“I’ve written a review for Sierra before but I just have to tell you about how great she really is! My dog Finn is a little dog with a fearful, snappy attitude. He’s suspicious of anything and anyone new. Several months ago I got a trainer and Sierra was willing to work with me and the trainer to get Finn to the point Sierra could walk him and stay with him. When this started she couldn’t even take the leash on and off. He snapped, tested and growled at her. With consistent visits and coaching with the trainer Finn now gets excited when she comes to visit. He jumps up and lets her pet him and she can take his leash on and off and has let her fix his harness. Sierra has been so patient and helpful through this long process. Her visits really break up his lonely days at home. It has been a blessing and a huge relief to know Finn is so happy spending time with her.”

“Kat was great! She was wonderful with our dog and wonderful with our 3 young children, too. Everyone warmed up to her quickly and I definitely plan to be a returning customer.”

About: Hello! My name is Nadine and I am a 26 year old opera singer in training. Outside of music, animals are my passion. My dog and cat are the lights of my life. My best friend and pet bunny of 6 years just passed away, leaving me freer than ever to focus on pet sitting! I helped train my dog from when he was a puppy, and helped raise my cat from kittenhood. My dog has high anxiety and I understand the challenges of caring for a nervous or reactive pup. I also litter trained my rabbit, and we enjoyed traveling across the country to my university together! I hope to hear from you, and would love to meet your furry friends! I’m a full time college student but free all summer to pet sit! My schedule is very open, please reach out to me - I’d love to help! I am happy to follow all instructions you give me for your precious pets, and I am happy to just spend time with them and be in their company as well!

About: I have been surrounded by dogs since I was 5 years old, and I’ve loved them ever since. I have taken care of my own dog frequently for 7 years, but I have also taken care of dogs for relatives, ranging from puppies to elderly dogs. I am a graduate student at Indiana University, so my class schedule is much lighter. I am able to walk the dogs during the day, and at night. In your home, I can crate your dogs as well as keep them safe and comfortable while making sure that there is nothing dangerous to them.

About: I’m the kind of sitter who loves your pets like family—because to me, they are. I’ve cared for animals of all ages, sizes, and temperaments, and I’m always learning more about their behavior so I can give them the best, most thoughtful care. I’m patient, playful, and love building trust with each animal I meet. When I’m babysitting, once the kid is in bed, I usually end up curled up with the family pet (not saying who I like more—that wouldn’t be fair). And if I ever disappear at someone’s house, you can bet I’ve found the pet and made a new best friend. Whether it’s walks, snuggles, structure, or quiet company, I’m here to make your pet feel safe, loved, and completely at home. I’m currently an athletic training student at Valparaiso University and doing an internship over the summer, but my schedule is pretty flexible. I’m often able to work around short-notice requests or odd hours, so don’t hesitate to reach out—even if it looks like I’m booked or unavailable. I’ll always do my best to make it work for you and your pets! Safety and trust are my top priorities when caring for your pets. I’m probably someone who does a little too much research to make sure every detail is right—whether it’s proper walking manners, keeping pets safe in different temperatures, or understanding the best foods and treats for their health. I want you to feel confident that your furry family member is in knowledgeable, caring hands and that their environment is always secure, comfortable, and loving.

“Tormud is extremely picky with new people, but he took to Nichole very quickly. He behaved well with her and loved the routine he had with Nichole. Tormund was also fine snuggling with Nichole for days where he did not want to do a long walk. Nichole always showed during the times we discussed and even took in some unexpected packages for me. We will love to have Nichole again!”

About: Many of my neighbors have come to me when in need of a pet sitter for about 5 years now. I've taken care of multiple different dog and cat breeds whether they were my own or someone elses. I spend time occasionally at my local humane society because animals truly have a soft spot in my heart. My summer is completely empty as of now so I'm willing to take on a variety of different schedules. If things were to change like another part-time job, it is guaranteed my schedule will say otherwise. I do not provide any pet sitting in my own home so that it doesn't inflict any anxiety on my cats with animals coming and going. But as a trusted sitter in your house, the area will be kept nice and tidy. I will do exactly as your directions say and give more than necessary affection your animal needs! Considering dogsitting, I prefer to walk animals in wooded trails or nice neighborhoods.

About: I currently have 2 senior pups who I’ve raised since they were puppies. I love dogs of all kinds and conditions. I’m willing to do whatever to make your puppy happy and healthy. I am a full-time IU student on summer break. I will be here and available in Bloomington until July 12 and I will have a lot if availability while I’m here ☺️ I am very comfortable with animals and will listen to what they want and need. I am an attentive listener and will follow your every direction down to the letter. I know dogs and cats can be sensitive and the smallest change in routine could cause distress so I make sure that I understand what they need to be comfortable.

