“I can't say enough good/positive about Melissa. She recently house/cat sat for us for 10 days. Her daily (sometimes 2 🥰) updates with pics were so comforting while we were away (and even with a 9 hour tike difference). Our cats (3 total) are very spoiled & are used to us being home all the time. It was comforting jnowing that she spent most of her time here with them vs other pet siters that just come long enough to feed and leave. We have one cat that is extremely shy/scared of everyone except us & Melissa demonstrated that she understands animals & how best to interact with our sweet but shy girl. She left the house in pristine condition. Laundered the towels & bedding & even remade the bed. Absolutely appreciated! I have a lot (a lot) of houseplants and had my garden veggie plants started & in my grow tent and she took exceptional care of them all. About: We have dogs, snakes, and a bunny. We have kept many different pets for the past 10 years and love caring for all animals! Even the grouchy ones 😊 Our dogs eat at 12:30 and at 6:30 each day with frequent trips outside. They are friendly and we keep them trained to eat only out of their own bowls. Pet care is daily life in our home (with my spouse) and we both take pride in our relationships with animals I will frequently check for assent amongst pets to ensure safety and wellbeing. If animals need to be separated, we live in our finished basement and work upstairs, making it easy to both separate and engage with all the animals frequently. About: Animal lover since I was little, I’ve had personal and professional experience caring for a wide range of animals. From reptiles, bunnies, guinea pigs, dogs, and my favorite-cats, I’ve seen it all. Aspiring to work in the veterinary world, I will always treat your fur(or scale!) friends as my own. Spending time with animals is truly one of my favorite things to do and seeing them happy and healthy is always my number one goal! I’m currently working a weekend position while trying to build pet care into my more substantial work. I am available quite frequently throughout the week, and I’m available on the weekends days, it will just be outside of whatever shift I’m working. About: Grew up with big dogs and 5 cats! Been the petsitter for my family and friends for years. I've looked after a litter of newborn mini Aussie puppies and have kept up dog training & routines while my sisters were traveling. From very energetic dogs to high-needs senior dogs--I've taken care of them all! I have no allergies, and mess doesn't bother me one bit. I normally teach English Composition at the local university, but I've got nothing to teach this summer! I am passionate about dog training and enjoy working with young dogs. We also have two fish tanks, so I have knowledge and experience caring for aquatic friends. I am a current pet mom and hybrid worker looking to help others with their pet care needs during my flex days at work on Mondays and Fridays. I offer flexibility in scheduling and am happy to complete walks around your local neighborhood or specific area nearby. I have a fenced back yard and single-story floorplan with a dog to keep yours company during the day! I am comfortable with adhering to more structured care plans and offer space for kenneling if needed.
About: I’ve always had dogs and have such a soft spot for rescues. I own 2 dogs myself who I spend a lot of time exploring, walking, playing, and training with. I am currently attending grad school 2 days a week and working part time in the evenings. With my own dogs, I typically go on a long morning walk in nature and shorter evening walks in our neighborhood. I’m very flexible! I live in a spacious home with a large yard. The dogs are always supervised and when not, they are separated and/or crated. I always monitor dog body language to ensure only safe and appropriate interactions occur.

About: I have had dogs since I was a little girl. I used to love running around with my German Shepherd named Rambo. I currently have 2 little dogs and I love them so much! I am a stay at home mom. My kids are older though. I have plenty of time for new animal friends! I love taking walks and snuggling with animals! I have cats that will stay upstairs if your dog visits. I also have 2 very friendly girls that can play with your dog. There is a big park next to my house that has plenty of room to run!

About: For four years, I provided dependable care for my friend’s cat and bunny while she attended college in another city. I made sure they were fed on schedule, refreshed their water daily, cleaned litter boxes and living areas, monitored their health and behavior, gave them affection and attention, and ensured they felt safe and comfortable. I have taken care of animals ever since I started college and did it almost monthly for two years. I can do daily check ups after 4:15pm from Monday through Friday. I can do full day pet sitting on Saturday and Sunday when needed. I’m a person who’s job is to make sure everyone is safe and without doubt I will bring that when pet sitting. Safety is priority.
