“Amanda has been amazing with our puppy. She has gone above and beyond to make sure our little guy is taken care of. We have been using her for two weeks now and appreciate all her help and time.”

“My dog loved Rebecca- and I loved the fact that she kept me very well informed of Ghost’s eating and bathroom habits. She has a history of separation anxiety when we travel so I really appreciate her going the extra mile so that I’m aware of any issues that may be going on. Thank you!”

About: I grew up on a small ranch caring for all kinds of animals: goats, chickens, parrots, bunnies, dogs, cats, and even fish. Being around animals has always been a part of my daily life, and I’ve learned how to care for them with patience, attention, and love. Whether it’s walking an energetic dog, helping with medications, or just giving a pet some extra attention while you’re away, I’m someone people trust to show up and care like family. No matter the size or species, I’m comfortable and confident handling it all. I have plenty of time to spend with your pet! I’m currently home from college and mostly helping my parents out around the house, so my schedule is super flexible For drop-in visits, I typically stop by every 4 hours, starting around 8 AM and continuing until about 10 PM. I usually spend about an hour outside with your pup in the morning to get them some fresh air (and make sure they get that important morning potty break!). In the evening, I like to take them for a 30-minute walk to help them burn off energy before bedtime. My schedule is flexible, so I’m happy to adjust visit times or frequency based on your pet’s needs and your preferences.

About: I’ve taken care of every kind of dog and cat since I was 12. I have experience with crate training dogs and maintaining the commands that my client’s use with their dog/cat. I’m very flexible to my client’s needs and always want to exceed their expectations. I’m currently a full time student, so I’ll be available mostly on the weekends to dogsit/catsit. However, I can always work with both of our schedules to accommodate drop ins during the week! I live in an apartment in downtown Lincoln, so it’s not very ideal for pet sitting. I’ve dog sat in multiple families homes, and there hasn’t been any issues or complaints. If it’s over the weekends, I can spend more time caring for your fur baby, even if that involves spending the day or night there too!

About: I have had pets my entire life and have taken care of family friends dogs before. My dogs are rescues, so that is training on its own. When family is out of town I take care of theirs, that includes my aunt and uncle, grandparents, and more. I'm a pretty flexible person, I like being up early and I don't mind driving to come take care of animals. I do work a lot, meaning i'll be out and about and am always down to come see some animals. I also love taking animals on a good walk!! I am huge on love and attention, making sure that they are well kept. My dogs are a little too loved, they really love their treats. But I am respectful of all owners rules for their animals and will take care of them to the best of my ability as if the owners weren't gone.

About: Both Garth and Tracy come from "dog families" where dogs are allowed on furniture, come to family functions, and get together with other family dogs regularly. We both have experience with all types of dogs since we were in middle school. Our dog, Zeke, loves company and is friendly to everyone. We can't wait to meet more furry friends. :) One or both of us is home daily during the summer, making it easy for us to drop in to your home or for bringing your dog(s) to our place for the day and/or night. With our family near, we don't travel often, so we'll have plenty of availability during the summer and on weekends throughout the year. We'll work with you on your preference for care. If you'd like them inside, outside, taken on walks, fed treats or medications on certain intervals, we are happy to oblige. We have a fenced yard and one 6-year old dog who matches the vibe of visiting dogs. High or low energy or something in-between, Zeke (and we) are up for anything!

About: I have always had pets in my life. I was raised with dogs and cats, and I currently have 1 dog and 3 cats! I was a Foster Parent for Underdogs Rescue from 2016-2021 and specialized in medically fragile and behaviorally challenged dogs. I moved to Omaha from Denver and had to take a hiatus from Rover to move and settle. My services are dog walking, check ins, and house sitting. I have boarded dogs before (as you can see from my reviews) but have decided not to do this again to offer stability for my cats. I love sending photos of pets when they’re in my care. Please check out my photos and see how the pets become my family! I always appreciate a list of do’s and don’ts, reminders, emergency contacts, etc. There is no such thing as too much communication for me. I am very good at multi-tasking and prioritizing. My work is very flexible and I am able to maintain consistency with offering support to pets in other's environment. I treat other's pets like they were my own. I love them all and will treat them with respect and kindness. I love taking pictures and keeping parent's apprised of how they are doing in my care.

“Opening my home and trusting our pup with someone I didn't know was nerve racking. That was until I met Jeannie! You can tell she truly has a passion for animals and enjoys what she does. Communicates well, punctual, and does her best to work with your scheduling needs. Highly recommend.”

About: I grew up in a small town with horses, dogs, and cats. I have been an animal lover since I was just a little girl. My Aunt had a kenneling facility that I helped with throughout the years and growing up. It was more like a little staycation for furry friends while families traveled for various reasons. Customers always came back relieved because they knew that their pets were in great hands. My responsibilities included keeping the living space sanitary and comfortable, feeding, watering, cleaning, exercising, and monitoring the animals' health and behavior, and obviously a lot of added love and play time! I dog sit for a few people (friends/family) here in and stay at their homes when they are gone and love it so much, I decided to check out Rover! I am hardworking, kind, compassionate, and trustworthy. Whether you kennel your dog or prefer not to I am your go-to girl when it comes to any of these needs! Recently moved back to Omaha and looking for a part time job! Book me today! I recently moved back to Omaha and am working part-time right now. My schedule is very flexible, so I will have plenty of time to play with your pups! I do not board pets at my own home. However, I will care for your loved one/ones following your instructions, feeding, providing fresh water, exercising, administering medication if needed, and cleaning up after him/her. I will also maintain the home's cleanliness and security and keep you updated on your furry friend/friends' status.

