“We felt that Frank treated our pet just like his own member of the family. Even when Bowser had a flareup of a rash on his inner thigh, Frank was very prompt to let us know, and to ask what we would prefer him do. We feel that Frank met our dogs’ needs very well and we were very pleased with the care all in all. He listened to our suggestions of play with Bowser and followed through. We will definitely use Frank in the future.”
