About: I am an experienced dog handler and temperament tester. I have worked in shelters for the past 8 years, and help run a dog rescue. I believe in, and practice a positive reinforcement training and reward system. I will provide a safe and fun and social experience for your dog. I love dogs of all sizes, breeds, and temperaments. I am also well versed in the “crate and rotate” situation in the event there are animals in my home that don’t like each other. My schedule does vary and I do work weekends but animals are never left alone for more than 4 to 6 hours. Crate trained animals are required to stay in my home. I am happy to help with that sort of training.

Hopefully, I will be expanding into boarding in the future. Size and breed don't matter—I love and care for them all with the same dedication and affection. I currently work part time September- June, and am free after 2:30 pm. I'm available most weekends, summer months, and most holidays. I can usually accommodate last minute needs. I am working toward offering care in my home, until then I will offer care for your fur baby in the comfort of their own home, just show me the ropes on our meet up. About: Hello! I’m Tara I’ve been taking care of pets since I was kid. I have 3 of my own. An active large dog and two sweet cats. I’m adaptive and really love animals. I work in the film industry and have insane hours. Rover has been a life saver for me. I understand the need for sitter and how important it is to have somebody treat your pets with the same love and care you do. I could help fill in for regular walkers or give full time care at the moment. My dog blue gets walked 5-10 times a week and on the weekends we plan fun hikes. I’m experienced with pet sitting in other homes or even taking pets overnight if you’re comfortable with that and if our animals get along. My dog has insane allergies and I’m used to administering medications. I follow directions very well and promise to give your pet the care they deserve. I’ll take your pup on adventures or even just come by to keep them company and let them out. My dog is always on a leash in public places. My care can vary to you and your pets specific needs! I’m here for all the funny quirks and specific personalities of any pet. I’m experienced with cats, dogs, bunnies, and even reptiles! Heck I’ll water you plants too lol. About: I currently own a cat, 2 dogs, and a reptile. Grew up with 3 dogs from 15 to 120lbs along with a cat, hamsters, 6 chinchillas, and at one point a rabbit. I have taken care of friends and families dogs and cats of all ages and sizes along with anything from fish to reptiles. Many of the things needed to be done was general check ins to walk, feed, play, overall mess cleanup of toys or accidents, cage cleaning, and night stays if needed. I have also volunteered at many shelters which consisted of dog walking, kennel cleanings, litter box scooping, and overall playtime. I'm used to bathing when needed and have a great amount of knowledge in many animals as I was also a manager for awhile at a pet store. I'm currently a stay at home mom who only works 2 set nights a week for 4.5 hours. I generally am up between 6am and 7am and don't go to bed until around 11pm. If I'm not home playing with my kids or pets I'm just tidying around the house or cleaning. I am almost always local to the area but if for any reason I'm not I always know ahead of time. After volunteering at shelters and having many animals of my own I have learned that patience is key. When meeting a new animal who may be anxious or scared, sitting quietly with them for awhile and allowing them to come to you on their own terms works the best. Forcing an animal to adjust to a human is not in anyway okay and only makes things harder for them to trust a human. Making sure an animal has a properly secured and adjusted harness or collar before going out is also a big thing I have always checked incase the animal is an escape artist. Before allowing a dog to go outside making sure gates are secured as you never know when one may be unlatched for any reason. When going on walks I am always aware of my surrounding for cars, people, other animals to keep all safe. If an animal is hypersensitive or reactive knowing ahead of time allows me to adjust accordingly.

About: i’ve grown up with dogs my whole life, i have my senior baby who is a 13 year old 80lb american bulldog sweetpie, and a year ago i adopted a border collie/ pitty mix who has grown into a 40lb ball of energy. so i have a good understanding of the different types of dogs and how their breed affects their personalities. me and my girlfriend will be doing this together in case of emergencies and to help. she has the same experience i do & she’s 20. we have to keep my puppy entertained for nearly all hours of the day. she goes to the dog park in the mornings for 2+ hours and we take her on hikes. she loves all dogs and is very well trained in all aspects. she loves playdates! i’m working part-time so we will have to schedule times for potty breaks/visits & for walks. i work 5 days a week all different times. i will treat your puppy like i treat my own. i believe in positive reinforcement with bad behaviors & i can incorporate training into the experience. in my experience i find e-collars & prong collars very rewarding. we can go over the tools that work best for you & ur dog as well as treats you will pre-approve. i only believe in the best for you & ur dogs!!

About: I've owned and cared for dogs since I was three years old. I've always loved them! I've worked at a dog boarding kennel for over a year now and I love it! Before that, I worked at a farm with lots of different animals and I've watched/walked dogs on the side for a long time now. I also have experience with cats as well! I'd love to meet your four-legged friends and family! I work part-time at a dog boarding kennel and my hours are different sometimes. I'm either working 7am - 12:30pm OR 3pm - 7pm. I usually work the afternoon shift (3 - 7). Since I have worked with animals a lot, especially dogs, I definitely consider myself pretty educated.
