About: I've lived with pets all my life and while I’ve only had one human roommate in the last 30 years, I've always had a least one cat up until 2018. I LOVE cats (esp kittens), and am quite comfortable around dogs as well (I love them too, just not in all capitals, LOL). When I first started pet sitting, I thought I preferred cats to dogs, but the past few years have enabled me to expand in my love of, and comfort with dogs (but please don't tell the cats that)! I also used to 'lease' a horse in my youth and have experience with birds, hamsters, fish, and guinea pigs. I DON'T like snakes or insects (sorry!) In the last 12 years I’ve volunteered with several rescues as a cat/kitten foster and I'm known to be particularly good with feral kittens and cats. I'm really good with walking (dogs mostly), dispensing medications, and loving attention, but I'm not a pushover when it comes to treats from the table (that's a no-no) staying on leash when required, and letting them know I mean business when necessary. I don't believe in EVER striking or punishing animals and seem to fall in love with them all. I’ve been a house and pet sitter on the site “Trusted Housesitters” since 2018 and have over 21 positive reviews there. I’m recently retired (yet surprisingly busy). I don’t do a lot of night driving, but am otherwise generally available. I’m a stickler about being on time, and keeping dates I commit to. My preference is for cats to remain indoors at all time at my house, and dogs always on a lead when outside. I have a variety of crate sizes here, and am totally comfortable with your fur kids riding in my car, lounging on my furniture, and/or sleeping in my bed. I have all wood floors, plenty of cat litter pans and bowls for food and water. My yard is not fenced but I live directly in front of the Western Maryland Rail Trail, and have easy access to neighborhood parks as well.

About: Hello, consider me your pets new best friend! Growing up, since day 1, I have had 3 dogs and a slew of kittens. I have experience with many many animals and have given medicinal needs to dogs and cats both! About: I have taken care of my own pets, neighbors pets and my grand cat and dogs. My grand dogs are very energetic Huskies! I love animals. I love walking dogs or taking them to the doggie park. I enjoy throwing balls, sticks and whatever else they bring to me and playing tug a war with dogs and of course giving and getting doggie love. I am located between the Westwrn MD scenic RR and the Potomac Eagle Scenic RR which makes it convenient for us to host your fur babies while you enjoy scenic views of our beautiful mountains and towns. I have a large 4 Ft high-fenced in backyard. Lots of trees for shade and plenty of room to run. We live in a secluded area where walks are quiet and trails are plentiful.

About: I have hands-on experience raising and training three dogs of my own, currently aged 2, 3, and 4. I’ve cared for them since they were puppies, handling everything from basic obedience training to daily walks, feeding, grooming, and socialization. About: I’ve taken care of dogs of every kind since I was 12 years old. I grew up in a neighborhood so it wasn’t hard to find people who needed pet care. Neighbors, friends and family have relied on me for overnight, boarding, walking and feeding. I am not currently working full time so I have plenty of free time to take care of your pets. About: I’ve been taking care of dogs since I was 10 years old. I’ve cared for dogs ranging from Yorkshire terriers to mastiffs. I’ve fed, walked, and entertained dogs most of my life and currently I’m a dog trainer. Currently I’m a dog trainer so I’m required to interact with dogs and learn their behaviors. About: I work hard to make the sweet puppys ( or adult dog) have a happy time as possible. Also, I having experience with senior dog who needs understanding and patients and just as much love if not more. I am general manager at a pizza shop, I am single. I would have time to help a dog or cat get attention or other animals. I have had mice, rats and fresh water fish, dogs and cats. Dogs need time to burn off energy, so I would walk with them , play ball or frisbee, depending on what they prefer. Also, bigger dogs from my experience like to tug on ropes or stuff animals.

About: Hi! My name is Kristen. I’ve had pets my entire life! When I was growing up there was always a dog and/or cat in my home. The only time I didn’t have an animal was during my first 2 years of college. In 2009 my now husband and I got our first dog Allie. She’s a pit/boxer/lab mix! In 2012 we got our second dog Wolowitz (yes like Howard Wolowitz from the Big Bang Theory). He’s a cute beagle/lab mix. They love to take walks, car ride, have snacks and treats, and lots of cuddles! Something that should be noted though is that my dogs don’t always like other dogs and get easily stressed when other dogs are around. Therefore, I won’t be able to watch your dogs at my house but will watch them at your home!

About: I was raised around dogs my entire life and have always loved taking care of them and playing with them. I currently have 6 dogs and love everyone of them dearly and always spoil them while making sure they’re well behaved. I always help out with animals every day around the house whether it’s feeding, potting or walking my dogs to make sure they’re healthy and cared for. I care for them by making sure they are let out every time I get home and giving them time to use the bathroom or walking them so they can get their energy out.

About: I have owned my own personal animals for the past 6 years, I have 3 dogs (all beautiful muts) and 8 cats. Aside from having my own furry kids, I've also worked in animal rescue for a little over 4 years. This job field has given me so much experience working with every sort of dog breed, and any cat temperament. I currently work a full time job Monday-Thursday but I would love to be more involved in the animal field again. With me having fridays off I feel this is a great opportunity to spend time helping others and hanging out with animals! Since I do have my own animals, I will not be able to provide in home care.
