“Kareesa was an absolute lifesaver! I had a big trip planned and my original plans for my pet/housesitting fell through and I needed to locate care a couple of days prior to my trip. I didn't think I'd find anyone last minute that I would feel comfortable with, and then I located Kareesa........ a God-send! I had never used Rover's services before, so I was also very nervous. From the moment we connected and spoke, I just knew she was going to be a wonderful caregiver of my two fur babies. Kareesa was extremely accommodating and very professional about my last minute needs for my week away. She addressed all of my questions and concerns and left me feeling really assured that all would work out well with someone new coming into my home and watching my little Yorkie and cat. During my time away, Kareesa was great about keeping me informed on a daily basis how things were going at home. In addition, she sent me photos of my fur babies and gave me detailed reports about them. She also went out of her way and handled some unexpected/forgotten items that I hadn't addressed before I had left on my trip. Basically, she handled everything and more! When I came back home, my house was spotless! Karessa had done dishes, folded laundry, purchased some food for my pup, and left the guest room clean and made up. I appreciated her support, enthusiasm, genuine care, and going that extra mile. Also, Karessa's knowledge about animals and their behaviors was really insightful to hear about. About: I've been a cat and dog owner for 30+ years. Comfortable with clipping nails and bathing cats and dogs as well as potty training puppies. Bathing and clipping nails will be an additional cost. Open to caring for exotic pets. I have plenty of time to love on your pets while you work/play. Available for house-sitting or drop-in visits 24/7, with only brief moments away from the home for meetings/appointments. I have a labradoodle, Peaches who gets along well with other cats/dogs. She stays home when I house-sit. I am (somewhat painfully) familiar with bathing dogs as mine loves to roll in various smelly/dead things. Also quite familiar with "de-skunking dogs and clipping both cat and dog nails.
