About: I've lived with pets all my life and while I’ve only had one human roommate in the last 30 years, I've always had a least one cat up until 2018. I LOVE cats (esp kittens), and am quite comfortable around dogs as well (I love them too, just not in all capitals, LOL). When I first started pet sitting, I thought I preferred cats to dogs, but the past few years have enabled me to expand in my love of, and comfort with dogs (but please don't tell the cats that)! I also used to 'lease' a horse in my youth and have experience with birds, hamsters, fish, and guinea pigs. I DON'T like snakes or insects (sorry!) In the last 12 years I’ve volunteered with several rescues as a cat/kitten foster and I'm known to be particularly good with feral kittens and cats. I'm really good with walking (dogs mostly), dispensing medications, and loving attention, but I'm not a pushover when it comes to treats from the table (that's a no-no) staying on leash when required, and letting them know I mean business when necessary. I don't believe in EVER striking or punishing animals and seem to fall in love with them all. I’ve been a house and pet sitter on the site “Trusted Housesitters” since 2018 and have over 21 positive reviews there. I’m recently retired (yet surprisingly busy). I don’t do a lot of night driving, but am otherwise generally available. I’m a stickler about being on time, and keeping dates I commit to. My preference is for cats to remain indoors at all time at my house, and dogs always on a lead when outside. I have a variety of crate sizes here, and am totally comfortable with your fur kids riding in my car, lounging on my furniture, and/or sleeping in my bed. I have all wood floors, plenty of cat litter pans and bowls for food and water. My yard is not fenced but I live directly in front of the Western Maryland Rail Trail, and have easy access to neighborhood parks as well.

About: people in my life reach out to me first when they need help with a pet! I care for all pets and have experience with many cats and dogs :) i promise to do everything possible to give your pet the best care I am a student but have plenty of time in between classes and overnight to care for any pet in need! My busiest day is Tuesday but I have full availability every day. I have a fenced yard and dog park at my apartment. I have lots of space and do allow pets on furniture! I love to walk and am not far from a park.

About: pets are my passion. fur, feathers, paws, hooves, big, small; I cherish them all I've been an animal lover since the day I was born. I grew up being the caretaker for our family dogs. And I honestly volunteered for it, I couldn't help myself. Fast forward, and I am now the proud owner of 5 goats, 2 dogs, a snail and 4 fish. It's taken some time to find my direction for a career. The typical paths never stuck for me. I tried my hand at many different things, but couldn't put my finger on my purpose. I knew I was happiest with any and all animals, but how could that be a career? I've always been the one to volunteer to care for my family and friends' pets anytime I can. When I'm going away, I plan my trips around my pups and take them with us. And I make it a point to visit all the zoos and aquariums I can. Animals, especially our nearest and dearest pets, are a special gift from God. Currently, I am working through some dog training courses, so I will be able to provide the best care to each and every client and to build on my skillset and expand my services in the future. Now that I have had the epiphany I needed, please let me meet your pets! :) I provide care for your pets in the comfort of their own home. I have a flexible schedule for both weekends and weekdays. Every pet is unique. I am happy to tailor my services to their individual needs. Walks, check-ins, feeding, baths, photos & updates, you name it. If there isn't somewhere to walk your pup at your house, I have a spacious and reliable pickup truck and am happy to take them for a drive to a safe trail. If you need them bathed and don't have the space, I can absolutely take them for a ride to Tractor Supply to get them cleaned up for you. I am also able to provide services as a pet attendant for your wedding or special event if you need an extra hand to make sure your non-human family members are also enjoying in the special moments.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs of varying sizes since I was a little girl. In my childhood home we had five dogs, two cats and one bunny! I currently have three pups, and four cats! They’re very special to me and I take the most precious care of them, which I extend to all animals and hopefully, to yours too! I currently have college classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays, so I am unavailable 1-2:30pm! M/W and weekends I can be available anytime if I have enough notice! :) Just like I do with my pets, I will follow your fur babies eating and potty schedule to a tee. They’ll only get the best love, and “gentle dog parenting” (haha). I love to go on walks myself, so they’ll get out plenty. It’s your home and your pet, so I will surely follow the rules you have set for your pet care.

