About: I am currently studying at Wilson College for my Bachelors degree in Veterinary Nursing and am going into my junior year. I have experience volunteering at a cat shelter and I have pet sit friends’ cats and dogs. I as well have had a family dog, Otis for 11 years and my cat, Pearl for 5 years, and my 2 rats Lightning and Rocket for almost 2 years! I absolutely love all animals and I will take the best care of your fur babies as if they were my own while you relax! During these summer months I am (for the most part) a completely open book! I will select the days I am not available, but majority of my time is available! I would make sure your animal feels safe and loved at all times. I will provide them with fresh water always, and treats (with permission). I can also clean up any messes your pet may make in your absence. I also have no problem administering medication, however I would prefer to have a demonstration beforehand or meet beforehand and try with the owner present to ensure your pet is getting the medication they need correctly and calmly! I am able to spend any extra time to play or make sure your pet feels loved and comfortable during your time away!

About: As a young child I provided care for my neighbors pets while they were out of town. I’m excited to begin providing care again for families going on vacation or while at work. I currently work part time and every 4th weekend. I am available for walks and check in visits from 8:30-2pm as well as 4-8pm on my off days. We have 4 animals total. A 8 year old black lab, 4 year old cat, and 8 year old cat. Our dogs do well with other pets, they love to play. The younger cat likes to socialize with the other pets while the oldest prefers to hide out.

About: I have had dogs since I was 12. They have always been a favorite animal of mine. My family would always ask me to watch there dogs for them when they went away. I am off 2 days a week and I just wanted that time to spend taking care of dogs. I like to go on hikes and run around with my dog. I have a decent sized yard for your pups! My dog is also very friendly and would love some company whenever she can get it! I’m up to doing whatever you want for your pet.

About: I’ve been taking care of animals since I was a child. My parents owned 10 acres and I helped care for dogs, pigs, rabbits, birds, sheep, goats and more. I currently own a four year-old golden retriever who I have trained since a puppy, and I am currently beginning training for him to become a Therapy dog so he can bring joy to others, as much as, he’s brought to me. I have been a physical therapist assistant for over 15 years and I am looking to focus more on my family who is getting older and the more important things in life. I’m also looking to find a new path with animals, which is why I am available daily with notice to ensure there is comfort for myself, my dog and for you and your pet as well! I have a 2 1/2 acre yard, it is not fenced so I would need to know if your dog needs to be on a leash or is trained to stay by command. My dog Oakley is four years old, trained by commands and is extremely friendly and has never had any problems with another dog. I sadly cannot take cats because he is scared of them. I am home 24/7, so I am able to be there for all their care, especially if younger and needing to be let out more often or if older and need medicine given at certain times. I have a crate if needed that could be used for small, medium or large breeds.

About: I’ve always had animals with me in my life. From birds to reptiles, cats and dogs all different kinds of pets I welcome! About: I have been around dogs since I was younger had many dogs growing up and now have one of my own. I have always had so much love for all dogs. I have also have had cats growing up and love them just as much to! I’m currently working part time so available days would be Tuesday Thursday and possibly Sundays or if I need to drop by once or twice on a Saturday if need be! I can gladly play with your dog in your home or yard, take them for a walk or just hang out and keep them company for a bit!

About: While I’ve only been pet sitting outside of my family for 6 years, I have never went without a pet at home & have volunteered with quite a few rescues! Currently only working part time, so I have a few extra days of the week available! Plus my shifts at work are almost always less than 8 hours. About: Hi! I am a full-time teacher and mother to 3 amazing kiddos who would all LOVE to have a pet (especially dogs). While my husband and I both have had pets most of our lives, our family just recently got our first family dog! We tried fostering for the weekend and fell in love. 🥰 He is still very much a playful pup, but loves other dogs and people! He would love to keep your dog company! We have a nice-sized, non-fenced yard and a beautiful neighborhood for walks. We also have plenty of room inside for playing and snuggles! We all are looking forward to the opportunity to meet you and your pet and to take care of them like you would while you are unable to do so! Now that we have a pup, we are already on the dog walking/feeding a schedule! Adding another dog to that same routine would be easy to do! We love to spoil with attention to make them feel safe while in a new or different environment. Our pup will keep them company and provide lots of playtime if wanted. We can also crate, if preferred, to give space when needed.

