About: I try to provide training for your dog using simple commands and treats. I have a corgy. He likes eating poop, so I am firm with him but lovely. I believe I take my time to rub his belly or play with my dog before feeding him or going for a walk. I always keep treats and bags. I currently have a job from home, with a flexible schedule. I always go outside for walk 10 to 20 minutes o play with tennis ball. I used to go outside 2 or 3 times a day. In the morning the firts walk is longer. I have many different toys and a medium-sized blanket if he needs to rest. They can also go on my couch. If he needs more privacy, I have a big cage with blankets and pillows. I live in an apartment with 2 beds to a bath.

About: From second grade until this past year, I grew up taking care of my maltese shih tzu everyday, named Ruby. She was certainly a very spoiled and loved dog! Since she passed just a couple months ago, it's been strange lacking the comfort and company that Ruby always provided me when I was alone- whether that was on long hiking adventures or just relaxing. In spite of her passing, and my overall affection for animals, I'm eagerly looking forward to finding new furry friends to take care of, play with, and join me on my walks! Living at a prime location in the UW-Madison campus, and having easy access to my car means I can walk or drive to you and your pet and come to your home even if it's outside of campus. Whether your dog likes to loiter around every mailbox we pass on walks, or if they like to run, then I'm the dog walker for them! I'm happy to do a casual stroll and bathroom break, and just as happy to do long, multiple-mile walks. As I've gotten used to my whole life, I will always pick up after your dog and will make sure they stay safe and close to me by using whatever leash and collar you can provide. And no matter the weather, I'm still happy to spend the time outside with your dog! If you just need me to stop by to feed your pet and take them for a potty break outside, then I will happily pick up after them in the yard and after they are done eating. I grew up in nice home with a Mom who always taught me to keep things clean, organized, have good manners, and when at others homes to always leave things cleaner than how it was when I arrived. I can dog sit any day though I do volunteer for the Humane Society on Friday evenings so they don’t work for me. Also, my rate is for six hours or less and then I charge an additional $5/hour for each hour after that FYI. I have a fenced in yard and can easily crate your dog if desired. I currently have one cat who has lived with a dog in the past, though I typically separate her in what I call her upstairs “kitty apartment” anyway. 😌 I provide doggy daycare - not overnight care - as my cat does not tolerate it well.

I bring passion and professionalism to this job and absolutely enjoy what I do. I have had dogs all my life and currently have an elderly chihuahua. Because of his health concerns and age, I'm not currently boarding dogs at my home. However, I would love to walk and sit your pups and can assure they will get attentive and safe care.
About: I have done petsitting (cats and dogs) for over 15 years. Usually for animals where I personally know the owners and have spent time with the animal to create a bond/relationship. I want to full disclose with new perspective pets parents: I have a full time, in-office job with the standard business hours, Monday through Friday. If that's not what you are looking for in a house sitter, I understand. If I had a pet of my own, I would ensure all their needs are met. As a petsitter, I would to ensure their animal's life doesn't change or I could make it better in some small way especially since their parent(s) is gone I stay at the animal's home to care for them so their life isn't different than what it usually is for them. Changing their environment can be quite shocking and stressful to them. I try not change their lifestyle too much while the parent is gone

“Our 2 dogs stayed at Sarah's for about a week earlier this month. The stay was great! We got daily updates, including photos and videos. They have a fantastic large fenced in yard where they could safety run and play. They had lots of playtime, but also lots of snuggles and love. They were both clearly enjoying their own vacation at Sarah's while we were gone on ours. It was so refreshing to know they were so well cared for while we were away- we have already rebooked them for our next trip!”

“Erin was a wonderful, empathetic dogsitter! She watched our girl, Zuki, for six days, and she texted us updates and a few photos until we felt reassured that Zuki was adjusting to a new environment well. Our dog is a rescue, and she has some strange behaviors such as being reluctant to drink water in the house (maybe because an alpha dog “claimed” the water dish at the rescue). Erin made sure that Zuki ate enough, drank, and she took her plenty of walks. What’s more, she cuddled Zuki to make her feel more at ease. Erin even ended up sleeping on the couch near Zuki to keep her company. I could tell that Erin was monitoring Zuki’s behavior bc she knew that Zuki has “fears,” and I was glad that Zuki had the opportunity to meet Erin with us present (so that our dog would be more comfortable and know that Erin was a friend).
