About: I’ve taken care of dogs for a good amount of time. I love getting outside and walking with the pups and making sure they get a through amount of excercise. On my free time I’ve house sat for old bosses and friends that have taken off for vacation making sure their pups are well taken care of and happy while their owners are away. I am currently working as a freelancer. I have a flexible schedule and like to get outside early for walks while it’s quiet. I also like to make sure that the clients pets get enough time outside and are comfortable and happy while their owner is away. Making sure that the clients pet is happy is a priority. About: I absolutely adore animals! My experience with pets began at 5 years old when my family adopted our first dog. Ever since then, I always had an animal in my life. Also, in the last couple of years, I've cared for other's pets on Trusted House Sitters as well, with great success! Throughout my life so far, I've had four dogs. Three have passed away now, and my family and I have one left. He is old, 15 or 16, and struggles with CCD (doggie dementia). My dogs have brought me so much joy, and their well-being is my top priority. My passion for pet care extends to other animals and their families as well. About: For the last 10 or so years I have been taking care of peoples pets. Most recently I was living in Jackson, WY and was able to consistently get more and more pet sitting gigs that lasted anywhere from 3 to 11 nights. If housesitting I'm always happy to toss some dishes in the washer, or vacuum so that when you get home, things are nice and tidy. I also have a pressure washer and all the equipment needed to bring a car wash to you while you are out. I work in the 5 points neighborhood. I can fit a walk in before and after my evening shift. I also have a Suburban so I can transport them if need be. Just making sure doors are locked and I know where the pet is at all times. This also goes for mandatory leashing. I just want to make sure there are no problems, especially in a urban environment like Denver.

I have taken care of older dogs who have special requirments. I am free after 4:00pm most nights, although my schedule is subject to change. I often go to work ant 6:30am and return 4-5pm. “Meg (and her helpful and sweet children) were the best dog sitters I could have asked for. My husband and I were visiting Jackson and selfishly wanted to spend a day in Yellowstone. Based on Meg’s excellent reviews on Rover, I contacted Meg to see if she could watch our two sheepadoodles, Dug and Max. I must admit, I was a little nervous to leave my dogs for the day in a new place for my own reasons, but Meg responded immediately and put me at ease regarding the process. Having just picked up Dug and Max fr their stay with Meg, I can confidently say that she is the BEST dog sitter I’ve had on Rover. She responds within minutes (if not seconds) to messages… coordinating pick up and drop off was a breeze. She sent multiple updates and photos throughout the day… and she continued to do so even though she knew I wouldn't have service while in the park. She took the dogs out for multiple walks (and I will admit my dogs are not the easiest to walk). Her children gave Dug and Max a ton of loving and playtime. “Okay, Rachel is AMAZING. Im from Denver, CO and drove to Jackson for a half marathon. I brought my puppy, Rowan, with me to have a fun filled memorable experience with him in Jackson but being that half marathons don't allow dogs to run the course, I needed a pet sitter that would be willing to wake up super early to allow me to drop him off. I truly didn't think anyone would be willing to accommodate that request (understandably) but Rachel was up for it! Not only that, she also dropped me off at the spot where buses were taking runners to Teton Village for the start line. Truly too kind! When I arrived back at Rachel's place to pick up Rowan, he was having so much fun playing with her neighbor's dog in the yard that he completely ignored me lol. It was hard to pull him away. Rowan had a blast and Rachel was so kind to send update pictures while I was running my race. If for whatever reason I'm crazy enough to run that race again, I would absolutely hit up Rachel again! About: Growing up with animals made the transition to petsitting seamless. Eventually, word of mouth really helped me grow as a pet caregiver and I treasure every experience. Every furbaby has their own quirks and unique needs. I make it a point to learn them and make them feel safe and comfortable while you're gone. Whether it's taking shorter walks for the older folks, or going on hikes with the younger ones, I build my days around their schedule and put their needs first. I have experience with a ride range of ages, and giving medication or supplements. When I take on a petsitting job, I make sure that my schedule revolves around their needs. From the time I wake up and go to bed, I make sure the furbaby gets taken care of first. I'm very much a home body and that works well with providing your pet with consistent attention. The pets' needs always come before mine. They eat before I eat. They get a potty before I've been able to open my eyes. I build a consistent routine for them to feel safe and respect any boundaries they, or you as the owner, put up. I have personal policies, like keeping the space clean and my items stowed away, to prevent accidents that lead to vet visits. I am always aware of any of their characteristics to spot concerns early on. I don't just show up and treat them as a roommate. I treat them as a family member until their owner gets back.
About: I have been surrounded by animals from a young age, as my family has always fostered dogs. This upbringing has instilled in me a deep love and understanding of animals, and caring for pets is something I truly enjoy. Over the years, I’ve gained extensive experience with dogs, understanding that each one has its own unique needs. In New York, I served as a Manager at a Doggy Daycare for two years, and after relocating to Colorado, I held a similar managerial role at a Doggy Daycare in Longmont. Following the closure of that business, I transitioned into a managerial position at an Animal Hospital, further broadening my experience in the pet care industry. I am committed to treating your pet with the same care and attention I would give to my own, ensuring they feel loved and well-cared-for while you're away. I'm currently working from 7am-12pm and then I go back to work from 1-6pm Monday through Thursday as a Supervisor at an Animal Hopsital. Some days I may work 10-6pm and 7-9pm. I am able to provide exercise for your animals during my breaks or check in on them at that time, then spend the night after work. Feeding schedules may need to be modified but I assure you I will take care of your animals like my own! I also do have 2 kitties of my own but I am able to work around schedules to accommodate. I love to provide an enriching time for your animal in your home. My favorite thing to do is bring your dog for a long enriching and stimulating walk in nature so they can explore all the smells and sounds on their own. I also always send a few pictures to owners each stay/walk to make sure you stay updated with our activities.

