About: Hello, My name is Monique. I currently have 2 dogs of my own that, I only just realized have officially entered seniorhood. I currently work at a local vet clinic here in Ithaca so I am also up to date and knowledgable about different breeds,foods, treats, and everything cat and dog! Ive been pet sitting and walking since the age of 13 Which has helped me learn all about caring for animals at all ages. From 4 weeks up till seniority, I can do it all and love every minute of it. Taking care of animals is something im extremely passionate about. I would love the opportunity to meet you and your furry(or feathered or scaled) friend! About: I started petsitting as a college student in DC in 2010, until I left in 2013. I took a short break, but began petsitting again in Ithaca NY in 2014, running my own business, and stayed very busy until 2020 when covid hit. Since then, I have kept my clients to a select few, very local clients. If there is no fenced in area, I always ensure that I walk dogs in a safe location and avoid contact with other dogs.

I work during the week but have tons of space in my home. We are usually chilling at home on weekends. For walking or drop ins I am available before 8am or after 5pm. I love to get my 10,000 steps in! I have a large fenced in backyard and a small non fenced in front yard. Crate trained dogs are preferred. Dogs will be kept separate from our dog when we go out or at work in a separate room.
