About: Animals have always been a huge part of my life, and in our home, pets are truly family. I’m a mom to one little boy and also a proud dog mom to my fur babies. My family and I are all animal lovers, and we understand how important it is to know your pet is safe, loved, and cared for while you’re away. We have rescued two of our family pets, one who has since passed and our current dog, Ollie. Because of Ollie, we know firsthand how important a safe and secure yard is. We live on an acre in Sussex with a fully fenced-in yard, which gives dogs plenty of space to safely run, play, sniff, and enjoy being outside. About: We lost our sweet Blue (11 year old labradoodle) 3 years ago of bone cancer, and have recently become empty nesters. We LOVE dogs, and our cat has missed his canine companion. Our yard is over an acre, and includes a wooded area. We are also located near beautiful trails that we can walk to. Both of us work from home the majority of the time, and we will only open our home up to furry house guests if we are sure that at least one of us is available to be home the majority of the day. Your dog will love the extra love and attention that they will receive, and we tend to be a bit lenient with letting dogs on furniture/beds. Most of our neighbors own dogs, and there are young children next door. That being said, a dog that is friendly with other dogs and not wary of children would LOVE a vacation with us. I am working part time, and my husband works at least 1/2 of the time from home. We are flexible with dog schedules, and have experience with "elderly" dogs with special needs. We have a large yard (over an acre), which is not fenced in. Our neighborhood connects to walking trails and parks, so your dog will have ample exercise opportunities. We are extremely flexible with our schedules, and can adapt to meet your dog's current routines.

About: I have had pets my entire life. At this time, I am petless, so I would love to love on your pets. Family and friends have relied on me to watch, walk, and play with their furry friends. I and my husband are retired so we have a lot of time to spend with your dog and will walk them a few times a day and play with them. They will always have someone with them. I take younger dogs for a morning, afternoon and night walk. I adjust the number of walks and distance if they are older dogs. I also play with them. They can sleep on the bed and furniture.

About: Hello! My family and I love animals. We've been on Rover since January 2024! We currently have 2 indor cats and have backyard chickens (in coop) that are pets and lay eggs for us. We live in a quiet Hartland neighborhood in a cul-de-sac that is very low traffic. Part of our yard is fenced for play and potty breaks, and I love taking walks around our neighborhood. The majority of the week, my husband is working from home or I am home. The longest your pet may be left is 6 hours if staying with us during the work week. So usually someone is there to spend time with your pet! We are available any day of the week for boarding. I live in a quiet cul-de-sac. I always practice sit-stay when opening the door to prevent bolting out. Part of our yard is fenced and outside the fence your pet will always be leashed. If I am away for a short period and it's needed for safety or per your preference, we do have a large crate and an enclosed pet gate.

About: Animals have always been a huge part of my life, and in our home, pets are truly family. I’m a mom to one little boy and also a proud dog mom to my fur babies. My family and I are all animal lovers, and we understand how important it is to know your pet is safe, loved, and cared for while you’re away. We have rescued two of our family pets, one who has since passed and our current dog, Ollie. Because of Ollie, we know firsthand how important a safe and secure yard is. We live on an acre in Sussex with a fully fenced-in yard, which gives dogs plenty of space to safely run, play, sniff, and enjoy being outside. My husband and mom both work from home, so there is almost always someone here. This allows pets to have frequent potty breaks, outdoor time, attention, and company throughout the day. We love making dogs feel like part of our family while they are with us. I care for every pet the way I would want someone to care for my own, with patience, love, attention, and lots of updates. Whether your dog loves to play, relax, cuddle, or explore the yard, I’ll make sure they feel comfortable, safe, and loved during their stay. I currently work full time but have a flexible schedule. I am available for pet sitting at a clients home. I am also available for early morning walks or after work, and even drop in visits during the day. I care for other’s pets as I would want anyone to treat my own pets. I believe our pets are part of the family and I would want anyone to treat my pet to the best of their abilities.

About: I have had dog from puppy to senior over the last 20yrs. I have watched friends dogs as well. Always enjoy being around the energy. I will have time starting after Thanksgiving to board dogs. My routine changes weekly, but can work around what is needed. It might be easiest to have dogs at my house. I have a nice sized backyard with room to run, fetch or just be outside. It is not fenced in, but we have an invisible fence.
