I am available all day Sunday, Thursdays and Fridays, every other day I'm available after 5:30pm When caring for pets in your home, I create a comfortable and welcoming environment that mimics their usual routine. This includes designated feeding times, play sessions, and cozy resting areas. Regular walks and ample exercise are essential to keep them active and engaged. I ensure a safe space by pet-proofing my home and providing supervision. For clients who prefer their pets to remain in their own familiar surroundings, I offer in-home pet care. This involves following the pet's established routine as closely as possible. I visit at scheduled times for feeding, walks, playtime, and companionship. I also administer any necessary medications and maintain clear communication with owners through updates and photos. Ultimately, my goal is to ensure the well-being and happiness of every pet, whether it's in their own home or mine.

“I was a travel nurse with one Pitbull mix named Souin and a kitty named Boo who were unable to travel with me in 2014. I feel like the most fortunate person alive to have found Katelyn Ashley at that time. There was never an awkward moment when I met her in person. Souie and Boo came right to her and after more than six years of her caring for them when I was away, I often felt that they preferred her over myself. No jealousy there. Just the most comforting feeling in the world to know with all my heart that they were cared for completely and loved dearly by Katelyn. Unfortunately Boo and precious Souin have passed away or they would still be in her care today. She is 100% trustworthy, knowledgeable, kind, and a pet magnet! I could tell hundreds of stories and show dozens of photos as examples of these attributes in her. Just know I never had a moments worry when my babies were in her care. She gave meds, groomed, gave baths, and sent cute and funny pictures when I was away. Always bringing a smile to my face!”

About: I grew up caring dogs, horses & one orphaned raccoon until she could take care of herself. I've cared for my own dogs (usually 2 - 3 at a time) all my adult life. I've dog sat for friends & family often. I worked for a college police department for 29 years. During the last 2 years, I shared handling duties of our department therapy/outreach dog, Ember. I retired at the end of August this year & moved to Diamondhead, Ms. at that time. My schedule is wide open so I not only have time to care for our dogs, I have time to take care of others. If doing a drop in visit, I would follow the pet owners directions. Let the dog(s) out. Clean up after the dog if needed. Play with the dog if the dog enjoys that. Give medicine if needed.

About: I’ve been pet setting for my family members and neighbors since I was 14. I’ve always found joy in spending time with/ taking care of animals. I love running and going on walks so you can trust that your pet will get its healthy dose of cardio while in my care. I’m not scared of the “not-so-pleasant” tasks like scooping poop after a bathroom break or making sure they keep a safe distance from other dogs that may cross our path while walking. It brings me joy to give animals the love and attention they deserve. As a pet owner, I promise you can trust your pets care and safety with me. I have an almost 3 year old kitty at home. I feed him every morning when I wake up and I pet and play with him frequently while get ready for work. My boyfriend is at home with him the majority of the time so he is rarely ever left alone. As a pet owner, I understand how important it is to have a schedule for your animals. I promise to follow whatever plan and rules you provide me with. I plan to give your animals lots of love and attention as well as just making sure they’re fed and bring them outside to potty.

About: I have an available schedule all week plus weekends. 15+ years experience with an assortment of animals, all shapes and sizes. 30 to 45 minute walks through the neighborhood, parks and see really nice nature trails. I can also provide a huge fenced in backyard for your pets to roam around, especially for high energy pets who need to run they're little hearts out. I can assure you that your pets will get everything they need while your away. Toys can be provided, or if you prefer to bring your own. No more worrying about your best friend being lonely! About: I am a veterinary technician with 7 years experience! I am extremely knowledgeable about all topics being I work in the vet field. I would love to take care of your fur babies! I am currently working full time but I’m available on Thursdays and weekends. I am also available to walk your fur babies during lunch hours and evening times. I have three cats: two tuxedos, and a Sphynx! I can take your fur baby for a stroll at the park! I also have 7 years experience in vet med, so I am very knowledgeable

About: I’ve always had a love for animals and have taken every opportunity to care for them! I have several years of experience working as a zoo keeper so I understand that every pet is different and to pay close attention to their needs! I’m working part time and would love to spend my weekend taking care of your fur baby! I’m available from 11-8 Sunday-Tuesday. If those days work well I may open my schedule from 6-8 on weekdays! For puppies/curious cats I will make sure to set up a play area and to move anything valuable from their reach. After we’ve gotten familiar, I will tend to their food, exercise, or potty needs.
