I was traveling constantly for work, but am now full time work from home. When I lived in another state for work, I did pet care as a part time job with private clients weekly. I do live in an apartment, BUT, I am right next to the walking trail in River Prairie (the loop). I am open to care of all animals, all sizes, and all ages. If wanted, I visit my family farm quite often where we have extensive yard and land to run on. About: I've been around animals my whole life. I have a cat and have had several different dogs. I even fostered dogs for a summer. I'm now divorced and have my kids half the time. My work is flexible and I can add in dog care as needed throughout the day. I homeschool my boys when I have them and work delivery jobs when I don't. I have a fenced in back yard for my 3 dogs & 2 cats so I have experience with both :) I have complete availability currently, so my dog at home gets quite a lot of walks and park time. About: I’ve taken care of a wide range of pets. From cats, dogs, birds, rodents and farm animals. I am also able to take care of animals with higher needs. I’ve had elderly pets who need medication and animals that I have found with injuries that I took care of. I am available all week and I occasionally visit my parents on the weekend. Other than that I do not leave town often, if I do ever have a trip planned I would update my schedule. I know how important routines are so sticking to what is requested is essential. About: We have had cats and dogs in our family my entire life. I was born and raised caring for our animals as family members. We have always had multiple cats and dogs, as well as assorted other critters. A few years ago, I lived in Madison working at a Doggy Daycare. There we had lots of training in dog body language and behaviors. I spent each day looking after a pack of at least 20 dogs. That job helped me gain lots of experience working with all kinds of different dogs, behaviors and personalities! The doggy daycare also implemented behavioral training. I have access to plenty of areas to run and play, as well as a place to get plenty of cuddles! The care I give your pets will match what they need. I know that your fur babies are special and important to you and I intend to treat them as if they were my own. My place or yours, your furry friend will feel at home!
About: I’ve been an animal lover my entire life and honestly can’t remember a time when I wasn’t surrounded by pets. I’ve cared for dogs and cats for many years so I’m comfortable with all kinds of personalities and needs. I regularly dog sit for friends and family, and I genuinely love it. Whether it’s walks, playtime, belly rubs, or just keeping them company, I show up with patience, energy, and a lot of love. I take pet care seriously, but I also truly enjoy it. Being around animals is my happy place. I probably like them more than humans, but I’ll let your pet be the judge of that. Pet care fits easily into my weekly routine because I’m typically home and have a flexible schedule. I’m usually out for a couple hours most days, but otherwise I’m around and able to give pets plenty of attention, walks, playtime, and care throughout the day. On weekends I’m also fairly flexible and either at home or doing low-key activities, so I can adjust easily to the needs of each pet. I enjoy making pet care a consistent part of my routine and making sure pets feel comfortable and cared for while their owners are away. I provide calm, attentive care based on each pet’s needs and comfort level. In my home, I keep things very relaxed with lots of supervision, cuddle time, potty breaks, playtime, and regular outdoor walks on a leash. I also make sure pets are fed on schedule and always have fresh water. In a client’s home, I prefer to focus on walks and potty breaks or quick check-ins depending on what’s needed. My goal is always to make pets feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while sticking closely to their normal routine.
