SAFETY is my number one priority when it comes to your pet. I am a Welder by trade and its currently too hot outside for my career, so I'll have lots of time for your pet till the fall when it cools down. I have two very friendly children in my home, ages 17 and 7. We have lots of room in our home and a big back yard which includes chickens. The chickens stay inside their chicken run, they don't like dogs or cats anyway. My schedule is pretty open right now, so just let me know when you would like services, and I'll let you know if I'm available. We currently have chickens and one mixed breed dog named "Charlie" who loves all dogs, cats and even the chickens. Your pet would have our undivided attention! We absolutely love dogs and cats.

About: Southern Illinois born and raised! I’ve been around animals all my life and have loved every second of it, from puppies to seniors I have all around experience. Tend well to schedules, love walking and playing with the fur babies! I am currently a stay at home mom to my sweet two year old little girl. My husband is in the Marine corps and we just moved back after 7 years of being gone from Illinois and now stationed on Scott! With my husband’s schedule I have the flexibility of doing what I love and that’s carrying for the fur babies! My house is a two story with baby gates at the top and bottom stairs. I have a fenced in yard, with two precious little fur babies. If you crate your animal my laundry room is on the main floor of the home and is quite spacious for crates or if you allow free roam the downstairs is where your little one will be!

About: I have had pets since I was born and have been sitting since I was in high school. Experience with many breeds and types of animals. I’m here to feel safe so your pets will feel safe as well. I work full time M-F 8-4 and part time a second job at nights on weekends. Can pet sit/house sit anywhere inbetween or for multiple days overnight. Not only did she have an instant rapport with my anxious-about-new-people puppy, but she responded immediately to my sudden and very last-minute need for help when our usual pet sitter had a conflict about an hour before I had to leave town for the weekend! I was afraid I’d have to cancel everything but in a matter of about an hour Rachel came to meet me and our two dogs, get instructions and a house key, and that was that. I liked her immediately — she clearly has dog-whispering skills! — and I had NO qualms about leaving town with them in her care. About: The house I grew up in was always filled with a variety of down on their luck creatures being nursed back to health under my mother's watchful eye. That love of all things great and small carried on through high school, where I volunteered at my local Humane Society on evenings and weekends, to adulthood. I now combine my profession as an RN with my passion for animals by fostering medical complex/seriously injured cats for a local rescue. I am comfortable with other species and with giving any medications. Caring for animals is my passion and hobby. I love meeting new animal friends! I work a weekend option schedule making me free for visits throughout the week, Monday through Friday! I am incredibly flexible to meet you and your pets needs. I will carefully follow any instructions left by you! Even the ones that make you feel a little silly asking, lol! My cat only eats if I place her on the second level of the cat tree and stare at her until she is done. I understand and I'm prepared to do whatever you need! I believe in gentle and kind reinforcement/redirection. I would never raise my voice or hand to yours or any pet. I will treat your pets as if they are my own and I treat my own as children!

About: I’ve taken care of 3 dogs at once on multiple occasions. I currently have 2 dogs at home that I grew up with that are around 12 years old while the other is only 3 years old. I also currently have 2 of my own dogs that are 1 year old and 5 months old. I have some experience with puppy training as I’m currently in the puppy phase with my own. I just graduated and am trying to pass my certification test so I currently don’t have a job but I am looking around. I am free most, if not all, weekends and weekdays. I love dogs so I like to give them love and cuddles as well as some play time like tug-of-war, throwing a ball, or even play dates with my puppies.

About: Growing up my mom was a professional dog trainer so we always had different dogs in the house. I learned how to do everything from basic care to in depth trick training. My friends, family, and neighbors have always relied on my to care and train their dogs ever since I was young. I have a puppy, an almost 2 year old, and a senior dog in my own home so I am able to care for any age. I am currently a student but there is always someone available to care for the animals in my home. Typically I leave home by 8am and return by 1pm every week day. I am home in the evenings and all weekend. I have a fenced in yard and three friendly dogs that love to play. I have plenty of dog toys and bones to keep everyone busy and happy. All dogs must be up-to-date on vaccinations in order to stay.

About: I have had animals my whole life and have taken care of many different breeds of dogs. Neighbors, friends, and family have relied on me to walk, feed, and bathe their pets for different periods of time. I have two brown tabbies of my own! I work as an educator at a high school so I am available during the school year after 3pm! I do have a weekend job that I work as well but the times are switched so I’m more available in the day time and not as free in the evenings.
