About: I have taken care of dogs of every kind since I was 12. Neighbors, friends and family have relied on me to walk, watch, and love their dogs when they are traveling. I’m currently finishing my masters program online so I have plenty of time to watch/walk your animals. I’m available weekdays and weekends so please reach out! Your dogs will be safe in my home and I am available to stay at your house if needed. I also have a 6 year old Boston terrier that will keep your pet company when I run errands.

“Crystal went above and beyond our expectations!!! She constantly gave us updates and plenty of photos of our dogs. I had never tried Rover and tried it in a pinch and would highly recommended how easy and safe it was to use the app BUT again I must say how great Crystal was and would use her again for sure!”

“Julie is an absolute pro! She took the best care of my two pups. Great communicator, sent tons of pics and videos, and treated my babies to top star service! I’m worried they’ll be upset when I return. :)”

About: My name is Elle and I have been around many different species of pets since before I can remember. I consider my self to be patient and skilled with being around rescue animals with all different temperaments and behaviors, as my dogs are rescues and I've had experience socializing both dogs and cats in local shelters. I've recently gotten into pet sitting for neighbors and family friends and would love the opportunity to expand my horizons using this site. I work a part time job and can be flexible with pet sitting and regular check ups on the dog or cat during the job. I can easily work you and your pets needs into my schedule as I consider myself flexible. I can spend as long as needed and take your pet for as many walks or outings as they need. Just let me know what I can do during the stay to accommodate you and your pets needs and consider it done!

“Farrah is amazing! She took such great care of Percy while we were away—super responsible, kind, and clearly loves animals. She kept us updated with cute pics and made sure everything ran smoothly. We came home to happy Percy and a tidy house. Couldn’t ask for a better sitter. Highly recommend! 🐾💛”

“We just worked with Susan for the first time, and we won't use anyone else whenever she is available. She did a great job with our two cats during an overnight stay on short notice. The cats can be a challenge because one is a diabetic needing insulin injections, and the other is a very picky eater. Both cats were calm and happy when we came home, and the house was in perfect order. All of our instructions were followed perfectly, except Susan stayed later than we had asked because she wanted to be sure the cats were safe and we got home on time despite bad weather. We recommend Susan very, very highly.”

“Cheryl is one of the best Rover sitters we've ever worked with! Our dog LOVED Cheryl.. we're talking full on cuddle sessions and big greetings :) Cheryl is super communicative and was very clearly a dog person from the minute we met her. We felt so comfortable that Cheryl was with our pup for the night and really appreciate the great care she took. She's the best. Thank you so much!”

About: I have taken care of animals my entire life ever since I received my chihuahua (Dutchess) at the age of six. I have such a deep passion for animals and find fulfillment in taking care of our furry friends. I currently work part time at New Wave Home Audio and Video part time but I am free every afternoon, evening, and weekends to fit into any schedule. About: I’ve worked as a vet assistant for over 3 years, so I’m super comfortable caring for pets of all kinds—including seniors, pets with medical needs, and those who are a little shy or anxious. I know how to give meds, keep an eye on health issues, and make sure your pet feels safe, loved, and cared for. I treat every pet like they’re my own—whether that means extra belly rubs, quiet time, or just keeping their routine consistent. Plus, if anything ever seems off, I have the experience to catch it early and keep you in the loop. You can relax knowing your pet is in calm, capable hands. Pet care is a big part of my life and something I genuinely love doing. I’m currently in vet tech school from 9am to 12pm, Monday through Thursday, so I plan the rest of my day—and weekends—around caring for animals. Whether it’s drop-ins, walks, or house sitting, I have open availability in the afternoons, evenings, and on weekends. Since I’m training to become a veterinary technician, I’m always looking for ways to build experience and spend more time with animals. Caring for pets outside of school feels natural to me, and I love giving them the attention, comfort, and care they deserve. I am completely comfortable to do drop ins or stay in your home with your pet while you are away and can give updates as often as needed. I am going to start school in the morning for veterinary technicians but I am available in the afternoons and weekends.

Vista Santa Rosa pet parents share their Rover experiences
James is a wonderful guy and he was actually my first booking after joining this app. I needed someone overnight last minute for my pup, Midoo, and he was the perfect match for her. Despite being so last minute, he was able to accept my booking after I chatted with him a bit to make sure it was a good fit. He has high attention to detail, he’s respectful, fun to chat with and most importantly, he took care of my baby. He followed all instructions to a tee. Thank you so much James for a wonderful first experience, I’ll be contacting you again any time I need a sitter for Midna. If you feel unsure about this app or leaving your baby in someone else’s hands, rest assured that you can leave him or her in James’ hands. Thank you again :)
