“Tami was wonderful! She was open to watching our Trudy for a one-time event while we were enjoyed a full day of non-doggy play while on vacation. Trudy had a BLAST! She came home exhausted. About: I have taken care of dogs since I was a child. I love spending time with them. I now have more time on my hands and would love to spend it caring for dogs who need some TLC. I had a senior pug who sadly rent over the rainbow bridge last year. The last few years she was with me, I had to give her medication, take care of her eyes and give her a special diet. I have room for a crate if needed for overnight stays, but it would need to be provided as I do not own one. I have an SUV, and room for a dog bed and can hold a large dog in the back to transport for hikes or trail runs as needed.

About: I’ve grown up owning and caring for many different dogs and cats, from small Chihuahuas to a Great Dane, so I’m comfortable with animals of all sizes, breeds, and personalities. I’ve also cared for up to five dogs at a time, so I’m comfortable keeping up with multiple pets and making sure each one gets the attention and care they need. I’m also a proud cat mom to two cats of my own, and they mean the world to me! I’ve always been a huge animal lover, and animals are my happy place!! These days, I have a dog of my own plus my partner's two dogs, (we all live here) so our house is always full of happy pups! My experience includes: • Experienced Rover doggy daycare provider • Experienced dog sitter outside of Rover • Raised in a hobby farm in WI • Caring for diabetic dogs that require strict feeding schedules and medication administration • Following detailed care instructions, dietary restrictions, and medication routines with great attention to detail My own dog has taught me a lot about allergies, sensitivities, and special care needs, so I understand how important it is to trust someone who will take your pet's unique requirements seriously. Whether your dog is energetic, shy, senior, or has special needs, I'll make sure they receive attentive, loving care and are treated like part of the family. I work from home and have a fully (high) fenced backyard. I know how important peace of mind is when leaving your pet with someone else, and I'll treat your dog with the same care, attention, and affection that I give my own. Please know that I live with my partner (who loves animals more than anyone I’ve ever met) and if I have an appointment or errand during drop off, he helps to stay back and do the hand off. If that’s not okay, let me know and I will make it work! -I work remotely Monday-Friday from 7-3:30 -I do tend to stay busy out of the house after 5pm for errands or a gym class a few times a week but no day is the same -Typically in the mountains one day out of the weekend I can be decently flexible during the week but I might NOT be the best fit if: -I can’t leave your dog at my house for 1.5 hours after work if I go to the gym or run an errand -If you need care past 8:00pm because that’s typically my bedtime… but I can be flexible. -Your dog doesn’t get along well with others …Otherwise, let’s do this!
