My cat is extremely social and I was concerned he’d be lonely while I was away for several weeks. Anna spent lots of time giving him attention and play. My cat also compulsively scratches himself, and with me gone he kicked it up a notch and tore through the skin. Anna had no problem giving him his pills and cleaning the wound. About: Cat parents know that cats needs are unique compared to other pets. I have plenty of experience from having cats of my own my whole life and working in vet med caring for cats of all kinds with all different needs in stressful situations. I will take the time to get to know your babies and take things at their pace building trust and making your kitty feels as safe as they can. I scoop litter boxes daily and keep food dishes clean. Depending on the cats comfort level and temperament I am able to trim nails, brush, administer medications (pill, transdermal, injectable), subcutaneous fluids, etc by myself. For me cats are always inside unless specifically told they go outside, catios are great!
About: I’ve had cats on and off my whole life, from kittens, to senior cats. One of my current cats, Green Beans, was adopted after he suffered a tail injury and it had to be amputated. This allowed me to get familiar with caring for an injured cat. I make sure to keep all cats litter boxes fresh and clean everyday, and give lots of toys to keep them happy and entertained!

About: I provide an outstanding level of care for your furry family members. I have been able to personally own and take care of a wide variety of pets, from large German Shepherds to small Pomeranians to cats and even lizards and snakes. I currently have a big fluffy Bernese mountain dog who will be turning 3 in October. I love working with owners to ensure that their pet is treated just like they would be at home. I will provide an outstanding level of care and attention for your family and look forward to working with you! I currently work from home and have a flexible schedule. This allows me to get plenty of time in with my own pup each day, and let’s me watch additional pets during the week. Weekends can often be busy, but if planned ahead of time we can watch a furry friend then too. I have a fully fenced yard for supervised play and potty time. I also own additional bowls, and a full sized crate if needed. A block and a half down the street is a mostly fenced park I take my pup to play in as well if more space is needed. The neighborhood is great for walks, but does have several hills which can be difficult for older, larger dogs. My dog only needs about 30 min a day of play-time, but if yours needs more we can plan for that too.

About: I have had pets my entire life dogs, cats, rabbits and horses. I am comfortable around every type of dog, however prefer to sit smaller dogs up to 25lbs. I have a mini dachshund who is 16 years old, who misses having friends around. I am familiar with puppies through seniors. I do work from home 4 days a week. Currently I have an unfenced yard, I use retractable leashes to maintain safety when outside. Your fur-baby will get daily walks and plenty of love. I work from home 4 days a week, giving me the opportunity to give your pet plenty of attention in an adults only home with one dog for companion time. We do daily walks around the neighborhood, in a wooded area or at Manchester state park. I don’t currently have a fenced yard, outdoor time will be on retractable leashes for potty breaks, time on the fenced deck, and daily walks using your pets regular leash. Should pets need to be left home unattended I will ensure everyone is in safe, separate locations close enough companionship but not mischief. Safety and well cared for is my goal.

I'm a proud dog mom to Leila, a Blue Heeler/Jack Russel Terrier rescue. Leila and I are “Rock Star” certified by Flying Colors Canine Academy, a professional dog training school based in Fort Wayne, Indiana. We enjoy exploring every neighborhood of Seattle by bike or foot and hiking trails on the weekends. I have taken care of various dogs, cats, and small animals of all abilities, special needs, shapes, and sizes for over 20 years. I enjoy getting to know each pet's unique personality, training together (if needed), and going on fun adventures locally. I am currently accepting dogs, cats, and other animals for boarding and house sitting services. My schedule is flexible throughout the week as I work remotely part-time from home in Capitol Hill. I am now accepting new clients for boarding and house sitting. I live near Volunteer Park and would love to help your pet get their energy out with long walks at local parks and playtime at your home or in my fenced backyard. I have years of experience caring for dogs, cats, and other small animals in various environments and feel deeply in tune to their needs. For house sitting, I would like to meet in person or virtually to discuss your pet's needs so all questions and concerns are addressed.

“This was my first time boarding Nico with Ana. Our meet and greet went very well. Ana is kind, friendly, and asked plenty of questions about Nico’s needs and preferences. I left feeling very comfortable moving forward with the booking. Nico was so well cared for while staying with Ana. Not only does she care deeply for animals, she understands how it must feel to leave your pet with someone else. She was very quick to reply to any messages and sent lots of updates and photos while we were away.
