About: I've grown up around all different breeds and temperaments of dogs and have dog sat for both small and large pups! I'm also looking to study animal science or go the pre vet route in college! I'm currently working a part time job only a few hours a few times a week so I will have plenty of time to walk, check in on, or stop by and spend time with your pup! I care for pets making sure they feel safe and comfortable as well as communicating with owners so I know what kinds of things their dogs like to do or things to avoid

About: I’ve dog sat for about 8ish years for family and friends. I also have two dogs of my own, a Mini Golden doodle and a Westie. My family also fosters dogs occasionally so I have lots of experience with different dogs and personalities. I work full time from 8:00am-4:30pm but I’m always open to provide care early anytime between 6:00am and before 7:30am. And can provide care anytime after 4:30pm. And am free anytime on the weekends. At home we have a fenced in backyard for our fur babies and let them outside to potty and play multiple times a day. When I dog sit I usually just provide services at the clients home and don’t bring the pets to my own house. But will of course provide the same care and let the pets out multiple times a day to play and potty, and will provide walks for the pets for any client that requests.

About: I’ve been a pet owner my whole life! I also began pet sitting at a very young age. I’ve dealt with dogs and cats of ages that range from newborn to 15. I also have experience working in an animal boarding facility. I was tasked with taking care of 50 dogs and several cats at a time as well as cats and bunnies on occasion. I administered medication and meals that followed strict diets. I would also walk each pup daily (if required by owner). I have a love for all pups and I will always do whatever I can to ensure they are happy and taken care of! I work 10-3 on weekdays and either afternoons or evenings on weekends. Other than that I am usually free and can be very flexible! As of now, I am living in an apartment. There is a dog park nearby with plenty of room for pups to run and play.

About: Hello! My name is Gretchen and I am 21 years old studying Environmental Science at the University of Nebraska Lincoln. I have dog sat since I was 10 years old for a variety of breeds. I am very comfortable around big labs or even tiny chihuahuas! I will treat any dog like it’s my own family and give them so much love when its own family is away. I love dogs more than people!! I have experience in giving dogs any type of medicine. I’ve given shots to elderly dogs and pills to pups whenever they need it in a very timely manner. I am CPR certified as well I am a full time student but I am free all summer! I can take care of your dogs when you go on those amazing summer vacations. My schedule is very flexible so don’t be afraid to reach out! I live in an apartment so going to your place would be ideal. At your place I will clean anything you need me to! I will clean up after the dog and you won’t be disappointed!

About: I’ve grown up around dogs my whole life and currently have two dogs back home in Omaha that I absolutely adore. Being away from them during my last summer in Lincoln made me realize how much joy animals bring into my life, which is what inspired me to join Rover. I’m experienced with daily walks, feeding routines, playtime, administering basic care, and giving pets lots of attention and affection. I understand how important trust and communication are when leaving your pets with someone, so I always aim to provide dependable care and regular updates with photos. I work full time during weekdays, so I’m best suited for pets comfortable with a daytime routine, but I make sure they receive plenty of love, exercise, potty breaks, and attention before and after work (I am also more than willing to leave during my lunch if need be!!) I truly treat every pet like family and want them to feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while you’re away Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine because spending time with animals is something I genuinely enjoy. I work weekdays during the day, but I’m available for morning and evening walks, drop in visits, overnight care, and weekend availability. I always make time to give pets attention, exercise, affection, and consistent care so they feel comfortable and safe while their owners are away. I always prioritize creating a safe, calm, and comfortable environment for every pet in my care. I carefully follow feeding schedules, potty routines, walking instructions, and any special care requests provided by owners. I understand how important trust is when someone is caring for your pet, so I make communication a priority and provide regular updates and photos. About: Growing up my mom used to pet sit so there were always different dogs in the house - big dogs, small dogs, I loved growing up around them. Eventually we got a dog of our own - a shih tzu named Chessie who recently turned 15(!) As a kid I would help take care of the dogs my mom watched - take the smaller ones on walks and she would pay me to clean up the yard after they left. After moving out of my parents house I’ve watched dogs for friends and family - a Spanish water dog named Maisie; a Great Pyrenees mix named Hank (I can handle the bigger ones now). Looking to meet more dogs and make a little extra money as I make my way through grad school! I’m in grad school so I’m on campus more or less all day on weekdays, but I do have some flexibility on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Aside from that I’m free evenings and weekends! I am very careful about ensuring pets are on leashes before leaving and don’t get let off until safely inside a home or fenced in area. My aunt has a lab who likes to try to run out into the yard at any chance so I’ve gotten very good at opening and closing doors while blocking the doorway with my body so nobody can run out past me!