About: I spent my youth training to be a vet and fostering dogs. I learned a lot at vet school, namely that I couldn't ever deliver the final act of compassion. So, I turned my attention to my true passion - caring for dogs! I have been dog sitting for over 15 years and I love it. Every new dog that I meet reminds me how much I love dogs. I am flexible to the needs of every dog I care for and will make their experience with me as similar to their home life as possible. I have only one hard line, I need to meet you and your dog before the stay. I have learned that it is the best way to ensure your dog's comfort in their stay. I did not always adhere to this and I have seen some very stressed out fur babies. I want your fur pups happy and healthy as much as you do! Thank you for your consideration. I work from home so, I will be with your dogs all day. If we have any grocery trips or daycare drop offs, they will be crated for those brief periods. We keep our dog-less activities to a minimum during pet stays. We have no fence and our dogs run off-leash. With your dogs, I will walk them leashed because dogs (like children) test boundaries. We also go to creeks and hikes very often, and your dogs will join us leashed (if you approve).

About: I’ve been a Dog Mom for 16 years. I’ve also been entrusted to dog-sit multiple neighbors’ dogs, including a wolf/Husky hybrid named Loki; 2 “pitbull” mixes, Dicey and Scooby; and a GSD/Lab mix named Mya who has regular sleepovers at my house. I have experience giving dogs oral, drop, injectable, and subcutaneous IV medications. I take care to pay attention to the temperature outside and a dog’s needs and adjust walks accordingly (no walking on hot asphalt, make sure dogs with no undercoat are suitably dressed in cold weather, etc.). I’m a firm believer in letting dogs experience the world around them through smell, and allow them to sniff to their nose’s content on walks. If your dog is prone to pulling, please have a suitable harness available for use. (I highly recommend PetSafe EasyWalk harnesses.) NO prong, choke, or shock collars! I look forward to meeting you and your pup!! I work from home and my hours are flexible, so I am able to arrange my work schedule around the needs of you and your dog(s)! I always ensure that your dog’s collar/harness and leash are secure so they won’t slip out on a walk. I bring poop bags on every walk, and a water thermos and bowl on longer walks. Food, potty breaks, and medicine administration can all be given at drop-ins. I have experience giving oral medications, eye drops, injections, and sub-q IV drips to my own dogs, and can do so for yours as well with as much care and love as if they’re my own.

About: Hello! My name is Mary Beth and I live in Palmerton, PA with my husband Adam and our two sons, age 10 and 13. I have had a love of dogs since I was a child. I grew up with a Shih Tzu while my husband grew up with a Greyhound. We got married and found our first furry child, Opie, a Boston Terrier who has since passed away. Currently, we have a 2 year old lab/shepherd mix named River. He is dog friendly and loves to play. He looks forward to our daily 3 mile walk. We would love to care for your furry friend while you are away. Our home is now your pets home. We have a large yard that is not fenced in to play in. If your dog loves fetch, fetch we will play. If your dog loves walks, walks it is! We are here to love and care for your dog like they are our own. If you would like, I can send you frequent updates and pictures while your pup enjoys his/her vacation! We are here to makes this as relaxed and stress free as possible! Let us love your dog! My husband and I work full time so weekdays are not the best for us. There is a chance we can make it work. We are available starting Friday afternoon and all day on the weekends to spend the whole day with your pup! We have a friendly dog, RIver who would love to keep your dog company. Our yard is not fenced in, but we have a long line to keep your furry friend safe. If you normally crate your dog, no problem. Bring your crate and will set up their safe area for them.
