About: I have been walking dogs for 3 years. The dog I currently walk is a Golden Retriever with a lot of energy! I have also walked other large dogs as well as small dogs. I currently walk a dog every morning Monday through Friday, and 2 small dogs as needed. We enjoy going for walks and to the dog park if requested. We have gone on car rides to different parks for walks as well as walking in the neighborhood. I love the time I get to spend with the dogs. Dog walking is what I do. Every day Monday through Friday I walk a Golden Retriever. After that I am open to taking on more walking or drop in visits. When going to clients homes I am always careful to be sure to lock up the home after our walk. I check to be sure that there is adequate water. I am respectful of others private space and leave things as I find them. I give treats if requested. On hot days we can keep walks shorter if requested. I will also brush your dog if you request this.
About: I’ve had pets (dogs and cats) my entire life, and they’ve always been family. I know every pet has their own personality and routine, and I believe they deserve to be treated with the same love, patience, and care they receive at home. Whether it’s walks, playtime, cuddles, or simply keeping them company, I’ll make sure your pet feels safe, comfortable, and well cared for while you’re away. I understand how much trust it takes to leave your pet with someone else, and I’ll treat them as if they were my own. I am self employed and have a very open and flexible schedule to fit pet care visits in according to your needs. I have reliable transportation as well. I’ll happily visit your home and provide the care your pet needs while you’re away. I’ll follow your instructions carefully and make sure your pet stays on their normal routine, so you can have peace of mind. I’m dependable, trustworthy, and understand how important it is to welcome someone into your home. As a Realtor for the past 25 years, I’ve built my career on earning my clients’ trust and treating their homes with the utmost respect. I’ll care for your home—and your pets—with that same level of professionalism and attention.

About: I lived with 2 cats for a majority of my life. I have experience watching animals for family and friends, looking to meet new best friends. I am currently working full time and going to school part time to earn my master’s degree. Looking for a fun side job to keep life interesting. I am open to having the animals out in the open or crated when not around. Would love to have a yard to play with animals, but not opposed to going to local parks.
About: My name is Corrie and I love animals, I have 2 cats, 2 dogs and 2 kids. They mean so much to me. I have a passion for caring for animals of all kinds. I love going for walks with my dogs. I have a big yard that's 2.5 acres and we roam around the whole thing. Some of it's long grass so I will check for ticks. I cut or file my own dogs nails as well and can offer that if needed depending how well the dog or cat does. I work full time but work from home some days of the week, Wednesdays and Fridays. We are available in evenings and weekends. Especially in the winter. We have a large yard. Most of the time we let the dogs out on a 50 foot leash for quick potty breaks. Rocky is allowed to roam a little. Otherwise we walk the dogs around the yard or neighborhood. Have a large crate when needed.
About: What sets me apart from other sitters is my six years of dedicated, hands-on experience caring for animals around the clock. I grew up with two dogs and a cat, caring for them through all stages of life—including senior care and end-of-life comfort. I’m confident working with puppies, senior pets, and those needing special attention, and I truly love and treat every animal as if they were my own. I currently have an open schedule, which allows me to be very flexible and fully dedicate time to pet care. I’m able to plan my days around the needs of the pets I’m caring for, making sure I’m available for feeding times, walks, play, and any special routines or requests. When caring for pets, I prioritize their safety, comfort, and routine. I follow all owner instructions for feeding, medication, and exercise, ensuring fresh water and a clean environment. Whether supervising play, going for walks, or offering companionship, I aim to reduce stress and make pets feel secure and well cared for in any setting.
About: I’ve grown up with having both cats and dogs of my own my entire life so I know the proper way to care for them. I understand both the needs of animals and how to tend to those specific needs. I love all kinds of animals and spending time with them so much that I would love to go into some type of career where I can be around them and care for them. I’ve always had positive experiences when around animals and have never had any problems being able to connect with them. I would prefer walking smaller dogs but have no problem sitting both large and small dogs/ any size dog. I would also be happy to take care of and watch cats also.
About: I have raised several dogs from the time they were puppies. I have done obedience training with all of them. I truly enjoy the loyal companionship of a dog. I am currently on SSDI, so I am retired. I do have a karaoke DJ business, but that usually only takes me away one or two nights a month. I currently have a French bulldog who is fixed and he is very friendly with other dogs. I also have two cats, but I have the ability to separate them from the rest of the house.
About: We grew up with pets and we have a pet loving family. We have a German wirehair pointer dog, cat and raise rabbits for showing. We also volunteer at a local goat farm and help take care of goats. I work full time out of the home, Monday-Friday, so your dog will be kenneled while we are at work. Unless it’s summer or holiday then my schedule may be different. I will do morning walks and night walks and playtime outside after and before work. We have an unfenced large yard so your pet will be leashed for playtime. We have a nice larger private backyard so plenty of space for exercise.
About: I am a single mom, who enjoys animals just about as much as I love children. My son loves taking dogs for walks and helping me care for them. It teaches him about responsibility, integrity, and so much more.. Plus we get to play with many different animals and who doesn't love that! I enjoy all breeds of dog whether they are large or small as long as they're friendly with children. I am very professional, and respectful of people, their homes and their pets and have never gotten a bad review from any customer that I've ever had. I always go the extra mile to make the customer and the pet feel as comfortable as possible because it's hard to leave a pet, and also hard for a pet when the owner leaves.

Cat sitters on Rover care for your cats’ needs and can spend quality time with them, including activities like feeding, playing, and refreshing their water and litter boxes. Depending on your arrangement, you can schedule as many visits per day as your cat needs or find a sitter who can stay at your house overnight. Some sitters also board cats in their home.
House sitting can be ideal for cats who need socialization or care that lasts longer than a few hours. Your cat stays in their own home, on their own schedule, with care based on what you and your sitter agree on together.
Many pet parents provide a spare key or arrange a lockbox. You can also exchange keys during the Meet & Greet and show your walker how to use digital fobs or personalized codes. It helps to arrange access to your home, from spare keys to concierge introductions, before pet care begins.
If you live in an apartment or condo, don’t forget to discuss details like buzzer access, codes, or elevator etiquette. These details can help a pet sitter feel more comfortable going in and out of your building.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Weber. On Rover:

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
