Also, when a massive rainstorm hit just before pickup, she gave us some extra time to get which was greatly appreciated. They sent multiple pictures and videos every day, and she looked goofy, happy, relaxed, and completely comfortable in every one. She had an upset stomach the first couple of days, and they handled it really well, kept me updated, and made sure she was doing okay.