About: Pets have been a part of my life since childhood. I am experienced in caring for dogs, cats, and rabbits. I've cared for kittens and puppies, elederly and post-surgery animals, snugglers, leave-me-aloners, runners, fetchers, and tug of war champs. I love them all and welcome different personalities, needs, and preferences. Can't wait to meet your furry friend! Every evening is available beginning at 4:45pm. Saturdays and Sundays are completely open. In addition, I am free between 9:45am and 12pm and any time after 1:15pm on both Wednesdays and Fridays. Love to sit for petting and belly rub session, excited to take walks or play, happy to feed and give medicine. Whatever your pet needs!

“Adrienne has taken amazing care of my Georgia pup all summer during my work days! She was always aware of Georgia's needs, made sure she wasn't in the heat for too long, refilled her water. You can tell Adrienne loves animals, and I am so appreciative of her. Thank you SO much for easing my mind while I work and treating Georgia like she was your own!”

“Excellent, highly communicative, did not late cancel/showed up on time. Treated our animal with respect and kindness, very personable. Highly recommended, she saved us in a pinch!”

About: I have taken care of my own pets since I was young including dogs, cats, fish, bunnies, and hamsters. I understand how important your furry friends are to you and I want to make sure I can be the best substitute for them. As I am a student-athlete and work part time, pet care is something I like to work into my spare time. Taking care of animals is a passion of mine so I like to try and make time for it each week. I care for pets just as I would want mine to be cared for, making sure I can be the best substitute for you. I am great at communicating how your pet is doing and can be a safe environment to build your pets trust.

About: I took care of my own dog for about 10 years. After she unfortunately passed away due to old age, I craved to be around dogs again and began dog sitting for friends and family with one of my best friends. Through this I have walked, fed, played with, etc many different dog types and breeds. In the summers I watch over many dogs as their families go away for weekends and vacations. I would like to continue this as the school year starts up. I am a college student, but only have 2 classes a day and can be with your furry friends for quite awhile and give them lots of attention if need be. I will respectfully follow any rules you have for your furry friends. Whether that is to stay within a fenced area, keep them crated, let them roam free, whatever it may be. I know all dogs are different and I will respect whatever the owner’s rules are for their pet.

About: I've been a foster through the animal shelter for the last few years. I have two spoiled cats and previously had a dog. My girl passed away over a year ago and I have decided for the time being to not get another one. Pets are part of the family and deserve to be loved and attended to. I am fairly flexible in my daily routine and will be able to provide your pet with all the attention they need. I work in office most days and am gone for about 8 hours. If this doesn’t work for your pets schedule, I may be able to adjust depending on the time of year. Message me and we’ll see what works! I have a fenced yard and live along a dead end to be able to walk your pet safely. I have two cats. Cali will hide during your pups visit and Dolly will make quick friends with them. I keep a gate at the end of the hall so dogs aren't able to go in the cats room. I prefer to keep dogs who crate at night and while away from the house. This will ensure safety for all pets in the home. I have a crate that can be set up if you aren't able to bring yours.

“Katherine has been a life saver since going back to working 12 hour shifts. She is very reliable, communicative, and kind. My pup always seems really happy when I come home and I have peace of mind knowing Bowser is in good hands when I’m working.”

About: Dogs are a marvelous source of companionship. I show them compassion and are attentive to their needs. I enjoy running with dogs, playing fetch, holding, and petting dogs. I have experience in playing with dogs, grooming, bathing, feeding, and walking dogs. While growing as a young child, my dad brought home various dogs at sundry times. I was the dog's main caregiver. My mother eventually would release the dogs because she did not like them, but I was able to build a solid experience and bond with them before she did. In Jamaica where my parents were born, their are many outdoor dogs roaming the streets. I easily befriend them and usually play with them and feed them. My schedule is flexible with me usually being available in the morning. If the price for my service is not suitable for you, I am open for negotiation. Call or text me. God bless you and your family.

Lucy D.Star Sitter
“Lucy has stayed in my home for multiple days to care for my 3 dogs - one of whom was elderly and unwell, one who is high needs, and one who is rambunctious. They can be a challenge with their different food and medication needs, one of them can be aggressive when the mood suits him, and they all demand constant attention. She handled them like a pro! She also left my home in excellent condition. We could barely even tell she was here. I would trust Lucy to stay in my house and care for my dogs again without hesitation!”

Mandy S.
“Mandy is a true pet lover who has helped care for cats and dogs, and took great care of her elderly cat for many years. I had to go out for a work trip for an overnight, and had asked her to check on my pups. She did, and everyone loved every minute of it! She's friendly and always enjoys a little furry company from time to time. She cares deeply about animals and their welfare, and is very detail oriented. She can definitely be counted on to help take care of your furry friends!”
