About: I've been a dog owner since I was 12. My husband, Ryan, and I have experience with all types of dogs and a neighborhood full of friendly dogs that's great for long walks. We do have 2 children, ages 7 and 8. They are NOT be around during traditional "work" hours, 8:30am-5pm M-F, but will be present on evenings and weekends. They are calm and respectful around animals and will never be left alone with your pet. I work from home 5 days per week, and am home most weekends. I own my own company and only work part-time, so I have plenty of flexibility for walks and playtime. We live in a urban walking-friendly neighborhood, just 1 block from the River Greenway trail. There is plenty of space in my office for a dog to curl up and make itself at home. In nicer months, I work outside on our shaded open-air porch, and would love for your dog to join me!

About: I have taken care and dog sat for people in my family for about 2 to 3 years and they are very energetic dogs. I am used to being very involved with the dogs I dog sit. I do have a job but I only work Wensdays, Fridays and Saturdays ranging from times of 4 to 7 hours. But the rest of my days are free to take care of your animal to the best of my ability. I do work about 16 hours a week but that is all, all my other time will be spent watching and caring for your pet. I would care for your pet like it was mine. I would take very good care of your animal, treating it with love and respect. I would take your rules very seriously and follow them to a T.

I grew up with animals in my childhood home and am very comfortable with animals of all shapes, sizes, and ages. I have trained, raised and cared for several dogs myself. About: I grew up with always at least six dogs in our care and two cats. I also have had experience rehabbing orphaned puppies and kittens, as well as some wildlife. I used to be a senior foster for hospice care, so I’m used to going above and beyond for comfort and high needs for animals! No request is too much for the good of the animals :) Because I’m a teacher, I’m especially looking for summer availability right now, as I’m typically wide open during this period. During the school year, I have varied availability. I have two friendly dogs and four friendly cats.
