About: I am a caring and responsible pet caretaker. A pet is a family member; therefore, making sure they are fed appropriately, walked accordingly, and given the attention they deserve is top priority. I have had three dogs of my own, all rescued, so knowing how to gain trust and provide a comforting environment is my specialty. I also have two cats that have enriched my world as well! I know how to handle both anxious and energetic dogs; each needs the same amount of care and attention, yet knowing how to provide this in a unique and effective manner is important to me. I treat all pets with respect and provide the care and service they need, and I hope to provide this care for your animals as well! Compared to other sitters, my schedule is pretty flexible as I do not work a regular 9 to 5! I am back in school to pivot my career; therefore, I am available most mornings, afternoons, and evenings! (depending on the day and class schedule) At this time, I cannot offer pet accommodations in my own home. With my own pets, I stick to a daily routine for my labradoodle (Dora) and two cats (Candy and Tilo). Regular feeding times, regular walks, and of course, keeping their designated areas clean and tidy!

“Emma was AMAZING! 3 Great Danes and she handled their clumsy-ness and lap dog tenancies without a hitch. My stupid dogs ran off to the neighbors house and had an incident with the neighbor dog. She handled the situation perfectly and kept my dogs, the neighbor and their dog, and myself feeling safe about the incident the rest of booking. When I got home and apologized again to my neighbor, they said that Emma did great the whole time and were impressed with the way she handled things. 10/10 would recommend Emma!!”

About: I grew up with dogs and cats my whole life. I grew up with 2 husky mixes and 3 cats in my childhood home and I currently have 1 cattle dog and 2 cats. I also had the pleasure of house sitting for a few families consistently while they were away on vacations. I work early mornings so I have plenty of the daylight to spend time with your dogs! I’m available after 1pm to do daily walks, checks ins, and will have hours available for boarding. I have a fully fenced in yard and a 2 year old cattle dog that loves to make friends and play but also understands boundaries. I have a cat as well but I have a two story house so she can be separated from your dog if need be! I can easily crate your dog if needed as well. I am very flexible and accommodating to whatever your fur baby needs to feel comfortable and safe.

About: I have a deep love and understanding of pets coming from a lifetime of pet ownership and a "pet family" background. Having rescues has taught me many things and provided me with experiences working with food aggressive, animal aggressive, malnourished, and unhealthy animals. This patience is important when working with pets, particularly those who are shy, anxious, or have behavioral quirks. I can following instructions and adapt to each pet's routine, ensuring a seamless experience for pets and owners. As a teacher, I am done working by 3 pm allowing for lots of playtime and walks after school. I enjoy getting up early as well. Currently, I am on summer break so I have lots of flexibility. When pet owners leave, I understand the importance of routine and consistency for dogs. I am very good at following directions and can easily adapt my schedule to meet the needs of your pet— whatever that may be!
