About: We will care for your dog like our own! Since our wonderful dog Stella passed we are looking to add more positive dog energy to our home. I am experienced with senior care; giving medications and supporting older dogs. I also have 4 years experience with dog walking and welcome energetic dogs. Both my husband and I work from home and will keep your dog company and make sure all needs are met. We have two children, ages 8 and 10, who have been raised to love and respect dogs and other animals. We only sit dogs from one household at a time so you can rely on individualized, attentive care. About: I have taken care of dogs from all age groups. Whether a senior dog who needs frequent bathroom breaks or a puppy who wants lots of attention and reinforcement, I love all of them. Besides, being a tennis player means I gotta put my unlimited supply of balls to use:) I work from home three days a week. If our furry guest prefers lots of attention or frequent bathroom breaks, it would be a perfect match. I only take in one dog a time. There won’t be other pets at home. About: From second grade until this past year, I grew up taking care of my maltese shih tzu everyday, named Ruby. She was certainly a very spoiled and loved dog! Since she passed just a couple months ago, it's been strange lacking the comfort and company that Ruby always provided me when I was alone- whether that was on long hiking adventures or just relaxing. In spite of her passing, and my overall affection for animals, I'm eagerly looking forward to finding new furry friends to take care of, play with, and join me on my walks! Growing up, I also frequently took care of my neighbor's dogs which gave me experience with all different breeds, sizes, and behaviors of dogs as well as cats. And aside from all my love for Ruby, she was definitely stubborn and picky so I have experience in dealing with difficult dogs, keeping patience, and figuring out how to accommodate each individual dogs needs and personality. Additionally, my sister has been on rover for years and has watched countless dogs and cats through this platform, and I've helped her out a lot, which has obviously provided me with the most relevant experience possible! I will be a junior at UW-Madison, but for now I am enjoying my summer in Madison without classes going on! Therefore, I have plenty of free time and so I'd love to fill it with caring for pets! Living at a prime location in the UW-Madison campus, and having easy access to my car means I can walk or drive to you and your pet and come to your home even if it's outside of campus. Whether your dog likes to loiter around every mailbox we pass on walks, or if they like to run, then I'm the dog walker for them! I'm happy to do a casual stroll and bathroom break, and just as happy to do long, multiple-mile walks. As I've gotten used to my whole life, I will always pick up after your dog and will make sure they stay safe and close to me by using whatever leash and collar you can provide. And no matter the weather, I'm still happy to spend the time outside with your dog! If you just need me to stop by to feed your pet and take them for a potty break outside, then I will happily pick up after them in the yard and after they are done eating. I grew up in nice home with a Mom who always taught me to keep things clean, organized, have good manners, and when at others homes to always leave things cleaner than how it was when I arrived. About: I have experience working at a dog daycare, (Dana’s Dog Spa and Daycare in Hutchinson, MN) where I cared for dogs of all sizes, breeds, and personalities in a fast-paced environment. I helped raise my dog Luna from a puppy and my family has had two senior dogs—one with seizures—so I’m comfortable with everything from energetic pups to handling health issues. About: I've spent over the last 8 years pet-sitting, dog-walking, working with horses and farm animals, and worked the last 3 years at a small animal veterinary hospital. I love cats and dogs so much and am a very active individual, so I put a lot of time and effort into walking and/or playing with the pets. I would prefer to watch the dog in your home as I rent my current home and it does not allow animals. However, when at your home I will make sure your pup is always happy and all of their needs are met. In terms of safety, I will always have them on a leash or in a gated area when needed.

About: I have taken care of my dog Koda for 15 years. So I have been with him since he was a puppy to and elder. I trained him to go through obstacles, taken him on countless walks and hikes, and showered him with lots of love. I’m currently a college student so my classes vary each day. I am free Monday, Tuesday and Wednesdays before 12 and I am free Fridays and weekends. I am flexible to help out late afternoons Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. I live in a very calm, spacious, and animal friendly apartment. I am also surrounded by nature and live one minute away from a beautiful and lengthy walking path with lots of greenery. I also am very well organized so I would make sure your home looked exactly as it did before I arrived. I am more than happy to be accommodating to peoples privacy and living space.

My dogs and i spend 24/7 together and Manuela cared for my pups for the first time we were separated. Needless to say I was anxious and nervous about displacing my pups from their home, routine and familiar surroundings. With the compassion, positive and gentle energy, Manuela made the adjustment possible. Pics of the pups daily fun and nap times were always provided.
