About: I have always been an animal lover since childhood and have taken care of a variety of pets of all sizes! I've helped raise puppies, taken care of senior dogs, and helped train good walking, bathing, and bathroom habits. Most animals respond very well to me. Also being a bigger person I have no trouble dealing with larger dogs. Very experienced in all areas of pet care. I am at home this summer until my college classes start in the fall to continue my degree in early childhood education. Weekends or evenings are not a problem for house sitting. Drop by mid-day walks anytime I'm available! I have a lot of availability and would love to spend my time with animals giving them quality care and attention. I am more than happy to watch your pets while you are away on vacation or gone for the day. I Can do drop bys or overnights depending on your preference and your animals needs. I have a large fenced yard that is great for animals if you need boarding. I have reliable transportation to get to and from. I can take them on walks in your neighborhood or go to a local dog park if you prefer. Very open to working with what is best for your animal. I have my own dogs at home but will leave them there while caring for your animal(s) unless you would like the socializing. We have two friendly larger male dogs that love to meet new dogs if you are interested in doggy day care or boarding. Our home has a large size dog door for pets to access the house at their convenience.

About: Hi! My name is Cora. I'm 67 and throughout my life I can't remember a time I haven't had a pet. Animals are constantly a huge part of my everyday life. I swear, I'm living for these animals! LOL! I live very close to the Avenue of the Giants. I noticed families needed a safe, caring spot for dogs to hang out while they explored the redwoods. My solution was to start a pet-sitting business on my property. The past few years have been full of belly rubs, cuddles and repeat clients. I'm excited to meet your fur babies! Pet care is my daily routine. I'm here serving my three dogs. I wake up to feed them and I walk them daily. They love to meet new friends! I have a fenced, sunny yard that is very close to redwood groves. I love to take a walk in the woods with dogs it makes me feel safer.

About: I started a self made rehabilitation center in my parents back yard (age 14) specializing in rehabilitating and rehoming exotic birds. As most kids I’ve taken care of chickens, rodents, and of course I’ve owned cats and dogs my entire life. A few years ago I started pet sitting for family and friends. I’m from the Sierra Nevada foothills, currently in Humboldt. I have very open availability. I have no problem spending nights, or doing drop in visits. Feel free to ask me questions or concerns you may have and I’ll do my best to answer them for you. Here are a few details to describe the care I give my animals and the care I can provide for yours. I offer dog walking for 30 minutes or an hour every day of the week for Eureka residents. Along with drop in visits as well. I also offer over night service in your home for the comfort of your pet/pets. I usually travel no farther than Fortuna to McKinleyville, but will consider traveling further for a small price raise in services. I live a very active lifestyle. My day usually starts about 5 AM and goes till about 11 PM. So I will be able to give your pet/pets my absolute attention and care. I currently work 10 to 8 five days a week. With working out of town I will be gone between those hours.

About: I have 1 dog and 2 cats. My husband will watch our furbabies while I give yours my undivided attention! I am well versed in medication and dietary restrictions as my dogs have had a variety of allergy related problems I've had to solve and also am good with leash training as my younger dog is very excitable and too happy (strong) so he has had to learn some leash manners. Friday Saturday Sunday availability unless it is the holidays and then I am typically available all the time as we rarely travel and often get work off. About: I always had big dogs growing up, standard poodles very active… and I have had my own dogs for 17 years. I love long walks and playful activity and attending to their needs. I am not currently working and Looking for more activity and I have the weekends free for the next few months and would love to fill time with your dog~ Calypso is pretty mellow at home, she loves being off leash and getting exercise. She is good on the beach or with leashes in city walks. We also play with toys and is ball focused. She loves doggy companions as her sister passed 2 years ago and I think she misses having dog friends. We go to the dog park almost everyday, she enjoying playing fetch…. We also like to go to the beach for long walks by the waves. I care for pets like they are my kids. Lots of attention and belly rubs. I have a fenced yard so the dogs have plenty of access to the backyard and time to be inside and outside through out the day.

About: As a former special education teacher, I was throughly vetted and trusted with some of our societies most vulnerable members. I bring patiences, calm and structure that's been cultivated during my 22 years teaching. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to take this year off and spend it with your fur babies! I'm currently taking a sabbatical! I can't think of a better way to spend it than with animals. Currently living the good life! My days and schedules are devoted to pet care! I have a fully fenced yard. An extra large crate if needed. We also have a gazebo for outdoor puppy naps and two dog water fountains. My puppy is by far the most welcoming and loving little guy, he loves to meet new friends with kisses and toys!
