About: Hello, My name is Monique. I currently have 2 dogs of my own that, I only just realized have officially entered seniorhood. I currently work at a local vet clinic here in Ithaca so I am also up to date and knowledgable about different breeds,foods, treats, and everything cat and dog! Ive been pet sitting and walking since the age of 13 Which has helped me learn all about caring for animals at all ages. From 4 weeks up till seniority, I can do it all and love every minute of it. Taking care of animals is something im extremely passionate about. I would love the opportunity to meet you and your furry(or feathered or scaled) friend! I currently do work full time and have 2 kidsof my own; and my work schedule does change from week to week but with a little bit of planning, im able to make most things work! I treat every animal as if it's one of my own. From dogs to cats, rodents to reptiles, ducks to goats, and from newborn to senior, sick or in good health, I have cared for and nurtured just about any domesticated animal throughout all stages of life and am here to make sure that, no matter what, each and every animal is as happy as can be, because they deserve it. Four years ago, I lost my dog, Sugar, who I had since I was nine years old. We grew up together, and she meant everything to me. I've been trying to figure out how to fill that void ever since she left, but it's been tough man. Then I came across Rover. Now, I get to spend time with everyone else's dogs, and I see Sugar in every single one of them, which makes me want to give them the time of their lives. I appreciate everyone letting me watch after their pets. Most people do this for money; I do it, genuinely, because I love animals. Not just dogs, not just cats, but everything else in between. I've worked on farms and at pet stores, volunteered at animal shelters, fostered cats and rabbits, and even bred rodents for years - not to sell, but rather, just to care for and love. So this definitely is not limited to just canine and feline friends. I will care for any kind of animal. I have experience with them all. I work as a supervisor on 3rd shift right across the street from my house at a pet food manufacturing plant, making it super easy to take great care of your pet even throughout the night. I am home all day from 8am until 10pm, so there is really not much time ever where I won't be able to give your pet the care that it needs! I have a fenced yard with lots of room for your dog to run outside freely and plenty of room inside as well for a dog or cat or any other animal to roam about and go wherever their little heart desires. I have a young indoor cat who is very friendly and playful, a senior cat who stays in hiding, as well as two pet ducks that roam the yard who love friends. They have an enclosure of their own to lock them in if you are unsure of how your pet may react to ducks.

Coby was so content during Coleman’s stay that he didn’t even wake up when we returned home—he stayed fast asleep on his bed! That has never happened before. Coleman is friendly and trustworthy. My prices are not hard set, please feel free to discuss with me if you might have trouble affording care. I am available most days before 8:30am and after 2:00. Some weekends i will be out of town for dog shows with my own pets. I can be pretty flexible with my schedule:) I have many dogs of my own who I would protect with my life, and it's the same with your baby!
