“Thank goodness for Gina! Our pup loves her time with her and we can rest easy knowing she’s so well taken care of. She’s always been communicative and flexible with our timeline should changes come up, too.”

“Sherryl was awesome as a sitter with our girl. She sent photos and video each day. Our puppy dog seemed to enjoy her stay and got plenty of exercise and love. I really appreciate that Sherryl only takes one family of dogs at a time. That meant our dog stayed calmer and wasn't stressed with a large number of different dogs coming and going. Thank-you so much for taking such good care of our puppy dog. She will come to visit again.”

“Our dogs had an excellent time staying at Crystal’s home. They got along well with her dogs and children. They got to play fetch and were really worn out when they came home. We would definitely have her pet sit them again!”

About: Willing to take care of most any dogs of all shapes and sizes, while watching your home. I love all animals but am most fond of dogs :) Although I grew up with cats, I am not generally a cat person unless they are super chill/nice. My grandparents owned a pet store in Alameda when I was younger called "The Living Picture" and I had to feed/water all the animals, so I do have the experience, but I'd say more recently it's just been dogs and the occasional cat. Just let me know what you have, and I'll let you know my comfort level. :) I am willing to travel outside of my area (Dorrington/Big Trees) for pet sitting but would like to keep dog walking and drop-ins to my general area of Big Trees/Arnold/Murphys. If you do not live in those areas, then it would be a 1 hour minimum for all walking & drop-in services. I'm currently available full-time for pet/house sitting so I will be able to give both your beloved animal(s) and your home my full attention (as long as I'm not booked)! I will keep my calendar up to date so you can rely on what it says. While pet/house sitting I will walk and play with your fur-baby(s) as much as they like or can handle. I will also send photos to you on a daily basis! I am willing to do other things like pick up dog poop in your yard (if that is where they go), bring in mail, water plants, etc. My rates are set for everyday animals and not 'special needs', so if your doggie or cat needs special attention or has behavioral issues then my rate would go up and reflect the amount of extra care or attention your fur baby requires.

“Emily, Sean, and Thumper took such great care of our two dogs while we were away for the holidays. It is always hard to leave our dogs, but Emily and Sean made us feel confident that they would get everything they needed, which they did! The dogs played, exercised, ate, napped, and slept - all of their favorite things. They sent us a picture and update every day, which we loved, esp. since we were so far away. They absolutely went out of their way to make the dogs comfortable and to keep us updated (and comfortable). I can't speak more highly about Comfy Paws and would love to recommend them to my friends.”

“Katherine took great care of my pup, and was flexible with drop off and pick up. I will absolutely book her again when I’m next in the area. Gracias, Katherine!”

“This is our second boarding with Sabrina. She was very well organized and kept us updated with pictures and videos of Kikki through out her stay. She was very prompt in responses as well. Will definitely recommend her with my friends who are looking for boarding for their pets.”

“Hannah is very kind, flexible, communicative, and helpful. Even came to meet me on my route to save me some driving time! Would definitely use again if I’m ever in the area.”

“First and foremost Angelica was great. This was my first time having her watch my baby. She’s sent me daily updates with cute pictures attached. She took my baby to new places and tried new things with her. Thank you again ?”

“Linda was wonderful. She was very responsive when communicating. Max and Penny (Toy Poodles) had a wonderful time at her house. She sent pics along the way. We're happy!”

“Angie was a wonderful host for our dog. She was communicative and responsive during the booking process. We’re always nervous leaving our dog with someone new, even though we have always had good experiences with Rover. Our experience with Angie did not disappoint. We received photo and story updates during the week our dog stayed with Angie and her two poodles. Upon our arrival Poppi ran right past us to continue playing in Angie’s yard. He appeared content. We loved how Angie told us a lot of stories of his visit (even the ones where he wasn’t the best behaved). Her love for animals is evident and will use Angie again when we are in need of a sitter.”

“We have never left our foster dog with anyone before, and were a little nervous. Chris put our worries and nerves ant ease! She was clearly a loving dog person and very knowledgeable. Loved all the photos and videos while we were away as well! We plan on booking with her again on our next get away!”

“Stacey’s really helpful! She’s easy to communicate with and made flexible adjustments for us. Her place is easy to find, the welcome note on her gate is really cute. Maia had a great time with her and her dogs. Every picture she sent me has Maia’s big smile! Will definitely book again if we go to Yosemite.”

“Lisette is amazing! This was the first stay away for our puppy and we were rather nervous. But after we met Lisette we felt very comfortable leaving him. She truly loves dogs and has a pot of patience. Our dog had a great stay at her beautiful and well kept place. She offered him so much attention. Lisette also gave us so many tips on how to train our puppy. She is truly a gem and we are beyond happy to have found her and highly recommend her. We can’t wait to use her in the future.”

“Cassandra is a reliable sitter. She provided frequent updates on my puppy’s activities. I will definitely use her service in future. Highly recommended!”

About: I’ve had dogs since I was a kid. I currently have a 3 year old beagle named Stan who loves to be outside. I have had several dogs with different energy levels - from a crazy Jack Russell to a super sweet golden retriever. I am very patient and most of my dogs have been rescues. Stan came from an animal testing facility & had never been outside or touched grass when I rescued him. I work remotely from home with a really flexible schedule. I live on 3 acres with my beagle, Stan. I’m very active & love to hike. Stan loves other friendly dogs and would be a great buddy for your dog. We love to snuggle up and takes lots of walks. I do have a crate here at my house if that is needed.

“Stella and her family took great care of my puppy during his extended stay. He became very close with her family, made friends with her dogs, and took many leisurely walks in her backyard. He had a great time and seems like he even became more easygoing and outgoing after we came home. I would highly recommend her!!”
