About: Located on Herron island, consider this your pets private vacation- complete with walks on the beach! 🏖️ 🐾 & if they love car rides, they will join me for my coffee run and with pet parents permission- their very own puppuccino! daily pet care routine involves potty breaks, meal times, exercise that’s fun (play time!), & cuddles + love!! Every pet is treated like family and taken care of like my own. In my home, my approach to pet care for dogs and cats centers on creating a safe, comfortable, and stimulating environment. I prioritize their individual needs! We have a fully fenced yard for safe play + potty breaks as well.

About: Approximately 18 years ago I saved 2 dogs from being euthanized that were living in cages in a FL landfill. Little did I know that it would set me on a path of wanting to rescue more. I moved to WA and started volunteering for several rescues and quickly discovered that it was my passion. I did a lot of long distance transports, fundraising events, fostering, and met a lot of great people along the way. I bought a home 7.5 years ago, because I wanted to start my own in home rescue. Since that time I have fostered 80 dogs, including 3 litters of large breed puppies. I recently had to take a huge cut in pay, and I have decided to do this as a means to close the gap, plus it's been sort of a goal for me...a semi retirement plan, perhaps. I can care for dogs of all sizes, temperament, and ages. Special needs are not a problem. I work 2pm to 10pm, 4 days on and 2 days off. My place of employment is only a few minutes away from my house, so I can come home and check on them, during my lunchtime. I also have a close and very trustworthy friend that lives down the street that can do extra check ins, if I feel like your pet needs it. I have plenty of time to give your pet the attention that he/she requires. I will care for your pet in your home as instructed. In my home they will have their own personal space, no contact with any other dogs for safety reasons. I believe in safety first, and I will never force your pet to do anything that it doesn't want to do. I'm am only a short term caregiver to them, and it's my responsibility to care for them with as much compassion and understanding as possible. I have a garage that is setup like a living room. A radio, television, webcam, couch, carpeting, and a 4x8x6 kennel, if needed. There's also fans, A/C, and heat...if needed. There's a doggie door with a 10x10 outdoor, covered kennel. I also have several high quality Retriver kennels (covered) on my concrete patio that I can make into a 10x20. 2 10x10s, or 4 5x10s. I have a huge yard and I live in a quiet residential neighborhood where I can take them for walks, if needed. I have a Great Pyrenees that is an escape artist, he can climb over a 10ft fence, and has even pulled the boards off my privacy fence, so my yard is very secure. The house/yard is surrounded by 4 webcams, as well as a webcam in the garage. Access can be provided to them while your pet is in my care. I also have a camper that I can spend overnight with your pet one on one, if they are struggling with being separated from you. House Sitting is turned off, but can be an option, and fees are adjusted based on your pet's individual needs. We can also do drop ins and dog walking within a 5 mile radius.

“This was our first time using this service and our first time leaving our pet with someone other than friends or family. Jesse made us feel comfortable and took such great care of our Moogie! Will definitely be using his services again in the future!”

About: Hi there! I’m a lifelong dog lover who knows just how important it is to leave your pup somewhere that feels like home. When I look for a sitter myself, I want peace of mind—knowing my dog is safe, loved, and having a great time. That’s exactly what I offer to you and your dog. My partner and I share our home with our happy, high-energy 2.5-year-old male pup, who we raised from a puppy. He’s super social and always ready to help new dog friends burn off some steam—seriously, he’ll make sure your pup gets plenty of playtime! My partner also grew up breeding miniature English Bull Terriers, so between the two of us, we’ve got years of hands-on experience with all kinds of dogs. When you come to pick up your dog, you won’t have to wonder how it went—you’ll know they were in good hands. Happy, tired, and well-loved—just how it should be. Pet care is built right into my daily life. I work from home, so I'm around all day to give your dog the attention and care they need. I take a midday break to walk my dog 1.5–2 miles, and your pup will be right there with us, getting exercise and fresh air. After work, we go for another walk and spend time playing fetch in the yard. With our fenced yard and dog door, they can enjoy safe outdoor time throughout the day too. Your dog will be an active part of our home life and get plenty of movement, love, and attention from morning to night. 🐶 What you can expect: One-on-one attention: I only host one dog at a time, so your pup gets my full care and focus. Daily walks and outdoor play to keep them active and happy. A dog door to our fenced yard—they can come and go as they please (safely!). A calm, secure, and loving environment where your dog can relax just like they would at home.

“Our pup had a fantastic time with Christianna! She took wonderful care of our dog. A trip to the lake with her family, walks and lots of play time with her two dogs - even allowed on the furniture 😊. I really appreciated the pics and texts reassuring me. I absolutely would use and recommend Christianna to anyone needing a dog sitter.”

“Claire is the best. I needed help with my dog at the last minute due to a dive trip. It was really clear that she cared about my dog. I got regular updates and she has a wonderful space. I really appreciate how much she helped me. I don't care that she is a 1.5hr drive away from me, I will always be dropping him off here if I ever go on a trip!”

However, Darienne completely put my mind at ease. She sent regular pictures and videos of them playing and looking genuinely happy, which showed me she was spending quality time engaging with them. It meant so much to see my cats so comfortable and content while I was away. I'll definitely be asking Darienne to pet sit again in the future – she's a natural!”
