About: I try to make my place a home away from home. We’re a very active family and the dogs will get lots of playtime both inside and out. Both my children absolutely love every dog they have met and are not intimidated by breed or size. I have owned dogs my entire life and have worked at a doggy daycare and boarding facility for the past 3yrs. We tend to do a lot of hiking and swimming that the dogs will be included in whenever possible. We have a large mainly shaded fenced in yard that the dogs will have access to all day. I am very patient and caring and will care for your dog as if it were my own. Thank you ? I am currently working full time 730am-4pm about 20min from my home. I do go home on lunch so I will be able to let them out to play, potty and have lunch if needed. Dogs will go outside one last time at midnight( I am a light sleeper so will wake if they need to potty) and will go out again at 530am. Dogs that come to my home will be treated as my own. I have two dogs myself who absolutely love to play and always welcome new friends. I also have a 4yr old and a 7yr old who have never met an animal they do not like and enjoy helping care for any animal in our home. Animals are allowed on the furniture, bedrooms and in our kiddie pool of they like to swim. We are also within walking distance of a brook deep enough to cool off in. If there osever an emergency I am less than 5min from our local vet.

About: I have owned dogs my whole life and am a PhD student looking to use my exercise/break time taking care of your dog! Mondays to Wednesday I have open availability and Thursday to Sundays I am open from about 10AM to 2PM. I am super flexible and happy to follow your doggie rules. I have done formal training for rescue pups and understand dog behaviour/warning signs/signs of stress etc as well as any human can. I like to take my own dog with me most places, hiking, camping, you name it. I have owned dogs from 30lb to 90lb and ones who are super loving and those who are more shy. I am used to dealing with a more shy dog on a regular basis. Hope to hear from you!

About: I have had pets in my home since birth and am very experienced caring for them. I got my own dog as soon as I was able to at age 18, he lived to be 16. I am experienced with puppies, elderly dogs, dogs with high anxiety, and rambunctious dogs. I'm happy to discuss any dog's particular needs. My husband and I both work from home. We walk our dogs at least once per day depending on weather and time of year. We walk them in the morning in good weather and after work if there is light to do so. Our normal routine is feeding twice a day. We live on 45 acres of unfenced land with an unfenced pond and stream where. I have two big male dogs, an unaltered Golden and an altered mixed pit, and one cat. I also have a baby under one year old.

“Laura and Tyler were great with my dog! He has pretty bad separation anxiety which makes it very difficult to leave him new places. Laura was awesome about introducing her dogs one by one and letting him get accustomed to her dogs and her home. She tried different areas to see where he would be most comfortable and really put time and effort into getting him to relax and be comfortable. She kept me up to date and make me feel a lot better about where he was and how he was doing. I would definitely use them again when we're in the Adirondacks!”
