I love snuggling with animals and helping them feel comfortable while their families are on vacation I have been retired almost a year and would like to do this as a way to keep busy and earn some extra income. About: My entire life I’ve had the blessing to care for pets. From my Rottweiler Roxie, to my sweet kitty Nala, I’ve learned what to look for to provide the best care to my animals. I’ve also had extensive training in caring for livestock. During my undergrad I spent three years as a pig farmer and I loved every minute of it. I’m hoping to work most days after 3pm but no later than 10pm. I have some flexibility on most weekends. Would prefer mornings during the weekend but I am flexible. I have a fenced in yard that my cat likes to explore in. I also have a laundry room that can be used to separate my cat from any of your animals if needed.

About: I’ve had cats and dogs my whole life. My favorite thing is just to play and go for walks with my dogs!! I enjoy being with them and watching how excited they get out of the smallest things. Cats and dogs have the purest souls! My weekend are completely open for all hour of the day, during the week I am available any time after 4:30 till about 10:30, but I also try to be as flexi able as possible I live out in the country side with a huge backyard to run around and play in, I have my dog and cat with love to play and always have more than enough energy to do so

I’ve cared for my own dogs through all stages of life, including supporting two through severe illness and disability, as well as taking in a senior dog with special needs who required extra help with daily care. I’m very detail-oriented when it comes to feeding instructions and daily care, and I’m happy to follow even the most detailed directions exactly as given. I have experience administering medications and am comfortable finding whatever method works best for your pet (including the classic “hide it in a treat” approach). Safety is always a top priority. Dogs are always kept on leash during walks, and I’m extremely mindful with doors, gates, and any potential escape routes. I have an escape artist of my own at home, so I understand how important that extra level of awareness is. I aim to create a calm, comfortable environment while still making sure your pet gets plenty of playtime, attention, and affection. I also provide regular photo and video updates so you can feel connected and reassured while you’re away (and yes, I tend to send a lot!).
