About: I spent a lot of time volunteering at a rescue shelter. I started off with the basics; walking, socializing, playing and being a friend. I eventually became more involved and had a great time doing it. I helped with social media, took photos of the dogs, assisted with adoption and fundraising events, foster care and the biggest experience of all was the time I went along on a road trip to South Carolina to rescue dogs from shelters and bring them back to Vermont for adoption. For many reasons, that is an adventure I will never forget. I'm available most weekdays and some weekends. I'm flexible, so times can be discussed. I make sure to get them the exercise, play, and attention they need (and deserve)! I currently work from home and have availability during the work day to take breaks and get outside (rain or shine). About: As a dog owner myself I fully understand how important they are to your family. My husband & I have been in our “pet parents” era for 5 years now, so I’m sure you can only imagine how spoiled our Georgia girl is. When you hire me, you’re getting someone who’s going to treat your dog exactly as their own. I want to see their little wiggly butts & all of their cute tricks when they are in my care. I love watching a variety of dogs ( small to large) and both of my dogs love to play with other dogs! For the dogs I have watched, I send daily photos and updates as needed. You’re dog would get the utmost attention here( nightly cuddles and daily activities) to reduce stress while traveling! If you have any questions or concerns you are welcome to ask! I make my own schedule and my fiancé works from home! He is always home to care for the needs of our dogs and yours! I always take the dogs out and for a walk in the morning and then feed them. My fiancé will take them out intermittently throughout the day as needed. Typically when I come home we will go for another walk

She is conveniently located in a quaint neighborhood that has limited traffic and no unleashed dogs; so, in addition to getting exercise in Dawn’s fenced in backyard, my puppy got exercise when Dawn walked around the neighborhood. After playing with toys supplied by Dawn, my dog cozied up to her dog for a nap. I was so hesitant to leave my precious baby with a complete stranger (he’s my first ever dog and I love him so much), but after meeting Dawn, I felt completely at ease entrusting her to take the greatest care of him.
