About: At one time, we were breeders of Champion Golden Retrievers, and have raised many a pup, from small to large breeds. From Bernese to Yorkies, we love them all! Our furbabies are a Shorkie and Shih Tzu who are well behaved and make great hosts and playmates! Large pastures and trails on which to walk, so lots of exercise. Our canine guests will receive lots of love and attention! They will be welcome in our house if well-behaved, and treated like one of the family during their stay. If you have a fenced in yard your fur babies will be let out every two hours (supervised of course:) )No fenced in yard? No problem. They will still be taken out every two hours on a leash. About: Love all fur babies. Have been taken care of all sorts of critters since I was little. Love all shapes and sizes. Excited to start babysitting. I worksl from home full time and we are home most days. Walks and plenty of play time in our back yard would hapen all day. We have a nice big fenced in back yard and theee dogs and two cats that love to play. We love playing fetch and have lots of toys.
About: While living in Seattle I worked for Rover doing dog boarding in my own home, at times with up to five dogs at a time. About: I have a background in both education and dog training, so I focus heavily on structure, communication, and understanding each dog’s individual needs. I have experience working with dogs of all ages, energy levels, and personalities, including puppies, high-energy breeds, and dogs that benefit from extra patience or routine. I’m CPR certified, experienced with enrichment-based care, and comfortable reinforcing basic training skills such as leash manners, recall, sit/down, place, and calm behavior during visits and walks. I also have experience with hunting and working breeds, so I understand the importance of both physical exercise and mental stimulation. When caring for pets in a client’s home or my own, I take time to learn their feeding schedule, potty routine, energy level, favorite activities, training expectations, and anything that helps them feel comfortable and secure. I adjust my care style based on the individual dog rather than taking a “one size fits all” approach. My goal is always to make pets feel safe, understood, and cared for while maintaining as much consistency and routine as possible.
