Carrie was amazing! She was super quick to respond and so nice. She provided updates and pictures of my puppy, Ruby, throughout the day. Ruby loved running around Carrie’s yard and playing with her two dogs. She definitely had a great day staying with Carrie.

Andrew is a kind heart and knows how to look after dogs. My Carly has enjoyed her stay with him immensely playing with her buddy, Andrew‘s dog Dante I’m older and it’s hard to give my dog the exercise and stimulation that she needs. I know she’s in great hands with Andrew.

It was the first time we’d left our little one with a dog sitter, and we were a little worried because ever since we adopted her, she’s always been very shy and tends to be afraid of strangers, but Jenifer was amazing with Hazel. She was extremely friendly and kept us updated on our little ball of fur, making her feel like she was part of a second family. My husband and I are very happy—we’ll definitely be back.

Bobbie is amazing! She watched our pup Ace a couple of times when we needed a sitter during the day. It always makes us a little nervous leaving our pup with someone new, but Bobbie took such great care of him, sending plenty of detailed updates. She also played with him a ton and even took him swimming, which he loves! Ace was exhausted when he got home and I could tell he was so well loved and cared for. Would recommend Bobbie one hundred times over, will definitely book with her again! Thanks Bobbie :)

About: Hi! I’m Jaelyn (aka Jae the Fur Nanny 🐾) I’m a full-time pet sitter, which means your fur baby gets 24/7 care, attention, and supervision while they’re with me. I’ve been caring for animals since I was 6 years old and have experience with dogs, cats, birds, fish, reptiles, and small animals. From energetic puppies to shy or sensitive pets, I take the time to understand each animal’s personality so they feel safe, comfortable, and genuinely at home. ✨ What you can expect with me: • Full-time care (I’m home most/all of the day) • Flexible routines based on your pet’s needs • Plenty of love, playtime, and attention • A calm, cozy environment where pets can relax • Consistent updates so you always know how your pet is doing I typically allow pets to free roam, but I also have crates available if that’s what your pet is used to or if you prefer it. My goal is to keep their routine as normal and stress-free as possible. 💗 My approach: I treat every pet like family. When your pet stays with me, they’re not just being watched—they’re being cared for, loved, and understood. I’m very responsive and easy to reach, and I’m always happy to answer questions or provide updates. Before booking, I’d love to know about: •Your pet’s personality •Any triggers or special needs •How they do around other animals This information helps me give them the best and safest experience possible ✨ I’m so grateful for the opportunity to care for your pet and would love to meet you both! 🐶💕 I am ALWAYS AVAILABLE 💞 I do this full time so your fur baby will have my care 24/7. I always try to be flexible & I am very easy to reach for the most part. I tend to allow them free range of the apartment but it is up to you as the parent on what you feel is best. If needed I have different crate sizes available if your fur baby feels more comfortable sleeping that way. Otherwise they are allowed to sleep wherever they please.

Great care of my little golden pup!! I feel totally safe leaving her in Sadeys care to help me out for long work days. Twigg spent her day running around in the spacious backyard and playing with her toys. She was totally beat after coming home and slept the rest of the night. Shes excited to go back later this month. I know puppies are exhausting and a lot of work so I appreciate Sadey taking care of her all day. I would highly recommend any of her services for your pups needs.

Celene is legitimately the best dog sitter you could ask for. She not only is an early riser but is a night owl. Celene sends updates and ask questions without even being asked. She not only puts effort in towards jaxsons training she has even went out of her way to teach us on how we could be doing different/better. Celene also makes sure that jaxson gets the proper food/water/bathroom breaks as he needs. He doesn't come back hungry, needing to potty, or beat up. Penny, celenes dog, is hands down the cutest little thing I've ever seen. When I get there she is happy to greet me at the door with kisses and tail wags. Jaxson also loves penny and always comes back PROPERLY wore out. My final thoughts are if I could had another grandma I would ask her. Shes been there for us EVERY time we've need her and that's at the end of the day all I could ask.

