About: I have taken care of all different kinds of dogs from sizes and breeds since I was a kid. Throughout my life I’ve had several dogs all types of different breeds and sizes, from a mastiff to a miniature poodle. So, I have lots experience in dealing with dogs in different ranges with breed,size, and age. I also have experience with cats, hedgehogs, guinea pigs, and hamsters. I am working full time currently, I am off on the weekends unless and normally completely free these days. I work during the day most days. I usually work evenings one day out of the week,tuesdays. I am very flexible outside of my time with work! I currently have a dog and 3 cats. With my dog we feed him in the morning and evening, throughout the day I usually play with my dog let him out to go potty, and a couple walks throughout the day to keep them moving. I also feed my cats morning and night and play with them throughout the day and clean their litter box in the evening.

With me, your precious furry family members will get the love and care they deserve, and I'll stay in frequent contact with (texts/calls/pics) you about their care. I've been away or on vacation and employed pet sitters in the past, and I know how reassuring that frequent communication is! I am retired and have no strict obligations that would keep me from sticking to any care schedule you need. Over the course of my work life, I've adapted to about every time and day schedule possible - weekends/late nights/early mornings are no problem! I have a reliable two-year old car, and am very experienced using any modern technology necessary if anything unexpected happened (Google Maps/Hailing an Uber/Anything smartphone related, etc) I understand how important it is to meet your expectations regarding the care of your animals and I will do whatever it takes, and I will treat your home with the utmost respect.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs, cats, and even chickens for more than 6 years! I’ve cared for pets for more than 15 families in the Valpo, Chesterton, and Crown Point areas. I love going for long walks and would be the perfect walking buddy for your dogs! I work remotely during the week, which allows me to be very present with your pets if you are gone on a trip. I work remotely full time, so I can be available any time during the day for overnight petsitting! I can be available in the mornings or late afternoons/evenings for dog walks. I don’t offer overnight stays for pets in my home, but I have a lot of experience petsitting and housesitting for families when they are gone on trips!

About: I have experiences with different breeds of dogs from Lhasa Apso to Great Danes! I’ve been trusted to watch and feed dogs for my neighbors, family friends, etc. for over 5 years and I’ve never met a dog I didn’t absolutely adore. I’m currently a student at the University of Dayton and am looking to earn some money to pay for my classes. I’m free every weekday after 12 pm, but want something more flexible than set hours as I still have to study for tests, do homework, etc. As I’m staying in University housing, I’m solely doing visits to client’s homes. I am a detail oriented person and will gain the trust of your pet before anything to ensure that they are comfortable with me being around. I will follow any directions given to me and will be transparent with any questions/concerns I may have about your pet.

About: I've had my own dogs since I was 4, so I have years of hands-on experience caring for pets, understanding their needs, and ensuring they're happy and healthy. I'm currently working part-time so I have a flexible schedule that allows me to dedicate time to pet sitting, ensuring pets receive the attention and care they need throughout the day/week. I'll follow any specific instructions given by the pet owners, maintain a clean and safe environment, and make sure pets are comfortable and happy by sticking to their routines.

About: I have grown up around pets my whole life and have been trusted with family/friends pets for many years. I am very active and love to play and walk with pets as I have had border collies as family dogs. Having had many, I am familiar with dogs of all ages and understand how each pet differs from one another. I am in between jobs currently and, therefore, have a lot of time on my hands. This leaves a lot of space for pet care throughout the week when I am not traveling. I am willing to be at the client’s home as often as requested to care for the pet. I am very communicative and will send owner updates throughout their time away.

About: I love all animals but have just two cats myself. I’ve worked with both domesticated pets at vet hospitals to wild animals at rehab centers and nature centers in NWI. I’m happy to be someone you can trust with your furry family while you’re away! I work hybrid and have a lot of flexibility to my schedule. I can usually be available morning, noon and night! I can easily find a way to fit your needs to my schedule. I like to be active so walks and play time are big for me. If your pet is more into snoozing on the couch, we can make that work too! I’m great with medications if needed and very protective of my own pets so you can rest assured that I will let you know of any issues should they arise.

About: Hey there! My name is Kendyl. I’m new to Rover, but I’ve had pets my whole life and have been working with dogs professionally for about 6 years! I have experience working with fearful/reactive/aggressive dogs, so I am more than willing to work with any behavioral issues your pet may have. I also have basic dog training experience. I am currently in college as an Animal Health and Behavior major, so I am constantly learning new things about animals and animal care. I have another job that is fairly flexible with my hours, so caring for your pets on Rover is my top priority! I can always work around my schedule to accommodate things you might need. I will let out as often as you’d like. I am always down for cuddle time and love enrichment activities! I can feed special diets and administer oral medications as well. I am open to helping with anything and everything.

About: Animal lover. Mom of 4 enjoys meeting new pets and owners. My son has autism when he is not in school this helps me work around his needs and occasionally I may bring 1 or 2 kids along. I'm working part time and schedule fluctuates so looking for other options when I have down time. My son has autism ( he won't be with me all the time) I want him to meet animals so we can choose the perfect one to fit our needs in the future. I live right next to a fenced in dog park. About: I have 12 years of animal care experience and several years of college credit towards an animal behavior minor. I have had animals all my life so part of that time was caring for my own cats and dogs as well as volunteering for 3 years at a Human Society. I have cared for dogs and cats of all sizes, breeds, and ages. I am happy to help with administering medicine for both cats and dogs and I have experience with cats who have asthma, thyroid disorders, the herpes simplex virus, or GI issues. I also have the proper training to give kitties with asthma inhaler treatments and those with nasal issues nose drops. I am currently unemployed and my husband works remote so I am able to give my time 100% to pet care as of right now. My goal in caring for your pet is for you to feel confident that your pet is getting the best mental and physical care while your away. I will go above and beyond to make sure whatever care is needed is taken care of and then some. I can not house animals in my own home but am happy to care for whatever they need in their own home whether that be to just to have some company and cuddles, long walks outside, or enriching games to play to keep their mind busy. I also will make sure any and all messes will be thoroughly cleaned up inside or outside along with cat boxes etc...so you come home to not only a happy healthy pet but a clean home as well.
