“Why can’t I leave 10 stars? It’s not possible to say enough good about Ruby and her partner. They were so kind, attentive and patient. Not only with us, but with our spoiled girl too. I think Ruby could sense we were a little apprehensive about leaving Mercy with new people so she invited us out for a visit prior to the scheduled stay. Mercy loved it and we appreciated seeing how much thought was put into the spaces the dogs would be. They were also very accommodating with our requests. Mercy got her scoop of yogurt every morning and she never slept alone. :). Thank you so much Ruby for the Snapchat photos and videos. “I highly recommend Kaitlyn!! I have 2 big boys 1 is a Doberman and the other is a golden mix. They fight if their in the same room. So was going to have Kaitlyn watch just one of them. When I went to do a meet and greet with my golden. We got to talking and she said she would be willing to take both. She was amazing! I didnt have to worry all weekend long about them because she would send me updates with happy pictures every day. They always looked so happy with all the walks and belly rubs. Highly recommend! I will definitely be going back to her and dropping my other doggie daycare even with a 15 minute extra drive.”

About: I've been a dog owner for as long as I can remember. I currently have one nine year old Chihuahua mix on seizure medicine twice a day. We have a fenced in yard with a chain link fence perfect for letting your dog run around. I am usually up by 5am to go for a run or cycle. I work from home regularly so I can be flexible with letting the dogs out. I have a fenced in yard with one friendly dog of my own to keep your dog company. I have cameras in the home to keep an eye on the pups if I do need to run out.

About: I’ve always had a dog within my household. I had a childhood dog when I was two and she lived for 14 years. She taught me a lot about being a dog owner and was the best dog. After losing her my family got two more dogs since it was hard not having a dog, we’ve now had them for 4.5 years. I worked at a petting farm for 3.5 years and had a lot of experience with different animals and also puppies since we had raised puppies there. At the petting farm I also worked with cats and got some experience with them. I currently work at a dog kennel and we also have cats there too. I’ve learned how to fully take care of cats, cleaning litter and the boarding rooms, feeding them, giving them medicine, and grooming them by brushing them or wiping their faces. Overall I know how to work with dogs of all ages and cats, and I love being around either of the two! :) Im currently working a part time job, I will have a lot of availability until around mid May. I also plan on leaving my job in August since the kennel will be shutting down so I can fully commit to the dogs on Rover then! :) I take my dogs on walks as much as I can. My parents mainly take care of them since I am a full time student at UWW and I’m only home on the weekends. I also make sure they have food and water 24/7, I let them out as much as possible since they love being outside too even if it’s not going potty, and I give them a lot of attention anytime I see them. She enjoyed two walks, got to run around in their large fenced in backyard, and was able to socialize with their two dogs! Tina was so sweet and I felt really comfortable leaving my fur baby in her care. We used her back-to-back for two days, and Piper recognized she was going got another visit on Day 2 when we turned down Brandi's road, and immediately started crying excitedly in anticipation, all but pulling me out of the car when we opened the door! It's a shame we're not closer to Janesville for regular use of booking, but if we're ever needing to go through the area en route to our destinations, Brandi will be our first choice for daycare or boarding.”

Provided a calm environment to welcome a puppy who has been through a lot in her short life. When we got home, she acted normal. With our previous dogs we boarded at kennels but felt the need to try something different with a puppy that spent most of her life at a shelter. Our dogs would be wiped out when they came back home. So far not seeing any of that from her stay with Kaitlyn.”

About: I’ve had dogs all my life. I have a 7 year old golden named bode. I am familiar with medication distribution and other restrictions. Bode was diagnosed with lymphoma at 5 and has been in remission for 2 years. I grew up with labs as well as shitzus and my dad has a 9 year old golden. I would prefer to meet any candidate prior to boarding as they will be in the same space as my golden, he’s a gentle giant and gets along with all animals. He is a service animal so I have experience in training and younger dogs as well. I work from home full time and have a lot of free time to give during the week. Weekends are busy for me at the moment but will slow down come winter. I work from home so week days are great I have a lot of flexibility for walks and play time and potty breaks. About: I’ve always had a dog within my household. I had a childhood dog when I was two and she lived for 14 years. She taught me a lot about being a dog owner and was the best dog. After losing her my family got two more dogs since it was hard not having a dog, we’ve now had them for 4.5 years. I worked at a petting farm for 3.5 years and had a lot of experience with different animals and also puppies since we had raised puppies there. At the petting farm I also worked with cats and got some experience with them. I currently work at a dog kennel and we also have cats there too. I’ve learned how to fully take care of cats, cleaning litter and the boarding rooms, feeding them, giving them medicine, and grooming them by brushing them or wiping their faces. Overall I know how to work with dogs of all ages and cats, and I love being around either of the two! :) Im currently working a part time job, I will have a lot of availability until around mid May. After May I should be flexible with any day and hours! I also plan on leaving my job in August since the kennel will be shutting down so I can fully commit to the dogs on Rover then! :) I take my dogs on walks as much as I can. My parents mainly take care of them since I am a full time student at UWW and I’m only home on the weekends. I also make sure they have food and water 24/7, I let them out as much as possible since they love being outside too even if it’s not going potty, and I give them a lot of attention anytime I see them. I do spoil my dogs a lot too and I would do the same with any dogs I meet! :)

About: I haven't been without a dog since age nine, when my parents gave us our first opportunity to develop a bond with a pet, Abby, our beloved English setter. She died the year I graduated from college, and since then I have had two of my own dogs: Gretta, a chocolate lab whom I owned from age 6 weeks until her death at age 13, and Lillie, a springer spaniel who was basically a life-long puppy exploding with energy and a fervor for running, jumping, and all things adventure-related. Sadly, Lillie died in June (at age 13), and we miss her so much. My husband and I like to travel, so I am not quite ready to adopt another dog yet, but in the meantime, I would love to pet-sit for other dogs so as to be around furry friends who bring so much joy to my life. I'm a teacher, so I'm mainly interested in walking and caring for pets on the weekends and during the summer months, but I can be available other times as well depending on my schedule. My job is to provide love, attention, and a safe and enriching learning environment to any pet in my care. I accommodate as needed depending on the needs of the individual animal.
