About: I worked in the vet industry since I was about 17 years old as a veterinary technician. I found another full time job in the healthcare industry in Cancer research about a year and a half ago. But I still kept my veterinary job until recently. I left the vet industry to open up my availability to be around animals in a more intimate way such as dog walking, house sitting, etc. I am experienced with most animals since I grew up with a lot of my own. Over the years my family has owned ducks, chickens, horses, chinchillas, cats, sugar gliders, dogs, bearded dragons, geckos, rabbits, cows and guinea pigs so I am experienced with several different types of animals! I’m currently working full time but I have a work from home job that is flexible so I am able to bring my laptop and work phone. I go in office to work in Nashville a 1 day out of the week but I can always change the days around so I am very flexible! I know pet safety so I will keep a dog on the leash at all times unless there is a fence to put them in. Also if I need to bring any animals to my house I have a crate I can keep them in. I have a yard with a fence that I would watch them under my direct supervision at all times.

I treat your pup as if they were mine! I am very loving, very playful, yet know when to be stern. I love dogs with my entire heart. I am very respectful to your house rules, as far as your home goes and your furbabies!

I work from home so I’m always available to meet your pets needs! I’m also very comfortable coming to meet you and your pets prior to my stay! I care for each pet as they are my own and ensure that I am following all requests by the owners. I also send regular videos/pictures! I am willing to do any side work to help out as well while you are away!

About: Hi! I'm Mike - I love dogs, understand cats and horses and miss having a parrot in the house. I have had large dogs and small dogs, cats and parrots. My preference is to walk or care for your furry or feathered baby in your home. We can get exercise or we can just go outside for some relief. I believe in being on time and I do not mind nights or weekends. if you want your new puppy or old puppy to learn a few tricks I'll be happy to help with that as well. I would require that I spend a little time with your furry family member(s) so that we can be friends and have a great relationship prior to our first walk or potty break. Additionally, I would want to know the diet, medical history, recent vet visits, normal behavior, sleep times and any other valuable information about your happy fuzzy child. (If services are performed outside of Manchester proper I will need to add a mileage surcharge.) All pets will be the priority. If we have scheduled a service all other parts of my routine will be secondary and will not interfere with the happiness of your furry children. All care I provide for your pets in your home will be agreed-upon and for the express purpose of continuing the same quality of care that you provide.

About: I currently have two dogs of my own. I've had pets my entire life. I had dogs and cats growing up but I'm allergic to cats so I don't have any now. I had guinea pigs at one point as well. I love animals more than I can put into words. I like animals better than I like people. 🤷♀️ I dog sit for my sister and roommate all the time. I’m new to the Rover community so I’m definitely looking for long term and repeat clients! I’m open to all inquiries. I’m new to the Rover community so I’m definitely looking for long term and repeat clients. I am flexible and available on weekends. I prefer drop ins and day time visits. I'm not sure my exact schedule yet. I'm open to all inquiries. I'll need your instructions and details on how best to care for your babies. The more direction you can give me, the better. Within reason obviously. I love animals and I will take care of yours to the best of my ability.

About: I work with dogs almost everyday. I have experience with all types of pups. I have experience as I’m currently working a part time job at My 4 Dogs Academy and Spa!! I’m currently off for summer break, but I have experience with dogs from my current job. I’m available after or before my shifts at My 4 Dogs Academy and Spa. I hope to be your pup’s best friend!! 💗🐾 I have a fenced in yard with two big fur-babies! I watch pups very cautiously as you can never know what might happen! Your pup is my main priority!!

About: I’ve always had a pet my whole life. From going on walks, to doing their nail trims. I’m very familiar with how to keep dogs happy! I would love to get to play with a pet after a work shift! Willing to make time on my days off as well . I can keep pets in crate if needed, take them out when needed and make sure they have a great time while they’re with me!

About: I have three dogs, two cats, and a gecko. My pet care experience started within my family, including dog walks, playtime, training, and love. When I got to highschool I started dog sitting within my neighborhood and for family friends. Although my pet care experience id say goes beyond just cats and dogs considering I’ve taken care of a pig, a bird, snakes, bunnies, hamsters, bearded dragons… I think you get the idea. As a wildlife biology major, I have also had exposure to even undomesticated animals, and learned telling signals of animals. Overall, I confidently can say that I believe I am a very qualified person to take care of your pets! Currently, I am in college with a pretty difficult major, and an athlete on the girls lacrosse team. During the week days the most I can do is offer assistance in letting your pets out and doings stop by’s to feed them, but the weekends I am open to way more time with your pets. Obviously I have no pets with me in my college dorm, but at home I have a fenced in yard, the dogs and cats get fed twice a day, and I give walks daily to the dogs. I also try to play with the dogs considering the breeds my family owns are high-energy breeds and need that kind of attention, but I also have dealt with low-energy breeds and older dogs who just need some pets!