About: Oliver Eastman Since I was born, I've been surrounded by animals. I've cared for tons of dogs in my life time, including but not limited to labrador retrievers, bichon frise, bernese mountain dogs, golden doodles, and mutts. Pet care usually fits around my full-time job, schooling, and caring for my own dog. As a college student, I need a lot of study time, but I am always sure to involve good dogs in it. I give them lots of love and exercise. I make sure to keep their brains stimulated and their hearts happy and their stomachs full. I truly love dogs, and caring for them gives me joy.

“My husband and I were getting married in Beaver Creek last weekend and needed a walker to get our pup Bruno after the ceremony / pictures and before the reception. We contacted Taylor after another walker cancelled 2 days before we had to head to Beaver Creek and she was super responsive, asked clear questions to make sure she had all relevant information and took great care of Bruno. Our wedding was at the top of a mountain so it required taking a shuttle we’d arranged up and down the mountain and leaving Bru in our condo and she made sure everything went seamlessly. She was in contact with our planner, on time, sent us photos of Bru before dropping him off and made sure he safely was all set in our condo before leaving. Having Bruno in our wedding was really important to us and it was hard for us not to be able to personally get him back to the condo so I can’t emphasize how amazing Taylor was. Seeing smiling, happy pictures of Bruno as we headed into our reception was amazing. I cannot recommend Taylor enough. Thank you, Taylor!!!!”
About: I have owned pets since I was a kid.. from cats and dogs to birds, turtles, ferrets and even rats! My currently lifestyle of on and off traveling does not allow for me to responsibly keep a dog or cat so I’d love to adopt yours for the day, week, or month! I am pretty available throughout the week unless there is a work conflict. Currently no day is out of question. We can discuss further in chat. The ideal situation is for me to drop by your place and be with the pet in the environment that it is most familiar with. Separation anxiety is real and it’s harder when the pet is also in a new area. I will provide plenty of walks, playtime, & love of course! About: I’ve taken care of dogs for a good amount of time. I love getting outside and walking with the pups and making sure they get a through amount of excercise. On my free time I’ve house sat for old bosses and friends that have taken off for vacation making sure their pups are well taken care of and happy while their owners are away. I am currently working as a freelancer. I have a flexible schedule and like to get outside early for walks while it’s quiet. I also like to make sure that the clients pets get enough time outside and are comfortable and happy while their owner is away. Making sure that the clients pet is happy is a priority. I like to keep a keen eye on clients pets and make sure their pets are comfortable and happy. Allowing for outdoor time in the yard and also double checking to make sure that they are well hydrated while going outside to play.
