The initial meet-and-greet went well and we knew they would be in good hands. Our bloodhound/basset hound mix has occasional seizures (once per 3-6 months) and Brandi was comfortable with that, thankfully. Brandi has a big fenced backyard where the dogs worked out their energy. Daily photos and updates made us confident that our boys were happy and enjoying their stay. About: I've been a dog owner for as long as I can remember. I currently have one nine year old Chihuahua mix on seizure medicine twice a day. We have a fenced in yard with a chain link fence perfect for letting your dog run around. I am usually up by 5am to go for a run or cycle. I work from home regularly so I can be flexible with letting the dogs out. I have a fenced in yard with one friendly dog of my own to keep your dog company. I have cameras in the home to keep an eye on the pups if I do need to run out.

About: I have had cats in my family since the day I was born. Currently, there are five cats in my home and I help care for all of them! I make sure they are fed, have their water changed, and have their litter scooped every day. I have lots of experience with cats of all ages from 2-month-old kittens to 20-year-old seniors. After losing her my family got two more dogs since it was hard not having a dog, we’ve now had them for 4.5 years. About: I’ve had dogs all my life. I have a 7 year old golden named bode. I am familiar with medication distribution and other restrictions. Bode was diagnosed with lymphoma at 5 and has been in remission for 2 years. I grew up with labs as well as shitzus and my dad has a 9 year old golden. I would prefer to meet any candidate prior to boarding as they will be in the same space as my golden, he’s a gentle giant and gets along with all animals. He is a service animal so I have experience in training and younger dogs as well. I work from home full time and have a lot of free time to give during the week. I also plan on leaving my job in August since the kennel will be shutting down so I can fully commit to the dogs on Rover then! :) I take my dogs on walks as much as I can. My parents mainly take care of them since I am a full time student at UWW and I’m only home on the weekends. I also make sure they have food and water 24/7, I let them out as much as possible since they love being outside too even if it’s not going potty, and I give them a lot of attention anytime I see them. I do spoil my dogs a lot too and I would do the same with any dogs I meet! :)