About: I’ve always had dogs growing up — we currently have one silly golden retriever! My first job was working at a local dog kennel — I worked there all of high school. I fed all the pups, gave medications, cleaned, gave baths and even did toe nails/light grooming. I also often farm sit for some friends of ours, which is always a treat! I’m so excited to possibly expand and meet some more fur babies :) I’m a stay at home mom and always available for the animals. They just become part of the family and play outside with us if they like, take naps with us — and get plenty of cuddles and love. We typically wake up anywhere between 7:30am-9am (depending how the baby slept the night before) and we are in bed by midnight at the latest. We start the day with a quick potty trip, then meds and breakfast. Our schedule is completely flexible to fit yours and your pets needs. The dogs mostly have unlimited access to our fenced in back yard ~ 1 acre. I also love to take the pups on walks at different nature trails, if that’s something your pup might enjoy. All of our beds are animal friendly and available for guests, or we can use kennels if that’s what they’re used to at home.

About: Welcome to our cozy pet boarding service! We provide a safe and loving environment for your furry friends while you're away. With multiple cats of our own, we understand the unique needs of feline companions. Our spacious and comfortable accommodations ensure that your pets feel right at home. We offer personalized care, playtime, and plenty of cuddles to keep them happy and entertained. Trust us to treat your pets like family! I have a job where I can pick my own hours and work for myself so I can watch pets anytime and be there for them whenever I need. I take very good care of pets in my home. I treat them as if they are my own. They have a large space to explore and run around in. Although I do not have a fenced in yard, I have absolutely no problem taking them out on a leash to go potty or even a park.

FAQs for Doggy Day Care - Vienna

Frequently asked questions about Rover

As of July 2026, there are 335 sitters on Rover offering Doggy Day Care across Vienna. Enter your ZIP code to see which available sitters are closest to your home.

Sitters on Rover can offer flexible scheduling, so you can coordinate times that work best for you and your pet—whether that’s early drop-off or later pick-up to match your Vienna commute.

If your schedule changes, it’s best to let your sitter know through the app as early as possible. Many sitters can adjust pick-up and drop-off times when needed.

Think of doggy day care as your dog’s fun, supervised play date that happens to fit into your workday. Day care through Rover takes place in a real home. This offers a calmer and more personalized environment for your pup.

A typical day can include companionship, one-on-one attention, and same day pick-up and drop-off. Many sitters can also offer structured routines and exercise throughout the day. For recurring, weekly day care, sitters will include photo updates so you can see your dog in their element.

Here are tips for finding the ideal day care fit for your dog:

  • For some small dogs: In-home day care can be the perfect fit. Look for sitters whose "can host" section only lists dogs weighing 0–7 kilograms and/or 7–18 kilograms. During your Meet & Greet, ask about play areas based on dog size and energy level.
  • For high-energy dogs: The ideal doggy day care can offer scheduled breaks and outdoor spaces or activities. You can also find sitters who host multiple dogs to satisfy your pup’s socializing needs.
  • For dogs who prefer human-only companionship: Use the filters "Doesn't own a dog" and "Only accepts one pet at a time" to find the right care.

Play groups can be an option when you book with a day care sitter through Rover. Many sitters do host a small number of dogs at the same time. Smaller dog packs are generally safer, more fun, and ideal for dogs who enjoy playtime but also want to relax throughout the day. When looking for your dog’s pack, check the sitter’s profile to see if they "Accept multiple clients" or have their own dogs. Then during the Meet & Greet, you can see whether your dog is a good fit for their social circle!

While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.

Many sitters in MI ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.

By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.

Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.

Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .

The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.

All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Yes, Rover is well-suited for finding sitters who can care for your pet within 24 hours. With 335 sitters in Vienna, 87% respond to messages in under an hour.

You can message multiple sitters simultaneously to find the fastest available match. If you need care today or tomorrow, you can look for sitters with a "calendar last updated" notice on their profiles.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
