It was comforting jnowing that she spent most of her time here with them vs other pet siters that just come long enough to feed and leave. We have one cat that is extremely shy/scared of everyone except us & Melissa demonstrated that she understands animals & how best to interact with our sweet but shy girl. About: We have dogs, snakes, and a bunny. We have kept many different pets for the past 10 years and love caring for all animals! Even the grouchy ones 😊 Our dogs eat at 12:30 and at 6:30 each day with frequent trips outside. They are friendly and we keep them trained to eat only out of their own bowls. Pet care is daily life in our home (with my spouse) and we both take pride in our relationships with animals I will frequently check for assent amongst pets to ensure safety and wellbeing. If animals need to be separated, we live in our finished basement and work upstairs, making it easy to both separate and engage with all the animals frequently. Any instructions will be religiously followed. I am getting my masters in behavior analysis so I am ALWAYS aware of the dynamics of our animals and animal guests!

About: I’ve always had dogs and have such a soft spot for rescues. I own 2 dogs myself who I spend a lot of time exploring, walking, playing, and training with. I am currently attending grad school 2 days a week and working part time in the evenings. With my own dogs, I typically go on a long morning walk in nature and shorter evening walks in our neighborhood. I’m very flexible! I live in a spacious home with a large yard. As for cats, I’m happy to keep quiet and leave them to their own pace, letting myself be available to them while not invading their space.
