About: I've been around pets my whole life they are the best thing ever created. I've had a 3 dogs and about probably 13 cats in total growing up. Animals are my passion. I've always taken care of my fur babies before myself. When it comes to my fur babies - they have been a part of my life for nearly a decade. About: I have grown up with all kinds of animals: dogs, cats, horses, fish, hamsters, ferrets, guinea pigs - honestly, you name the animal and I have more than likely had it at one point in my life. I've been pet sitting through Rover since 2018 and have loved every second of it! **Note**: I lived in Australia/New Zealand for 2.5 years and took a long hiatus from Rover. However, while I was there I dog sat a few times for friends and even took care of 2 young Highland cows! It has been amazing developing countless relationships with so many families and their fur children. This includes dogs of all ages, from rambunctious pups to lovably grumpy senior dogs! In the past, I enjoyed helping care for my family's dogs, Otto, a lovable German Shepard, and Nubbins, a feisty dachshund. I would also look after friends' dogs - walking them/feeding them/etc. My skills include long-distance stick/ball throwing, medication administration, professional belly rubs, long walks at the dog park, as well as providing plenty of love and attention. I teach English online and make my own schedule so I am very flexible and free to pet sit when and where I want. Since I work from home, I will be able to hang out with your pet lots! First of all, I want to spend time with your pet(s)! I prefer not to leave them alone for an extended period, no more than 3-4 hours, so rest assured - they will receive lots of attention! While caring for your pet(s) in your home, I will keep a close eye on them so no mischief ensues! I will closely follow whatever guidelines/safety precautions you set forth and typically adhere to. About: Hello pet parents. My name is Kim and I live in Chandler, AZ. I used to work for the company "Fetch" but when the owner decided to retire, I decided that I loved my job too much to give it up. I just love animals too much to not keep working as a pet sitter. I was born and raised with all types of animals - dogs, cats, fish, snakes, hamsters and lizards, so I really do not have a fear of any type of animal. I currently have two English bulldogs and three cats which is the unfortunate reason I can't watch any pets in home, other than caged pets. Go bully breeds. I have watched fish, ferrets, guinea pigs, rats and rabbits. The biggest dog I have watched so far has been a doberman pinscher and the smallest has been a miniature pinscher. I have watched cats, one of which required medication administration. I was able to create a routine for this cat that he was comfortable and willing took the medication. Really, when it comes down to it, I love all animals and I love my job. I often say that if I won the lottery, I would still do my job, but for free. About: I am a college graduate with a degree in animal science. I have grown up taking care of my animals at home, dogs and a cat, but also friends and neighbors and my very large 1600lb "dog" - my horse. I grew up around animals and wanting to give them the best lives they can have - even if that means helping you out because for some reason, you cannot do it yourself today. You already being gone is usually enough stress on them already, and bringing them somewhere new and unfamiliar, most of the times, it makes the dogs more stressed out. About: I’ve had dogs and taken care of dogs for a long time. I have experience with all different sizes and breeds. I have a full time job, but I work 12 hour swing shifts, so I have days where I am completely off. I freelance, doing a few different types of jobs but they normally do not overlap or cause me to be away from home/your home for longer than a couple to a few hours. I am a very active person, I do hybrid training everyday that includes street/trail running and weights/calisthenics. I normally do this early in the morning for 1-3 hours. If I’m not with your babies, I’m at my house a couple times throughout the day to care for my babies then I’m back at yours! I care for your pets at your home, I can stay or go as long as you’d like, keep them outside playing or inside- everything is your preference. I’d love to do whatever makes you feel most comfortable. As far as your home, if there’s anything you need me to do please let me know! I will do little things that I see here and there such as, bringing in any packages, cleaning up and taking out trash.