About: I have a German Shepherd that we have had for 2 months we have been getting her used to people. I have dog sat for my friend's that went away on vacation feeding and housesitting. Also helping 2 golden retrievers that I helped potty train and play with. Im am currently unemployed and loving on my dog. Very eager to meet new dog and cats. I have a German Shepherd to love on. I want to meet new friends. I have a dog who loves to play ball. She is also very energetic and make sure play time is at its greatest. I have made sure that all needs were met. Food and water is a must.

About: I worked at PetSmart for over a year in the grooming Department. I also worked for doggie style pets in Philadelphia . Before I started grooming I worked at Sobo Dog daycare as well in Baltimore. I really enjoy working with dogs and getting to know them and the pet parents. I want to make a safe environment so they're comfortable that their pets are taken care of. I'm hoping that later down the road that I can possibly find a career in this and I feel like this is a good way to start. Im really looking forward to this opportunity to further my experience in this field. I love dogs and I'm excited for this opportunity to love and care for your pets. I'm currently working from home part time as well as doing this part time. My hours are flexible and I'm usually always able to adjust my schedule to accommodate to my rover clients schedule! If im boarding I suggest bringing anything that is favorable, toy or bed, blanket ect its easier for them to get adjusted to the new environment if they have something familiar from home with them.

About: Responsible pet sitter with over 20 years experience. My husband 3 children and I run a small homestead. We have our family dog Penny, 2 cats named lamb and cow, bunnies, pigs and chickens. I have experience with small and large livestock. And have Volunteered time fostering dogs for PAWS in state college. I have experience with and assisting the delivery of animals, administering medications, following specific feeding schedules, and providing companionship and exercise. I’m a stay at home mom with 3 children. We do go to church on Sunday's. We would be gone Sunday's for about 3 hours in total. Unless it’s soccer season we are home! We have a fenced in front yard and our back yard leads into the woods. We have areas for a dog to be completely fenced in if needed as well. We spend a majority of our summer days outside. We live in a 2 story home, pets will be on the main floor in our home. Our stairs have gates for the bottom and top. Our animals are welcome on the couch but if this is a no no for you we will respect that. Our dog is crate trained and sleeps in her crate at night. Our cats have free range of our home but spend most of the time in the basement.

About: I have two shih tzu puppies, fifteen chickens and one rabbit. I love all of my animals and care for them like they are my children. I'm looking to start caring for other people's pets as a part time job. I'm available to care for your pets while caring for mine. I have a fenced in yard with doggie doors. About: I have taken care of dogs since I have been 10 years old. My family was a breeder of shih tzus and bichons, I am familiar with puppies as well as small, medium and large dogs. About: I LOVE DOGS!! What more can I say? I have had dogs in my family, of my own and taken care of family dogs practically since I was born. I've been around dogs of all shapes and sizes and love all of them, no matter what! I have had experience with special diets, dog walking and even diabetic dogs (using diabetic test strips and glucometer). Sometimes I like to think of myself as a dog whisperer: I can get along with all dogs and read what they need or want. I'm also great at helping dogs to heal or get over their fears! About: I've cared for not only my own pets but I've been pet sitting for friends, family and neighbors since I was about 12yrs old. I currently care for my own dogs, fish, and several reptiles. I know what I'm doing and if you choose to book with me, rest assured your pets are in great, caring and knowledgeable hands. I currently work full time as a dog trainer, and part time as a pet caretaker for a few friends. I have a fairly flexible schedule, and would be happy to do drop ins or take your fur babies out for a walk when needed. My days where I have full availability are Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. I ask plenty of questions about the animals ahead of time, if any meds need administered, any routines to stick to, ect. I don't ever wanna put stress on a pet or throw off any routines. About: I have had pets my entire life! My family adopted a Terrier-Maltese mix from the Central PA Human society when I was in elementary school and we also had a lab growing up. Currently my wife and I have three Yorkies and a cat. We also used to foster Yorkies through “Save a Yorkie” rescue where we ended up adopting one of our pups! I typically travel for my full-time job on Mondays and Tuesdays, although I typically have mornings and evenings available. I am almost always in the area for the remainder of the week. When dog sitting for friends I always try to spend as much time with their pups as possible so that they are not lonely. I enjoy playing with and walking dogs the most!
