About: Hi! I’m a lifelong animal lover with extensive professional and personal experience in pet care. I previously owned and operated my own pet daycare and boarding facility, where I cared for dogs of all sizes, breeds, and temperaments. In addition to running a facility, I’ve spent many years caring for my own pets, as well as rescuing and fostering animals in need. Working with rescues has given me experience with shy, anxious, and high-needs dogs — and taught me patience, structure, and how to build trust. I’m comfortable administering medications, managing feeding schedules, supervising play, and maintaining consistent routines. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities, and I treat every animal like family. I am able to accommodate morning and evening potty breaks, playtime, walks and meals as I do have a full-time job where I will be gone from 7:30AM to 4:30PM Monday through Friday but I have large kennels available if pets are needed to be crated and a designated dog room where they can be left out comfortably. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priority. My home features a fully fenced-in yard for secure outdoor play. I have three friendly, well-socialized dogs of my own, and I always conduct slow, controlled introductions to ensure everyone feels comfortable. Feeding times are handled separately to prevent food guarding or stress, and crating options are available if requested or if a dog feels more secure with their own space. For additional peace of mind, I also utilize camera monitoring when needed to ensure safety at all times. My goal is to provide a calm, structured, and cozy environment where every pet feels safe and cared for.

I live on a farm and care for multiple animals daily, including dogs, horses, poultry, and other farm animals. My days are already structured around feeding, watering, exercise, cleaning, training, enrichment, medication when needed, and monitoring the health and behavior of the animals in my care. As a professional dog trainer, I also understand that dogs need more than food and potty breaks. Dogs staying with me receive plenty of opportunities for exercise, play, enrichment, rest, and individual attention based on their age, personality, energy level, and normal routine. I am accustomed to planning my schedule around animals and making sure their needs are consistently met throughout the day. Safety is one of my highest priorities when caring for someone else’s dog. Dogs can be safely separated, crated, rotated, or given individual play and exercise time when appropriate. Because I live on a farm, I take additional precautions when dogs are outside. Every boarding dog wears a GPS tracking collar whenever they are outside of their secure kennel area, providing an additional layer of safety and security. Dogs are never given unnecessary freedom simply because they are staying in a rural environment. My goal is to provide a structured, safe, and enjoyable environment where owners can feel confident that their dog is receiving knowledgeable, individualized care while they are away.

About: I’ve had dogs my whole life, and I’ve cared for dogs for friends and family for years. I’ve looked after all kinds of dogs, from big Rottweilers to tiny senior dogs near the end of life who needed to be carried down the stairs to potty. That range has taught me to be patient, to read each dog’s needs, and to adjust my care to fit their age, energy, and health. I sit small to medium dogs in my own home, and someone is almost always here, so your dog won’t be left alone for long stretches. We have a large, fully fenced backyard for safe potty breaks and playtime. My two pugs, Maggie and Bob, live here too and will be happy to keep your dog company if they’re comfortable with other dogs. I’m glad to follow your dog’s routine, feeding schedule, and any special care needs, and I’ll send updates and photos so you can relax while you’re away. I work from home two days a week, and my wife and kids are home every day since our boys are homeschooled. That means there’s almost always someone here with your dog, so they get regular potty breaks, playtime, and plenty of company throughout the day. I’m flexible with drop-off and pick-up times, so just let me know what works for you. Every dog has their own personality and comfort level, especially around other dogs and young boys. About: My family over the years have had dogs as pets. This is the extent of my experience with dogs. I am very willing to learn how others take care of their dogs. I am currently working every Weekend and would like to have a part time job during the week. I am a lover of all animals. Mix the two together and here I am to take care of your pets. About: Hi I am Suzanne! I have cared for many dogs throughout the years of both friends and family members who are traveling out of town. I have a genuine love for dogs and will do everything within my power to foster a warm, inviting home away from home for your dog. I have experience walking, feeding, crating, and playing with dogs of many different breeds. I am the right home away from home for your pup if he/she loves being around attentive, nurturing family with children. I am a homeschool mom of three children, aged 6, 9, and 11. As a homeschool mom, I am home a large majority of the time. I am available and present weekdays and weekends to care for and spend quality time with your pup! Any pup in our home will be well-loved, played with, cuddled, and attended to in a kind, gentle way! While I am home, your pup will be able to freely wander our downstairs area and screened in porch. At bedtime and when I have to leave the house, I will crate your pup. I have a large yard and a great neighborhood to walk your dog frequently. I have a screened in porch for your pup to lounge in on beautiful days and a large downstairs area to ensure your dog has a comfortable place to stay and an indoor place to play ball and snuggle. I can accommodate small and medium dogs who are crate-trained. For fully-potty trained dogs, I have a downstairs area that I can safely accommodate smaller pups who are not crate-trained.