About: I have three years experience with walking and boarding dogs at a dog boarding facility. I can also give medicine and insulin shots as needed. It’s always been my dream to work with dogs/cats full time. So, my schedule is normally open! I also accept clients on most weekends as well. My number one goal is to ensure your fur baby is happy and comfortable. I will take time to get to know your dog/cat and become a welcomed face. I’m always ready for play time and giving pets :)

About: Howdy! My name is Pierce! I’ve been caring for pets of my own and of friends / family since I was 16! I’m available anytime of the day or night! I’ve taken care of rabbits, hamsters, turtles, tortoises, Great Danes / Pyrenees, Maine Coons, birds, nonvenomous / non-constricting snakes, rats and mice, and teeny fur babies alike! I can’t wait to meet your pets!! Just give me a holler! 😁 I have a redbone coonhound and an orange tabby of my own so I still care for animals every day, but growing up I lived on a farm with tons of animals! We had snakes and rats / mice as well! I’ve given shots to animals, and my old dog had to have arthritis medicine every day. I love every animal! I’m very knowledgeable with many different animals. I always let animals sniff me before I go in for a pet, and I’ve never met a pet that didn’t love me back!

“Time got away and I wish I wrote this review sooner but Marianne was so communicative and amazing and made me feel very comfortable being away from the dog for so long we had a little emergency and she was very responsive and I can’t thank her enough for taking such good care of the dog!”

“I can’t recommend Gabby enough as a dog walker! She’s absolutely fantastic with my pitbull, Mabel. From day one, it was clear that Gabby truly cares about dogs. Mabel is energetic and sometimes a little stubborn, but Gabby always knows how to keep her engaged and well-exercised. I love how attentive she is to Mabel’s needs—whether it’s adjusting to her mood or making sure she gets the perfect amount of playtime. Gabby is punctual, reliable, and incredibly professional. It’s so reassuring knowing that Mabel is in such great hands every time Gabby takes her for a walk. She’s always had a strong love for dogs since she was kid. She gives her undivided attention and matches the dogs unconditional love! Not only have I trusted her with my pets, but I trust her with my children as well.”

Mike M.
“Mike took awesome care of our entire pet family! We have two large dogs that are full of energy. Mike played fetch and wrestled with them like they were his own. The dogs had a blast. We also have two indoor cats that quickly made friends with Mike. It is great to have confidence that they are all cared for well and loved while we are away. My pets made a new friend, and I would definitely use Mike again.”

Rachael K.Star Sitter
“I had Brooke stay with my senior cat and two dogs for a week while I went to the Beach. She was absolutely AMAZING. She sent pictures and lots of updates. She was so loving and caring towards my babies and left the house so clean. I will definitely book with Brooke again and she comes highly recommended from me!!!”

Kyla B.
“Kyla was very professional when taking care of my dog Knox (he’s a 95 lb German shorthair pointer for perspective) she even accommodated to his special diet and was sure to send me updates throughout the week I used her services and did things the same way I would have to be sure that Knox was as comfortable as possible. I would highly recommend her she’s a well rounded, intelligent, and knowledgeable individual any day for any age and care level of dog she did an amazing job :)”

Shelby Sadler

“She was very sweet and took good care of Molly . I am booking again!!”

Autumn M.
“Since I have met autumn, she has become the most loving, encouraging, And supportive person I could have ever asked to be in my life. She has such a big heart for animals and there’s no one else I can think of that would be a better caretaker to a sweet little doggy than Autumn Mangum. She is pure of heart and kind to her core, and I know all precious animals would be, without a doubt, safe and sound in her care. If there were ever a candidate to look after animals with the highest level of diligence and focus, it’s Autumn.”

Brigid T.
“Brigid did an amazing job taking care of my two dogs. One of which is a one year old, 110 lb, cane corso. The cane corso has anxiety and doesn’t like many people but warmed up to Brigid instantly. She was also able to handle both dogs perfectly when taking them out to the bathroom and out on walks every day. I was gone for a week and even managed to teach him a new trick, how to bark on command. She was absolutely wonderful and now my dogs love seeing her any time I have to go away and I never worry about if they are okay or having fun. She has also taken care of my mother’s german shepherd and she had just as many good things to say about Brigid as I do. I couldn’t recommend anyone more than her, she treats the animals that she takes care of as if they were her own.”

““Pierce is one of my three sons. He’s always had a natural way with animals and they always always love him. We had multiple dogs and cats while he was growing up. He cared for all kinds of animals: rabbits, hamsters, mice, birds, and turtles too! Whenever my husband and I are out of town he always watches over the house for us to make sure it’s not a complete wreck when we get back, and he’d send us pictures to keep us from missing our pets too too much while we’re gone. That’s really what made us think to tell him he should try to find a job pet sitting for people. He has a real knack for it!””
