About: Started out with friend’s family calling me to house/dog sit. By Word of mouth I’ve gotten many jobs. This job chose me. I love it so I thought I would start advertising. Feels good to help homeowners to not worry about their house or animals while on vacation. I love sending videos every day of their animals. I do not work secularly so I have a pretty free schedule. Right now I housesit or dog sit about every other month so let me know about your dates the sooner the better but you never know I might be able to do last minute. I meet with the pet owners to see what they would like me to do while they are gone. Regarding the house/ administering medication/ walks/ car rides/ dog parks/ mowing grass/ watering plants .. how often do they want me there to make sure the house still looks lived in while they are gone such as staying the night

About: I have experience in dog sitting and house sitting over the past 10 years for friends, family, & community neighbors. I would be happy to continue to build that experience with clients through Rover. I currently teach English in Spain, so it may show I am far away. However, my calendar is updated with the correct dates I will be available to Rover while home over the holidays! I work an average of 40 hours a week from Monday to Friday, and then I have weekends available. Normally my M-F schedule is from 7:30-3:30. I am happy to watch pets in clients' home environments or board them at my current place of residence. It simply depends on what is best for the pet.

“Emma helped us out on a holiday with a short notice and was wonderful with our two large dogs! Great communicator and kept us up to date. Would definitely recommend her in the future.”

About: I’ve always had dogs in my house. I have raised multiple dogs since they were puppies and I have taken care of elderly dogs on their last leg. I also had a cat at one time and have taken care of family’s cats and dogs I currently don’t have a job so I will have plenty of time to spend with your pets. I am available on weekends and week days. I offer going to your house to take care of your pets. If your pet is skittish I will take my time with them so they will trust me.

“Kerri is the BEST! We ended up having our flight canceled and got stuck for an extra day, and she was very willing to check our pups an extra time. Excellent communication as well. Highly recommend!”

“Blake was awesome! Such a nice human and was very responsive, responsible, punctual and reliable during his time with Scarlett. He had recurring visits with her for a week before moving away otherwise we would have continued care with him!”

About: I’ve grown up around dogs my entire life, but I didn’t begin doing it seriously until college. Along with having my own dog, I am very familiar (and comfortable) with all the basics necessities required when taking care of dogs. Over my years of experience, I have primarily dog sit/house sit. I am currently on summer break so I have plenty of time to care for your pups! I have open availability for the most part, but will always communicate if something changes! Leaving behind a simple rule/task list works perfectly! I have a very friendly labradoodle, and (if allowed) she would love to play with your pups! In my area, there is not a fenced in backyard so therefore a leash will be on at all times, but there is a dog park less than 5 minutes away that I go to all the time with my fur baby!

“Gabby and Dalton were so good with our Finley. He is a “pet me!!” beggar and they were more than happy to accommodate him. They made sure he was fed and watered, that he had plenty of outdoor time, and of course, belly rubs! They kept us informed and provided pictures of their time with him. I would highly recommend you consider them for your pets.”

“Super sweet girl. Treats our home and animals like her own. I have 2 Dachshunds…one’s grumpy and one has anxiety and also a Jack Russell mix who is super hyper and don’t listen well. They all love her. I never have to worry that they aren’t being babied just as if I were home.”

8. Kayley E.
“I count on Kayley for outstanding care of our Browser when I’m away. She engages him in games and play. Browser is in poor health. He takes a lot of different medications. Kayley is right on top of things with his different medications given in different ways at different times. With his medical problems, Browser can’t walk far, but he likes to go for walks. Kayley takes him for his walks then actually carries him back home! Browser loves Kayley and runs to her when she comes in. Kayley also takes great pictures of Browser for me! I never hesitate to call Kayley when I’m going to be out of town.”