About: Caring for dogs isn’t just what I do- it’s who I am. As a proud parent of three wonderful pups, I know every tail wag and each happy bark means the world. I’ll treat your dog just like my own - with plenty of playtime, safe walks, and fun photo updates so you’re always in the loop!! My husband and I both work from home and the pups are very seldom left alone. If you want your pup crated we will follow your instructions. We may run to the store for a few, but we don’t even like to leave our pets alone :) I have an extremely large fenced in back yard for the pups to run and play!! We work from home and we are able to care for your pups all day! We do let animals on the couch and the bed, but will crate if that’s what you prefer.

About: I love all animals, I’ve dog sit in the past for families and really enjoyed it. I have prior experience with small dogs, along with larger ones. I’m looking for openings in the Louisburg area. Looking forward to have the opportunity to work with different animals and meeting new people in the area. I believe you have to be patient with all animals and pets especially when you are first meeting them. “Best pet sitter ever!! Sylvia has provided daycare for our dog during weekdays over the summer and it has been such a wonderful experience. Our puppy is a high energy breed and requires tons of exercise. When we pick him up at the end of the day he is happy and exhausted! He even pulls towards her door when we drop him off in the mornings because he is so excited. Her dog Fitz Roy is very patient with our puppy and Sylvia sends us daily videos of them playing together which has been great. We couldn’t ask for a better situation to socialize our puppy while knowing he’s in great hands. To showcase Sylvia’s kindness and high level of care for our puppy even more, Sylvia and her husband offered to provide a higher level of care for our puppy after he recently obtained a sports injury playing frisbee with his owners (us). Placing him in somebody’s care is a huge deal to us, just as it would be for our child yet we trust Sylvia and her husband with our puppy. They are going above and beyond to make sure he has constant supervision and gets his meds etc. and that is saying something. Like all pet owners know, it is extremely important to make sure your pet is with the right “fit” and I am driving 3.5 hours round trip daily to take him to her place before and after work because I feel so strongly that Sylvia is trustworthy, responsible, caring and will go above and beyond to make sure our dog is looked after and loved!”

About: Hi! I'm Katie. I have a sweet dog who is about 60 lbs and LOVES making new dog friends. :) We have a 5 year old, 8 year old, and a 14 year old who all love, love, love dogs. I've been around dogs my entire life - both big and small, and many types of breeds including labs, Pomeranians, German shepherds, Rottweilers, and super mutts! Before my mom passed away, she was a pet sitter and I was always so jealous that she got to meet so many friendly dogs. I'm happy to offer dog sitting and walking now to keep her memory alive. It was her favorite job she ever had - because it wasn't really a job! I can't wait to love on your sweet dogs like they are my own. :) I will also gladly welcome the extra exercise walking your sweet pup! If you're interested in having your sweet dog stay with us - I work from home so I am always here! My kids will LOVE giving your pets the attention they deserve while you are away! Crate-trained is preferred. I work full time from home and my schedule is very flexible for breaks! My husband is home a lot as well as his shifts are 24 hours so he can fill in as needed. I have a fenced in yard (six foot) and a great block to walk around for walks. For feedings, we separate the dogs so there is no chance for food aggression.

About: I have been caring of furry family members since 2006. I owned and operated a very successful pet sitting company for 12 years and prior to that was a police officer and detective for 13 years. Since having children I have devoted my spare time to fostering dachshunds and providing quality pet sitting and dog walking services to many pet owners in and around Raleigh and Wake Forest. My family consists of 2 young human kiddos, 2 senior dachshunds - Maggie and Julie and two queen-bee cats named Autumn and Lucy. I’ve been a dachshund mom for 23 years and work closely and foster with Doxie by Proxy Rescue. My last 2 rescues were brought into our family at the ages of 12 and 13. I have experience with almost all breeds and ages of dogs and cats. I’m 49 and very responsible and trustworthy. I will care for your pets as if they are my own.... guaranteed! My schedule is fairly flexible as I stay at home with my 2 kids ages 7 and 9. Depending on the time of year (summer breaks and track outs may change my availability just slightly). Weekends and holiday are always open! I am very aware of a client’s home and what is expected as far as safety and trust. Being a former police officer, I am a trustworthy option. I strive to stick close to a client’s schedule and routine when it comes to the pet’s feedings, walks, potty times, and play. Most of my day is open to care for pets and provide dog walks! I so enjoy staying busy and spending my days with furry friends. I always try to stick closely to your pet’s schedule including walk/potty times and feeding.
