About: I’ve gotten a lot of practice in dog sitting with 2 different roommates I lived with who had dogs, whether it only be an overnight of caring for them or an entire trip’s worth time. And I really bonded with both dogs! I just love animals in general too and am looking forward to caring for more furry friends now that I don’t live with one anymore! Over the summer I work one part time job so I should have availability for visiting them either morning or evening or both. Sometimes I will have daytime availability as well. I enjoy a semi active lifestyle, so I would be very open to getting outdoors with your pet too! During the school year I work 2 jobs, so my flexibility may be a little more limited come fall, but I should still have some availability. Happy to try to work things out with scheduling! About: At one time, we were breeders of Champion Golden Retrievers, and have raised many a pup, from small to large breeds. From Bernese to Yorkies, we love them all! Our furbabies are a Shorkie and Shih Tzu who are well behaved and make great hosts and playmates! Large pastures and trails on which to walk, so lots of exercise. Our canine guests will receive lots of love and attention! They will be welcome in our house if well-behaved, and treated like one of the family during their stay. For house-sitting/ drop ins- I am a firm believer that following a similar routine to what the owner (you) follows will give your pet the least stressful experience possible. I will stick to your potty schedule for your animal as well as feeding. As for exercise, I am up to whatever your dog or cat prefers! I can go for walks, play fetch, provide enrichment with feeding time or play with toys. I am always willing to go to nearby park with your pup if preferred! About: While living in Seattle I worked for Rover doing dog boarding in my own home, at times with up to five dogs at a time. Currently I am not available to do dog boarding in my own home however I would love to take your fur babies on a walk Only able to service the city limits of La Crosse, Onalaska, and La Cresent I would be more than happy to watch your animals at your home. About: I have a background in both education and dog training, so I focus heavily on structure, communication, and understanding each dog’s individual needs. I have experience working with dogs of all ages, energy levels, and personalities, including puppies, high-energy breeds, and dogs that benefit from extra patience or routine. I’m CPR certified, experienced with enrichment-based care, and comfortable reinforcing basic training skills such as leash manners, recall, sit/down, place, and calm behavior during visits and walks. I also have experience with hunting and working breeds, so I understand the importance of both physical exercise and mental stimulation. What sets me apart most is that I genuinely enjoy building trust and relationships with the dogs I care for. I prioritize safety, consistency, and making sure each dog feels comfortable, engaged, and well cared for while you’re away. I also provide reliable communication and updates so owners can feel confident their pets are in good hands. I intentionally keep openings in my schedule for walks, drop-in visits, boarding, and individualized care. I currently have availability most mornings, a few evenings, and select weekends which allows me to provide consistent attention and flexible scheduling for clients. Some dogs need lots of exercise and enrichment, while others need a calmer environment, patience, or extra reassurance while their owners are away. When caring for pets in a client’s home or my own, I take time to learn their feeding schedule, potty routine, energy level, favorite activities, training expectations, and anything that helps them feel comfortable and secure. I adjust my care style based on the individual dog rather than taking a “one size fits all” approach. My goal is always to make pets feel safe, understood, and cared for while maintaining as much consistency and routine as possible.
