About: I grew up with dogs, birds, and fish. That does not mean I have not cared for other animals. I spent a lot of time at a family members farm growing up, so I also cared for cats, newborn and adult cows, chickens, goats, etc. I have always had a love for animals/pets and am well rounded in that area. I have been pet sitting for various families over the years and have really gained experience by caring for pets of all ages. I can easily deal with puppy messes and senior dog needs. I have an unmeasurable amount of love for animals, and I figured I could put that love to use and start offering services on Rover. I am currently a college student home for summer who works part time. My schedule varies week to week but I am open to any requests! I will care for pets exactly as the owner requests. Your pets happiness is my #1 priority so I will make sure they are well fed, exercised, and happy. All pets are different, and body language is a huge part of getting to know new animals. Luckily I am very knowledgeable about animal body language. I will not overstep your pets boundaries and will let them become comfortable with me first. That way they feel safe and secure. I treat all animals as if they were my own and since I am an animal lover, I form a strong bond with pets.

I'm generally available most other days/times. I don't mind early mornings, late nights or overnights at your home. I have a safe home with a fenced in yard. “Lara went above her job when the garage door did not open. She actually went to Lowe’s to replace the battery in the remote. Thanks Lara for saving my vacation and easing my mind that Marvel would be taken care of while I was away!”

About: I love working with pets! I have experience handling both dogs and cats! I have great experience with cats, and I can manage a household with a large amount of pets as well. I’ve worked personally with a multitude of animals ranging from cats all the way up to an Irish wolfhound fhat I regularly pet sit for. I work five-six hour days from late afternoon to evening, however I will prioritize any animals when I am off of work. I do not travel much nor do I have many plans throughout the week. I can crate dogs, clean litterboxes, or anything else required for the pet in your home. Along with that, if a pet is prone to messes I am more than capable of cleaning up after them.

“Paige was an outstanding sitter for Princess, and a very separation anxiety, Panache. She made sure that his food was upstairs under my bed, so that he could access it. It does take her awhile to answer texts from me, but her care of my pets and home was excellent.”

“Sarah was so patient with our overly nervous dog! We felt confident knowing she would be in good hands.”

“Sarah took excellent care of my cats while I was on vacation! She played with them, feed them, and scooped the litter. I will definitely be keeping her in mind whenever I am going out of town again. Highly recommend Sarah to watch your pet(s)!”

About: I've taken care of cats and dogs practically my whole life. There hasn't been a year when I haven't had one or the other. My first puppy as an adult I trained to go outside in a matter of 2 weeks. To me putting pet care into my routine. Is as easy as easy as making a to do list. And after my human family pet care is natural as self care. I make sure that food and water is filled. And make not only potty was done. But also a safe walking environment. I love treating animals like they are family to me

About: Pets are family, and they deserve to be treated like family. I have doggy sat for a family friend for 3yrs, Zoe, and Zarley. They go out 4 to 5 times a day, they get treats for going boo boo outside. We run around the apartment and play as much as my bones will let me. I love having them here so much. I dont get them everyday, 4 to 5 times a month, overnight. Sometimes a few days, sometimes a week, or more. I take care of my mom, she has Dementia, and the fur kids love being next her, shes so happy and less stressed when they are here. She remembers alot when their here. I tend to cuddle with them all day & nite when they stay. I have a full time job working midnights. I get off at 7am, but don’t usually go to sleep till around 10am. I do not work Friday nights. My part time job is just Mon., we’d., and Fri, from 9am to 1pm. I have every other weekend off. I always put fur babies first in my home. I play with them as often as I can. They are allowed on the furniture and bed. No matter what I am doing, I will stop to take them out, or play with them. I DO NOT give for babies ppl food, their little digestive system mite not be able to handle it. If there is something extra that you say they need, and you don’t have, I will buy it for them. I remove any and everything off the floors, so they cannot get in it. If there is a special diet that they have, I will just need written instructions on how to prepare it.
