About: I know what it feels like to try to find the right sitter to make sure your pet is safe and taken care of. As someone who has worked at PetSmart and has always had a passion for animals, I will make sure of comfortability within you and your pet! As someone who would love to work with animals full time, I have open availability. I do have my own fur babies so I am available after 10 am. I will do as told as long as I have it written for me. Communication is important for me so as long as it's communicated to me, it most certainly will be done.

“Finding Ashley through Rover has been a blessing! She is wonderfully attentive to and very patient with our large, stubborn, protective German Shepherd, Sheba. It is evident that Ashley has significant experience with large dogs. Sheba looks forward to her walks with Ashley, which is the best endorsement someone could hope to receive. 😀 We are very pleased with Ashley's reliable and kind care of our "little" girl.”

“Jordan was amazing and helped us out when we were in need at the last minute.”

About: I have experience with training my own pets through obedience trainings and potty training. I have experience in giving medication to both cats and dogs when needed. I grew up with animals in my household and now my wife and I have two fur babies of our own. A 5 month old kitten and a 1 year old pup! I am currently freelancing from home which gives me the freedom to come and go as needed or stay for long hours for pet care. Occasionally I will have to go check on my own pets if my wife gets stuck at work herself. If your pet likes play dates, I am more than willing to bring over my pup to keep them company and burn off some energy. I thrive when clients give me details of their pets routine and habits to better care for them in your absence.

“Amy does such a nice job. I feel comfortable leaving them with her.”

I have 10 years experience with boarding in my home specifically so it is safe and ready for pets. Your pet will be the center of attention as I prefer to only watch one dog at a time. My househould is also childfree. Feel free to email or text me anytime, I'll make sure to get back to you asap and stay in constant communication at all times during scheduled services. Thanks so much for your time and consideration! This is full time job! I do sometimes work shifts as a server 4pm-8pm once a week. So my schedule is very flexible! Whatever you need I'm sure we can work something out. I have no pets of my own currently. When your dog is in my care, they do not leave my sight. Since I live in a larger home I used gates to section off the part of the house Im in to keep your pet with me. I do not use cages unless they are required or recommended by the owner. I am very active and am able to give your pet as much exercise as they need!

About: Dependable, compassionate, and always advocating for our pets. Since growing up with a rambunctious Dalmatian, I’ve always surrounded myself with animals, especially pups big and small, from Huskies and Bully breeds to little-legged Pomeranians, Pugs, and Frenchies. I listen and communicate clearly (to animals and their owners) to provide the best possible care in that moment, every time. Sometimes they need to burn off energy, sometimes they just need a lap to rest their head. 🐾💚 I have open availability for all pet requests. I understand the last-minute “life happens” moments and can usually make myself available. Morning routines or evening walks, I am flexible with schedules. I let dogs on the bed and couch at my home and typically prioritize animal care and comfort over my own OCD of cleanliness. But that’s my house. Your house, your rules. 🫡

About: Hi, I'm Bob – a retired non-profit professional and lifelong animal lover based in Ephrata, PA. With over 50 years of experience caring for dogs and other pets, I offer reliable, compassionate pet sitting services right in your neighborhood. Whether it's daily walking the dog, feeding or long-term caring, I am anxious to care for your pet. As someone who now has the time and flexibility to focus on what I love, I treat every pet like family. Over the years, I've cared for dogs of all sizes and temperaments – from energetic puppies to senior companions – and I'm happy to provide references from longtime pet owners who trust me with their beloved animals. Pet sitting fits perfectly into my lifestyle as a retired individual with a flexible schedule and a genuine love for animals. Without the demands of a 9-to-5 job, I have the time and energy to provide dedicated, one-on-one care to pets in a calm and comfortable environment. Whether it’s daily check-ins, overnight stays, or long walks, I’m able to adjust to your pet’s routine and needs — and I truly enjoy the companionship they bring into my life. For me, this isn’t just a side job — it’s a meaningful way to stay active, helpful, and connected to the community. Some pets are happiest in their own surroundings — and I’m happy to come to them. I offer drop-in visits, walks, or extended stays depending on your needs. While you're away, I’ll keep your pet’s routine consistent and provide updates, photos, and peace of mind. I respect your home and your pet’s habits and will treat both with the same care and responsibility I’d expect for my own.

About: I am a weekly volunteer at Delaware Valley Golden Retriever Rescue. I am a former teacher, so I will follow your directions, be impeccably respectful. I am in a job transition so I am flexible to care for your fur babies. If a change, I will let you know times. My two cats never go outside, I keep updated medical history. They are cherished and are fed special food. They are truly Spoiled and Happy.

About: I have been taking care of the pets of my family and friends since I was a child, and have taken care of cats, dogs, birds, fish, you name it! I have consistent families who ask me to pet-sit, and have pet-sat with up to 3 dogs in the home as well as a cat and bird! I have a dog of my own who pulls a lot when she walks, so I can handle that too! I have cared for senior animals and puppies, and animals with medical needs & diapers, plus homes with multiple different kinds of animals. I have cared for many many different breeds of dogs, from newfoundland's to chihuahuas. I have also cared for shy and anxious dogs, so I know how to approach them! I work a hybrid position, so I can spend the majority of the day with your animal, however one day a week I work the full day at the office. I have an animal, so my schedule already revolves around making sure I care for her and don't leave her alone too long. While I am pet-sitting, I have family members who will care for her. I can do drop-in's/hanging out with the pet for the day or multiple hours and then going home to sleep, or in-home pet care. I am less available for in-home as it depends on care for my own animal! I adjust my care based on the needs of the pet- if they are active and want to play, that's what we can do during a check-in, if they are a cuddle bug, then I will give them that attention during a check-in.

“Jennifer is an incredible asset to DVGRR, where she currently volunteers two evenings a week, along with helping our monthly open house events. Her dedication to the dogs, especially the shy and more vulnerable ones, is nothing short of compassionate. She has a natural ability to connect with them—always patient, gentle, and understanding. She never hesitates to lend a hand wherever it’s needed. Whether it’s working directly with the dogs, assisting with events, or helping behind the scenes, she does it all with a smile and a kind heart. I think Rover would be lucky to have someone as kind, reliable, and deeply caring as Jennifer on their team!”