About: My parents would take me to their friends houses growing up and if they couldn’t find me they would look for the family pet and know that’s where I would probably be. I grew up riding horses, have dogs, and going to families farms. I have such a love for animals and understand the deep bond and support they provide people. I dog sit rescues who need some time warming up to very energetic pups! I feel really comfortable with all sizes and kinds of dogs and take feedback about how to support individual animals seriously! I work in schools and am off between 3 - 5 weekly. Fridays I have a lot of flexibility and can work from home which makes walks, letting pups out, or a check-in easy on Fridays! I usually go to homes! If you’re comfortable with your pup staying with me I have a very friendly love pup named Frederick who would love to be your pups best friend!

About: Hi! My name is Maddie and I am a current Master’s student at the University of Nebraska in the Counseling Psychology program. My only "full" day of classes is Wednesday, but I am able to take breaks to come on check on my furry friends throughout the day. Otherwise, I am able to spend a lot of time at home and outside with your pup! While caring for your pet, I understand that I would be occupying the space that is your pet’s home. I also understand that the space should remain as it was when you left, and will always clean up after myself and only use what I am permitted to use by the owner! I want to make sure that both you and your pet feel secure with me being in your home.

“Eric did great with my dog. Awesome at the meet and greet before hand and really showed he cared about my dog with photo updates. Highly recommend!”

Rebecca M.

Delaney A.
“I’ve known Delaney for over four years, and I can confidently say she is one of the most responsible people I’ve ever met. Her work ethic is exceptional she never waits until the last minute and always stays on top of her responsibilities. Beyond her reliability, Delaney is incredibly kind, thoughtful, and caring. I’ve seen her go above and beyond for others, even for people she doesn’t know personally. That level of compassion truly speaks to her character. As a pet owner herself, Delaney absolutely adores her own fur babies, and it’s clear how much love and attention she gives them. I have no doubt that any pet in her care will be safe, well cared for, and have a great time.”

Jessica S.
“Jessica is a kind hearted person that would treat your pet as her own, her dog Ellamay is spoiled with love and cuddles. You won’t find a more reliable and honest person than Jess, she will be there on time and be trustworthy and kind to your pet!”

Hattie B.
“Both our dogs are rescues. Penelope was attention deprived and fed very little and Beatrice aka Little One was in a hoarded situation, never allowed out of her kennel and put in a kennel too small for her and starved. We got both dogs at different times, but Hattie was the first to greet them when they arrived. Penelope was very curious and wanted to sniff everything! The first night we had her, it started to storm, Hattie sat with her in the living room all night comforting her so she knew she was safe. She helped to get her comfortable on a leash and made sure she had treats every time she took her out. Beatrice was a mess when she came to us! She hadn't been in town more than a few hours and wanted to bark at everyone and everything she saw. The volunteers who brought her over said she was aggressive with them but Hattie had the magical touch! When Hattie took her out to go to the bathroom, Little One instantly liked her! She listened, she went out, she took the treat willing from her and got excited to walk and sniff around. Little One had never take stairs before, so Hattie took the time to show her how to walk up and down the stairs until she was comfortable. And, our cats could never get enough Hattie snuggles. They would lay with her on the couch, snuggle in bed with her and always make sure to come get the belly rubs, chin scratches and greet Hattie whenever she was around.”

Garth & Tracy L.
“Garth & Tracy are the absolute best, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the way they’ve cared for our sweet Eliza! She’s a big, lovable Newfoundland, and they welcomed her into their home like she was one of their own. Over multiple weekends, they have consistently gone above and beyond to make sure she was happy and comfortable. They've helped us by doing drop-in visits to overnight stays at their home, they've been incredibly flexible and reliable. From those quiet moments Eliza loves to nap, to the playtime in their beautiful, fenced-in backyard, they paid attention to every detail of her routine. We received updates and photos, which made being away so much easier knowing she was in great hands. Eliza absolutely adores them, and honestly, I think she views their home as her second one now!”

Cece S.
“Our rescue dog Odin came to us after being fostered by CeCe and we trust her implicitly in caring for him when we are gone for weekends/vacations. Odin is a lovable dog, he is a giant and an oddball and CeCe speaks his pup language and he loves her and her home!! She truly is a dog whisperer!!!”

Zianna H.

“Opening my home and trusting our pup with someone I didn't know was nerve racking. That was until I met Jeannie! You can tell she truly has a passion for animals and enjoys what she does. Communicates well, punctual, and does her best to work with your scheduling needs. Highly recommend.”

She’s not only dependable, but also genuinely cares about my pets’ well-being. I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone in need of a trustworthy and dedicated pet sitter!”

Maddie R.
“Maddie's skills in taking care of our furry family member Murphy are phenomenal. Murphy is a 5 year old German Shepherd/Australian Shepherd mix who is approximately 90 lbs. He is a big dog with lots of energy and the need for lots of exercise. Maddie has dog sat for Murphy on several occasions, and we know that when she is here, Murphy is in the best care. Maddie is our go to dog sitter for sure. Murphy has always been so excited to greet Maddie when she arrives. He knows he is going to get lots of one-on-one attention with lots of exercise and sweet cuddles. I will say that we have a yard that is not fenced and with Murphy being the size of dog that he is, sometimes the neighbors can be alarmed with him wanting to leave the yard. Maddie has always been able to keep him in control. I highly recommend Maddie for any dog caregiver needs that you may need. She is the best and her love and passion for animals is very obvious. When Murphy follows her to the door when she leaves, I know that he's found a great caregiver and friend in Maddie.”

Katey S.
“Katey is a loving, caring, compassionate person and even more so when it comes to animals. There has never been an animal or person, who didn't love her. I've always called her the 'animal whisperer' as she has a rare connection with every animal she meets. Not only does Katey have a lot of love for animals but she also has a lot of knowledge and experience when it comes to caring for them and their needs.”
