circumstances we can discuss and potentially work something out, and also if an animal would require medication I can do that as well. I’m open to dogs, cats, and rabbits only because that is what I’m familiar with.

“Tori was prompt in arriving to pick up my house key and getting instructions. She followed up with questions that were relevant to their care that it hadn't occurred to me to discuss during her drop in. My dogs seemed to love her on their meet and greet, and I'm sure they were happy to see her when she came into my house. She was willing to fit us in with another client booked on a Friday night. It was greatly appreciated by my boyfriend and I. She came as many times as she said she would in the 5 hour span that we requested her services and reported back on what each dog did each visit, which I appreciated. She is a vet tech, which made me feel comfortable entrusting her with my pet's care. She followed my basic instructions exactly and followed up with questions when needed. She was very communicative, polite, and kind during the timeframe she worked for us. It requires a lot of trust to allow a stranger to watch your pets and have a key to your home. I trusted Tori with my pets and home and she did not disappoint. And now that I've found a Rover so close to home I'm sure to be a repeat customer!
