In your home — for house sitting & drop-ins: I treat your home and your routine with total respect. I follow your written instructions to the letter for feeding, medications, walks, and house rules. I keep doors/gates double-checked, leashes secured before opening any exterior door, and I never bring other people or pets into your home. You’ll get time-stamped updates with photos at every visit, and I’ll leave your home exactly as I found it — clean, locked, and with a happy, tired pet. About: I’ve had dogs my entire life and really started to help take care of them when I was around 15. I dog sit for family and for friends whenever they need and have always enjoyed it! Pet care for me is whenever I’m available. I do work part time and I’m a full time student but even if I am busy I can make time for your fur baby! I won’t be able to care for dogs in my own home because I am in an apartment. I will take care of the animal however the owner (you) recommends, and will make sure the animal gets a lot of love/attention! :)

Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
